For best brands and products this is the shop, most of my home products are bought from them

I had bought marshall minor 3 and the piece is defected still after i got it changed. I will never buy a product from them again. I will 0 stars to them. I asked for a refund and they cant even help me with that. I purpose of the earbuds are not solved.

Very poor experience. I ordered juicer on amazon and tbese mahajan electronics sent old seco d hand juicer. And now not ready to replace. We have extremely poor experience. Horrible

I purchased 4 Inverter ACs of Daikin Brand from Mahajan Electronics. Very competitive prices, even lower than any e-commerce platform, Professional way of inspection of site and expert Installation procedure. If any particular model was not available then they arranged from the Company on priority. They know how to retain a good customer. They have a great set of people, they are wonderful and always working hard. I bought a Split AC from them, Mr. Praveen suggested me the best one, has very good product knowledge, Anshu for fast delivery. Got same day installation also. The staff is really what has me coming back. Amazing!

Ordered a De'Longhi espresso machine EC 685 - from their website. Within an hour I received a call from their staff to confirm the delivery address and other details. Upon request, they checked availability of alternate colour of the machine and agreed to send the colour of my choice (which was not mentioned on the webpage though). I received the machine the same day as the order.
Without my prompt, they booked a demo for the machine with the stockist (Orient). The demo technician was excellent too. He confirmed my availability before coming and his knowledge of the machine was excellent too. He gave helpful tips too.

It was a splendid experience at the Samsung store (Mahajan Electronics). I bought phone and the buying experience was seamless. They also offered exchange with a reasonable value. The added a fine touch in the end by providing a complementary screen guard and the cover for s23. It's a newly opened shop and all the best to them for the future.

I had gone to Mahajan Electronics to buy a washing machine. It was not there in stocks. I requested them if they could arrange. The staff was very prompt and they arranged it and got it installed as per the commitment. The pricing was also very good. They staff is well versed with the knowledge of the products. I would recommend that one must visit Mahajan Electronics. I am totally satisfied.

I had good purchasing experience with Mahajan Electronics post my first purchase of VU LED TV with them. There was some issues initially, but CRM have resolved directly working with VU by providing replacement. I appreciate their customer issues handling and responsiveness. And they have better deals in electronics compared to online. Definetly will go with my other electronic requirement with them!

Ordered 2 USHA OFR's from them 1 was DOA and usha was delaying the service and they replaced the piece with another one without any hassle their CSM is very cooperative she handled our queries like a champ.definitely gonna purchase more stuff from them.

Worst customer service ever. Money was deducted from my account for which I provided proof, screenshots, UPI ID everything, still I was harassed by multiple people of their staff who kept arguing with me that they haven't received the payment. Instead of sorting out at their end, they'd rather harass the customer who is giving same evidence again and again that they have paid. I even called my bank who confirmed payment was successful to them. After some time they stopped calling and when I called them back, they said they received the payment in RazorPay but had zero courtesy to inform me they are finally able to view the payment. I only had to call for that. Their accounts team have zero skills to talk to a customer so basically if you want to pay and still be harassed repeatedly for payment then go ahead and buy from them. Horrible horrible experience!
