Throws random rates after "checking" on the computer lol. Doesn't know how to greet. Kew should be called KYUN. Avoid at all costs.

Had a wonderful experience of getting my hair color and pedicure at Kew as a walk in client because i am from Mumbai. The team at Kew is very professional and skilled Rahul who did the pedicure revived my tired soles! The color stylist matched the tone perfectly and Sumit who washed the hair n helped style it after a massage.

I went to get a haircut from a person who had cut my hair previously and he was very good.
The manager/owner (don't know who he was) as I went for the second time only, told me that ther person (say his name is X) I am asking for doesn't cut female hair, he is a male stylist. I said I got a haircut from him n he was good. To which He said he can't take the risk. I said I am taking the risk n won't complain. But he was adamant that only person Y (male who is a female stylist) will cut my hair. I said " How can u decide who will cut my hair? Isn't that funny? After all it's my hair". He said that, "then this is my place and I will not allow this". This entire conversation was very rude and unnecessary, disrespectful and it was in presence of other customers. I left the place, with a bad taste in my mouth.

Got amazing quality Balayage Yesterday i think by Rishi? His long haired Helper was kinda rough he did the washing and part of the detangling. At the end i had to rush to the Airport but my Hair was perfect! Back in Switzerland now:)

Manish at the salon was amazing! I got a haircut & hair colour. He understood what I wanted & did just that. Everyone I meet wants to know where I got my hair done:)

Having recently shifted to GK2, I had tried every possible parlour in the market. When I finally tried madonna, I knew my search was over. The hospitality, ambience, service are all a 10/10. Nikhil is an absolute hair magician! His curls survived an entire night of dancing - do ask for him if you visit.

Shockingly, they used cold water to wash my hair and justified it by saying that it had been a busy day so they'd run out of hot water! Haircut was also very average.
