Worst experience!
i have purchased specs on feb 2022 and my specs frame got break slightly from right side due its bad quality. Today (24-Dec-22) i have visited the shop, they are saying that frame got break due to stretch.don't have replacement, you have to buy new frame.i have left the shop asap.i am wokring in reputed company.my another specs is still in good condition from last 3 years which i had purchased from another shop.overall first and last worst experience, not suggesting anyone.and humble request to the owner don't blame your customer in that manner, they are not fool.please don't give any false reply, be wise.

Worst experience! People warned me earlier about their after sales services. I should have listened then. The owners are unapologetically RUDE, their products are unreasonably overpriced and definitely unsustainable. They won’t offer any solution to your problem after the sale. I have seen them growing from a small shop to a fancy showroom, the behaviour of the owner has definitely changed to the worst.

So, seeing the rating getting down, it infuriated the owners that they engaged their team to get fake reviews to make them look good again. This is exactly what they have done for many years with their customers, false claims about the sustainability of their products. The readers must know how they can fool you with their misfolded story.

Again, “politeness” is not the attribute of Maggo Optics. So the readers must also know that I never asked for a free of cost replacement. I told them that I worked at the frontline when they asked why I approached them after so many days. I told them that I had used the spectacles only few times and the lens deformed in few uses. The reason why I came after so many months because I couldn’t due to my duties. Their products are unsustainable, it was very apparent. Instead of being apologetic, the owner rudely said that you wouldn’t even get a discount now. This is when I told him that I couldn’t come to them earlier because of COVID duties. Instead of being humane and understanding, he responds to me “what a great package you have to use this frontliner thing, it won’t work here! ”. Sorry Mr Maggo, or whatever your name is…you can live in your shiny life but we and the ones who suffered only know what we went through. The lady (perhaps his wife) pushed me off the door while I was still speaking to the owner courteously. What a huge “respect” that was! Your response still shows how unapologetic and disrespectful you are to people that you can’t take criticism healthily.

Just to be clear once again, I wasn’t seeking any free of cost service, I was just seeking an understanding and some resolution to your failed and poor product, of which you had charged me unreasonably high. A true businessman would know that the customer experience matters much more than the product quality. However, the way you mistreated me was unforgiving.

If I was in your shoes, I would not have even asked you for the reasons, I would have simply replaced it at a reasonable cost. This is what a good customer service is! The challenge for the owners to understand all this is that they think, they have grown bigger by “excellent services”! The reality is that they attract people with their shiny showroom, sell them unsustainable products at an unreasonable price point. I would ask readers to also check the feedback from other customers who have had similar or worse experiences. I am sure you’ll see a pattern.

I would not even waste a single shed of my sweat at your door after seeing how you took a criticism. Even if a single reader is saved by skipping your so called “excellent service”, it would be my great help to the society.

One last thing to the owners: You can always buy good reviews but you can never buy the negative ones.
