They have poor work ethics and extremely unprofessional and disrespectful attitude If you are looking for a reliable salon, Madonna is not the one.

The services are doable, but lousy management and unprofessional attitude will exhaust you to the core and will send you back home disgruntled.

Overpriced charges will fell like burning a hole in your pocket when the services and attitude is not up to the mark.
I used a few times, being in my neighborhood but unprofessional attitude persists.

I’ve always had a great experience at this salon. The staff is very warm and courteous. I especially like their hair services as Bhuvan really knows how to manage curly hair. Neha is great too and I’ve had a very good experience with her for my eye makeup. Everyone else is good at what they do too. Would highly recommend this place.

I had a really bad exp at madona, pls think twice before going there. I was told before my service that I would get a discount on the membership card but at the time of the bill they didn’t give me any discount.they are not all professional, during the services I was reassured again about the discount so that I don’t leave the services but still they made a bill without the discount which they told me they will give before starting the services.

Very poor and overly expensive. I was charged 708 rs just for a headwash! Extra conditioner and normal dry charges were not informed. Absolutely ridiculous. Not recommended at all.

I booked GK Hair Botox services with Madonna’s South Extension. However, their disappointing lousy services, malpractices and disrespectful behaviour left me appalled. Not only the technician used fake products while performing the Botox hair treatment, but also didn’t perform the procedure himself. Rather, asked a helper to complete the procedure. Protocols normally followed for performing the procedure at any other salons were given a go by under the pretext of using advanced products and methodology. As a result of the hair procedure, my hair got damaged and became so rough and frizzy that I can’t even run my fingers through my hair. I was told over the phone that the I would be charged 5000+taxes for the treatment. However, after I booked an appointment and paid them a visit, I was told that the Botox hair treatment cannot be performed for the price quoted and that I would be charged 7080 for thetreatment. They even avoided issuing invoice under various false pretexts. Only after I escalated the issue that I was issued the bill. Franchise Owner Gayatri did not take any step worth its name for redressal of my concerns. I raised my concerns via email and WhatsApp messages with the management. But Madonna’s management seems to have fallen into the hands of corrupt and unscrupulous bunch of people. Brand owner Rahul on being contacted spoke rudely over the phone and started accusing me of not using the aftercare product. He accused me of sending photoshopped pictures after I called for independent investigation into the matter. I was appalled to see that Instead of looking into the concerns raised by me, brand owner misbehaved and spoke in a very disrespectful manner. It is clear beyond any shadow of doubt that Brand owner and franchise owner are all acting in collusion with each other in a bid to escape their liabilities arising on account of callous and deficient services. Ladies and Gentlemen, if you care about your well-being, particularly your skin-hair as well as your money, don’t visit any of their branches because the new management and the owner brand and franchise alike are all indulging in corrupt practices and their dishonesty knows no limit. They give a damn about the well being of their customers. On bringing up concerns, Customers are treated disrespectfully in order to break their confidence and grit to fight and bring to light their malpractices. They would go to any extent to save their own skin.

Beware of this racket of fraudsters!

The hair cut experience was bad. For the first time I came to know that they charge for shampoo and conditioner separately over and above hair cut charges. On call they did not inform a out these additional charges. Very bad

They all knew what they were doing, they were all great at their job and I love how my hair came out! Definitely recommend coming here and amit did a fantastic job

Worst parlour. Took a haircut from this parlour a wk ago. Haircut charges mentioned pias me 900-1200. First told to pay 1200+ taxes on demanding told 900 + charges. Only one hair dresser that too worst with his attitude. Spoiled my hair.

This is the worst salon. I had to go for an engagement and i planned my hairdo to be wavy and bouncy. They made my hair look so bad. At the end of the day my hair look so bad they did tight curls which were not close to what i asked them to do. My hair looked so shabby and rough. My whole look was ruined because of my hair. I don’t recommend this salon to anyone.

It was one of my most unpleasant experiences at a salon. I had purchased some coupons from a well-known coupons-site, with which this salon has a relationship. I had booked a hair spa for myself. I was surprised that while one of the other customers was given a steam with a steamer, to me they only offered a hot towel and that too only once. Upon asking the reason behind it, first the staff who attended to me (and who also attended to me at the front desk initially) told me that i had chosen a basic package, which didn't cover this service. Then he made me talk to a lady, who could have been a senior/manager. She turned out to be even more unreasonable than her colleague. According to her, I had dry hair and that's why steamer as well as even giving a hot towel more than once wouldn't have been a good idea. Not only did their reason change from me having chosen the basic plan to my hair being dry, the latter reason was highly unjustified and extremely silly. Dry hair needs more steam for hydration. Because the pores need to open up for better absorption of the nourishing creams that are applied as part of a hair spa treatment. If this is something that a lay person would be aware of, then citing this as a reason could only prove two things. Either the staff at Madonna doesn't know the very basics of hair routine and the very business that they are in or they think that the customers are way too dumb and gullible to know otherwise. There was no indication of the spa treatment that I had bought being a basic one. If it were so, they should have indicated it to make it transparent in the first place instead of misleading potential customers. The lady told me that there is a difference between hair spa treatments and some may go upwards of INR 2500. The implication being that only if you pay four times more, will they offer you something as basic as steam using a steamer. Clearly Madonna salon metes out different treatment to its regular customers and customers who come via third parties, that the salon itself has an association with in order to attract more customers. Most importantly, my experience is a proof of a highly unprofessional culture and the cheapness of the Madonna salon, which cuts corners with regard to something as trivial as offering steamer services. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, who expects a healthy and hospitable treatment and a pleasant experience as a customer.

I went there for a fresh haircut for the first time and selected the Director's Haircut. Mr. Zia attended me and he gave me the look that I asked for to the last detail! He is an amazing hairstylist and was very humble and welcoming too! I know where I will go for haircuts from now on! To Mr. Zia, thank you sir! Two thumbs up for the salon!
