They don't deserve even a single start. Terrible staff who laughs on Elderly customers too. Terrible. What sort of empathy knowledge and training is given to them.

The haircut was done really well. My eyebrows were not made thin. It was done exactly as I wanted.

I had got hair cut from Danish and he did a fab job. I am always skeptical about getting hair cut because of volume issues and Danish suggested a good look. Thank you.

I trusted Manish to be creative and he did not disappoint! He did an awesome job of choosing the right color and cut for me. He listened to my needs and delivered on them a hundred percent! The entire staff is super nice and friendly. The pedicure was excellent too! Would 100% come again!

The best salon to be at. Extremely courteous staff and manager. I got my hair coloured and smoothening done for the first time here last year by Dimple bhaiya who is amazing at his job. I got compliments even from strangers in a different country for my hair colour. This year i am back to him for the same things. I completely trust his vision with suggesting hair colours and performing the job. Special mention also to manager Raj who is so polite. Overall the entire staff is welcoming and warm!

I have been coming to Madonna since the day it opened and I haven’t gone anywhere else ever since! It’s been over two decades! The staff, the equipment, the services are all very good & also comfortable! As of today, Danish does all my hair work and if he’s ever unavailable I am never satisfied anywhere else! Great team!

Gopal and dimple are awesome hair stylists. They give you the exact look you want. Be it a hair cut or styling or even a blow dry.

While the service is fine, this place is extremely misleading in terms of price. They quoted me different prices on the phone and charged me higher when it was time for billing - even though I insisted that they told me different prices. Furthermore, they commit fraud by not disclosing their rate list and taking advantage of new customers - which is a very fraudulent way of doing business. This business should be penalized for customer fraud.

Always a great experience. I get my haircut from Mr. Dimple whenever I visit Delhi. This time I also got waxing done from Shanti mam, who has been in this industry for 20 years. Vir sir gave me a pedicure and I’m very happy with the results as well. The staff is kind and considerate.

Madonna is one of those salons, where you're sure you'll absolutely get what you asked for. I usually get head massages and blow drys, which are great, but pedicures and nail services are well done too. A bit pricey, but very reliable!

For the First Time writing a review because i don't want any one face the same thing again. Visited their for rica wax and hair cut. The person done my wax burned my skin of both my hands from shoulder till elbow. I was constantly asking her rica never pained this much before and she was repeatedly telling me its bcoz of rainy season and not only this she was doing rica wax on same spot for 2-3 times and i think which made my skin burned, on contrary she after applying oil rubbed my hand with dirty hot towel in the time of covid no disposable towel, they are using same towel on every customer bcoz after winding up she wrap the towel and kept it at same spot from where she bring it out on first place. Highly disappointed even the hair rinser using same towels i believe which is highly un-hygienic and not recommended during this pandemic period.
Will take action after consulting to dermatologist. Please be more professional and provide good service as per the need of time.

A week ago I had a hair keratin treatment and now my hair condition is like the first.these people make people mad. Disgusting level of quality. Please don't go. Worthless, waste of money. Its been only a week and my hair has become like they were actually before the treatment.you guys r juz money minded.

Been going here since I was a kid. This place has one of the best barbers and hairstylists and they never let you down. It is also pocket friendly.

This salon is in East of kailash market and is very good.the staff is very well trained and they provide amazing salon services. I am a regular there for last 7-8 years and they never disappoint. Separate section for men & women. Staff is very polite and recommend services which are required. Head here for an amazing salon experience.
