I want to file a complaint against Rambo Hospital where I went to admit my daughter who was in extremely critical condition. They told me that first you have to give 5-6 lakhs rupees then only we’ll admit your child. But as we couldn’t afford to pay that much, so I told them that I don’t want to admit. But they didn’t let me go and forcefully made me fill a form and took 1500 rupees from me. I told them repeatedly that my daughter is in serious condition and I can’t waste my time here but they didn’t listen and took money from me. I want to file a complaint to get a refund of 1500 Rupees and an apology from them for their behaviour.

Hospital clean and Doctors good. But management staff is very rude specially one old lady with full white hair. When my brother whose wife was admitted there complained about misbehaviour of the staff then the same old lady with white hairs told him that hum ne aap ko thodi bulaya hai aap khud aaye hai. This type of dhamki by educated staff.

Very bad, not good for foreigners, Some doctors are racist.

But to be honest their team for sample taking are perfect.

We went for the first time to this Hospital. Trust me it was a very homely feeling, despite being a hospital.
Mr. Anurag is a super helpful person and Dr. Chanchal and her panel Doctors are also super gentle. They take full time to check you up.
I loved the experience.

Best hospital for delivery. Doctors and other staff members are very very polite and caring. Hospital infrastructure is great with big and beautiful rooms. I had a c section and my recovery was much better than the previous one. Staff and nurses will go out of the way to help the new moms and the baby.

Doctors and nursing staff is very polite and prompt and services are very good.
Canteen food is like home cooked and nutritious.
Thanks all the staff to minimize our work and keep things smooth at our end.

Dr Puja Sabherwal is an Excellent Dentist. My three year old daughter immediately feel in ease with her. She did a great job of explaining the steps to her and made it fun.

Emergency is open 24/7, it is a specialist hospital for children and many senior gynaecolo gists are also available here,
At this time due to covid pandemic OPD's are closed but u can still consult the on video call if u want to consult a specific doctor.
But of you have an emergency and want to see doctor emidiately then u can come to the hospital because emergency is open everytime and paediatric doctor is also available 24/7 and gynae is also available 24/7.

Dr. C. S. Mythreyi has been an angel in disguise for me. Her clinical expertise and empathy are UNMATCHED. I highly recommend her. She goes above and beyond in making sure her patients get the best. Thank you dearest mam?

One of the best for maternity and baby care in Delhi. All the doctors, nurses and support staff are helpful, polite and very proficient in their respective areas. I would highly recommend Rainbow Hospital for all kinds of maternity and paediatrics related requirements.

There is doctor in disguise of God. Doctors only treat the patients but Jaysree mam is an angel. She treated well to my pre mature delivery, also gave emotional and mental support throughout 15 days. We asked her a lot of questions bcoz we were restless but she answered always with a smile. I would say Jaysree mam is just not a doctor she is a god for patient and extremely knowledgable in all gyne cases.

Great service and the staff is also very hospitable. I Don't remember the name clearly but Neha or Sneha from the Gynae reception had dealt with me very patiently and helped me get my procedure done seamlessly. Thanks to her and the other staffs for such a smooth experience.

This is my personal experience that am sharing with you all that this year in March I have delivered a baby girl through normal delivery and as personally am very Impatient and always worried about every single thing happening in my life. So as usual I was really concerned about my pregnancy and how to manage this phase being a new mom and in this whole journey rainbow has played vital and very important role. Here I would really want to mention few names. Like Dr, jayashree sunder, Dr. Ashu khujaria and all other nursing staff in NICU. You all are great, you are working so delicately to improve the system and not working for just money.but I believe, to make a community at its best every link needs to work at same level. Otherwise rainbow is best for its services and support

On 18 th July I had taken my 19th month old son to show to Dr. Manoj Padman (paediatric orthopaedic). My son had a complaint of bow shaped leg. On physical examination he had confirmed that child looks normal and to confirm if everything is fine he had suggested few X-rays which we got it done right at that time and showed him the films of the X-ray on which he reconfirmed that X-rays are also normal by the time he turns two and half he should start walking normal and the bow should finish. Me and my family were happy with the positive answer and as per his suggestion we did not start any medication. On 28th July I went to collect the written report from the hospital in which it was mentioned suggestive of Rickets. Looking at the written report I couldn’t stay calm and I started contacted the doctor on 29th July however their was no response from his side till 2nd August. After 4 days when I again called the doctor, his assistant is telling me that doctor is now saying that we need to run some test and need to see the child again and he agreed that he had overlooked the X-ray flims and now he is also suggesting that it could be rickets. I am writing this review for the other family and kids to please think 100 times before approaching this doctor who just looks at the patients to earn money not to give them a solution. If I would have not collected the written report of my son and would have gone through Dr Padman words my sons bones and legs would have been in worse shape after an year. I am attaching the reports and the prescription which clearly shows how he makes fool of his patients.

On 2nd of August I had reported this issue to rainbow hospital which in return had connected me to Dr. Shivani (medical director). After explaining her the entire scenario I was expecting that she would help me in taking some action against the doctor. However in return she started favouring Dr. Padman. I had put all my effort to save other parents by not putting their child in hands of this doctor but I failed because rainbow hospital instead of supporting their patients had supported their fake and liar doctor. Dr. Shivani on each call had only insisted me to come to hospital and meet the doctor and resolve the issue, she didn’t had any other solution for my problem but to only mutually solve it by meeting the doctor. I believe all the team of Rainbow hospital from doctors to head of operation and medical director all are involved and they running a scam of fooling people. We all think going to private hospital will get some better treatment rather than going to government hospital but trust me government hospital are much much better at least they do not cheat and betray their patients trust by scamming them.

So please to all people who are reading this review do not consider taking consultation from Dr. Manoj padman.

Pathetic experience overall. Unprofessional staff and under staff. Nurses are not well trained. No care of the patient neither for the attendant. Cafeteria services are so Pathetic. Worse experience at the hospital. Discharge took 12hrs as the systems were not working.

With the help of Dr. Neha Khandelwal Mam and her team i had a beautiful baby girl on 29th Dec 2021. For me it’s a dream comes true, however we lost hope because there was some complications at the end and I already had 1 miscarriage. But it was Neha mam and her words who helped me to deliver normally. She was there in labour room at 3 am just for me. I feel most fortunate to hv her as my doctor. If I have to express my feelings in this review of Madhukar Rainbow hospital and specially of Dr. Meenakshi Banerjee in shortest way I can say "We were Blessed and Lucky".
What ever I say, would be less I think. Dr. Meenakshi Banerjee is so far the best Gynae or a doctor in general we have met. She handled our case with utmost personal care, which I guess comes naturally in her. Her persona is such that patient feels in safe hand.

We are tickled pink over the arrival of new queen in our house on 26th Nov and just wanted to share my experience with Dr. Neha Khandelwal with everyone.
Our parenthood journey started with Dr. Neha Khandelwal when I was in my 4th week (very early pregnancy) and she was with us throughout until my preterm labour. Our princess wanted to come a bit early in 34th week itself but through Dr. 's guidance, we could reach to 37th week and 1 day which was safe to deliver. Our lil angel came when it was totally unexpected and I had pre term contractions. With Dr. Neha's guidance, her team helped trace the unusual fluctuations in my baby's heartbeat and though she had pre planned a family event, she kept everything aside and was there with us to save my baby when we needed her the most. Trust me I was scared to see my angel's heartbeat fluctuations, but as soon as Dr. Neha Khandelwal arrived, it was quite a relief and from that very moment I knew my baby is all safe. Her team tried to get my baby delivered naturally but considering my situation, Dr. Neha suggested c sec without any delay to avoid any risk. Cant forget this when she told her family "can't leave Priya in this situation". I was falling short of words as the gratitude we have towards Dr. Neha can't be described in words and she is the first angel in our life who gifted us our lil princess.

They charge my baby for one xray of neck 1800 and 600 for registration charges in emergency so it was Worse experience ever with this hospital especially emergency ward. They charge highest with very unprofessional treatment. I will definitely not recommend this hospital to anyone, if you want to not to throw away your money don't ever visit this hospitals i have proven pics of payment recipes and the extra useless charges they take from patients.

Every woman goes through lot of mixed emotions when she is pregnant. She is quite nervous about her delivery as she wants herself and the baby to be in safe hands. I was under guidance of Dr C. S Mythreyi I met her in year 2019 when I went through a miscarriage. Since then I remembered her for her knowledge, experience and right approach. She has good energy she is positive, informative, kind and highly supportive doctor. She listens to you, she will give you the correct and honest advice and you can trust her completely. I had twin pregnancy and it was little complicated and due to my last experience me and my family was very scared. Also, as getting pregnant during COVID time was more tricky. But Dr Mytheri made me comfortable and didn't let me take any stress and asked me to have faith and everything will fall in place and that's what I did. I was relaxed everytime I visited her as she kept me motivated. One of the finest doctors I must say! Iam blessed with 2 baby boys and Dr C. S Mythreyi made sure that we all are safe and healthy. I wish there were more than 5 stars. Experienced excellent care by the team of brilliant doctors like Dr Rakhee, Dr Divya and the anaesthesia team. My 12 year old daughter had a surgery to remove adenoids and tonsils. She was pretty scared and nervous before the surgery, but the whole team ensured she was comfortable. She went dancing to the OT with the doctors.

Hospital is good for delivery of child despite being overly expensive.
But once u get into the vicious cycle of pediatricians and vaccinations everything goes downhill. Doctors are incredibly rude and will put the fear of God in patient and their family members to pressurize them and admiting them for prolonged duration, carry out unnecessary tests, and milk them for cash.

Laziest hospital! The only private hospital that goes for a 45 (hopefully) mins lunch break. Sitting here in Non-AC parking space for COVID vaccine for past 45 minutes, with staff on lunch break. When they know that the vaccine slots are booked from 9 to 6, they should arrange staff in shifts. And making 30 people wait together, how is the protocol being followed?
No one pays for this service. And they want to compete with Max!

I had a fantastic experience at Rainbow Hospital. My gynaecologist was Dr. Jayashree Sundar who guided me through my pregnancy like a mother. She helped me have a normal delivery and kept my spirits high throughout the pregnancy. The hospital is neat and clean, the rooms are spacious and my family was allowed to smoothly visit the baby and me after pregnancy. I would strongly recommend Rainbow Hospital, Malviya Nagar after my experience.

Very Bad Experience.
They have prepared a wrong discharge summary which advise by me to rectify but it's take not less than 1 hour to rectify the same.
Billing staff prepared excess of 4000/- in Room rent. When I saw only 1000/- rectify in final bill, after so many arguments.
So many hidden charges.

Recently got my delivery done at Rainbow Hospital, Delhi. My consulting doctor was Dr Neha Khandelwal. I had been consulting her for the past 7 months and it has been the most pleasant experience with her. She is very patient and helpful. She was available at anytime of the day. Coming to the nursing staff, it was an amazing experience at rainbow hospital. Right from the labor room to after the delivery, each of the nurses were really helpful and always available at the press of a button.
The whole journey with Dr Neha Khandelwal and her team of doctors and nurses was great.

I got my baby delivered at Madhukar's and have consulted Dr. Meenakshi Banerjee throughout. Dr. Banerjee is one of the best in the field and is highly experienced. She gives proper time in all consultation visits and explain/ clarify everything in a simple and friendly manner. She is expert in making you feel comfortable and with her doctor visits feel more like visiting a friend. On top of it, she is 24×7 available on phone and takes patient call with highest priority. One of my friend recommended me to Madhukar and Dr. Banerjee and now after experiencing personaly, I can say that it was the best decision that I made.

Thanks to Dr Jaysree Sundar her team we had our bundle of joy delivered at Rainbow hospital. Everyone we met in Gynae and Obs department were really helpful sympathetic and always reassured us at all times. Even the Radiologist Dr Chanchal was excellent we got all our scans done from her and she was so elaborate and made sure she didn't miss a thing while examining. Last but not the least the nursing staff was also very helpful especially the staff on night duty on 11/02/2021 sorry I forgot your name but you helped me feed and console my baby while she was crying all night Thanks.

Childbirth is the most cherished experience in a woman's life and for me Dr Jayasree Sundar and Dr Sakshi Goel at Rainbow Hospital made it possible. Their experience helped us in some difficult moments and gifted our little one to us safely. From nursing to admin staff everyone extended their full support. I would recommend both the hospital and the team to friends and family.

I am a doctor myself, my daughter was admitted under Dr Arvind Taneja, he's an amazing doctor, his assistant Dr Vidya Taneja are two paediatrician I can trust my daughter with, bur I have to say that the rainbow staff in total were too understanding and being sick was making her very irritated but they all coped with us.this review with not complete until I say my thanks to Dr Arun and Sister Mariyam.

The nurses were really caring towards the baby. Excellent staff, and very well maintained. The whole building is hygienically very well maintained. Even the night staff including the nurses and surgeons were very well trained. Very good doctors.they have a nice play area for the kids too to keep them distracted from all the pain.

Dr. Jayashree Sundar is the best Doctor I have ever come across in my entire life. She is very approachable, sweet and throughout my pregnancy she encouraged me to deliver normally uptil the last day. Each and every Doctor of her team is great. I had the most painless and smooth C Section delivery. Special mention for Dr Sakshi Goel who was such a sweet person and great at explaining the entire procedure. Dr Mayetri and Dr Racheta were too good and helped me recover fast.

My stay at Rainbows was wonderful, felt like I was on vacation because of courteous housekeeping staff, alert and helpful nurses, the amazing food I got during my stay and colourful and lovely infrastructure of the hospital really cheer you up during your stay. I didn't feel like as if I am a patient.

Dr. Mahima is a lactation expert and her team really makes sure that baby latch immediately after cesarean delivery and it was amazing to see my baby taking breastfeeding so well even though my body could barely move.

Dr Samiksha is a nutritionist and she explained the post delivery diet so well and cleared all my doubts right away which was very crucial.

Ms. Shweta is a HR person who makes sure your stay at Rainbows become memorable and best ever. They have us complimentary cake which was really special because that's the first cake for my baby, a photo frame and lot of baby related gifts.

Overall, all the relatives and friends who came to visit me were highly impressed with the hospital and therefore I highly recommend this hospital for delivery under Dr Jayashree Sundar's supervision.

My 11 year old son Arrow Aarav Shah (a junior golfer) was admitted to Rainbow children's hospital NewDelhi on 26th Nov 2018 for an emergency Slipped capital femoral epiphysis surgery. The team of doctors headed by Dr Manoj Padman did the most amazing job of attending to my child during pre and post operation. The team of nurses on the 3rd floor were extremely sensitive to our child's needs. Our 4 day stay was extremely pleasant and comfortable. The experience we've hadvatvtge hospital, dealing with the admission, the doctors, radiologists, pharmacy has been very pleasant. The modern infrastructure, the highest hygiene standards adhered too and fair medical practice will make this hospital my family's choice even in the future. This is to advise to all the parents please try to avoid Madhukar Rainbow Children's Hospital, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi.
The sole reason of the hospital seems to making money. If you think I will pay good money and get good service, be aware that is not going to happen.
My daughter Aavya Seal was admitted in the hospital on 23rd September, 2018 and was discharged on 27th September, 2018. She was admitted for loose motion and vomiting. It was a terrible experience in the hospital.
The very first thing they will do is prepare a bill for 3 days minimum irrespective of what doctor has to say. They charge 4000 per day for General bed.
The dustbins are not cleaned on time even after it is filled with diapers, and for 4 beds only one dustbin is provided. The attendant will take life to come to you after you press the call button, even if you go searching for them they won’t be available at their desks. The fault is not of the Nurse, the nurse and patient ratio is not even. There are only 2 or 3 nurse available for entire one floor. There was a kid in our room who pulled out her needle for drip while sleeping, we pressed the bell for someone to come but no response, then the person who was with a patient in the next bed had to shout at them after which they reacted.
You would at least expect the resident doctors to be good, most of them were okay, but one Doctor Shivangini Gupta, has broken all the records of ill mannerism. She never spoke in proper way from the very first day, she expects a 20 months kid to be calm and stable while she is pricking her with needle. Her comments were “yeh bacha bahut pareshan karta hai”, whereas my daughter so weak that she could not even stand properly and she was crying out of pain, which was not acceptable for the doctor. The when we were enquiring about the report which was already delayed, she was not ready to provide any information. A simple dengue report was delayed for 1 day, when my sister in law saw my daughter, she went to her to ask about the reports and when can we expect the dengue, she started behaving ridiculously. First the doctor (Shivangini) said that who are you to ask and insulted by saying to leave the hospital as she will not speak to her. When we all went there she was shouting at top of her voice and snatched my sister in laws phone, thinking that she was recording. After all these the management comes and asks our family members to leave the hospital. The Medical director Dr. Prashant comes and speaks with me and my brother in law, after listening to all he says that he will take action, one lines that “Doctor Shivangini is a good doctor”. Till date there is no update from the Hospital, it is more than 2 months now.
The interesting part their own people have contradictory statements about reports, Dr. Prashant says that all reports are generated in house even for Dengue, however, the head nurse and the resident said the Dengue test is outsourced so it is taking time.
Also the service persons are so less in number that you will keep waiting and they won’t come, my wife has to go regularly fetch hot drinking water by herself. Also many times my daughter after taking sponge was waiting for clothes and they won’t come. The hospital has a policy that they will provide their own dress for patients, but they don’t have proper size, my daughter was given dress for 4 year old whereas she was 20 months.

Its a home away from home for new babies. NICU care is exclusive. All Nicu doctor n nurse are very good. Thank u Dr. Naveen Gupta, Dr. Anil Batra, Dr. Deepika, Dr. Kirti, Dr. Sonalika And Dr. Gajender for all the medical care u gave to my preemie and send him back home. Thank u all Nicu Team
