Newly established and no sense of business and progressionalism. The owner i met is irrogant and lives in a fools paradise that he alone is the busiest man. No sense of responsibility from them. He asked me for 3 days so as to inform me about a querry i met. The 4th day i went to the store he was like, my staffs are busy, you directly contact the publisher. If i could directly contact the publisher why would i come to you. Utter nonsense.

They lie about the product, they lie about product status (used or broken too much), they try to lie to customers. When they get back the product, they don't refund the money, you need to be requesting it for not to lost your money. It looks like tries to scam, at least apparently because that actions. Customer service so poor.

Mienten sobre el producto, mienten sobre el estado de deterioro o lo ocultan, mienten al cliente. Atención al cliente deficiente, les da igual el usuario. Cuando envías el producto de vuelta no te devuelven el dinero, tienes que insistir para intentar recuperarlo. Pareciera un intento de estafa por esa actitud.

Bad customer service. They lie about product, ignore to customers, when Amazon try to help to customers is when allow refund. Howeve, after send back it they say 3 days to do refund, and no more notices from they and also not refund after 1 weeks after due date that they told.

Even they try to ignore photos that proof they lie about product.
