Akram phlebotomist is very polite and very good at taking sample. Reports of Mahajan lab are detailed and precise. Ultrasound facilities are also great.

I had booked an appointment for pelvic ultrasound n mammography. The girl on other side said not to use any duo powder or oil etc for mammography n keep bladder ful.but as i reached the person at reception said that my appointment is only for ultrasound n said they hv recording also.what a total lie.higher authorities to pls look into the matter.well i came back without getting anything done as waiting time was 45 mins with my bladder full.i m 62 years old.totally.put off by such behavior

They don't follow appointment schedule, even after taking prior appointment for ultrasound we have to wait for two hours.

Rude employee behaviour and making weird faces like they r ignoring us. Worst expirence ever at SDA def col is far better. Also just they transfer here to there no one is available at counters.

Much Gratitude to Dr Harsh Uncle and family for such a well managed Centre. All the team has inculcated the spirit of caring and courtesy.

Earlier they asked to wait for over 24 hours for the report, but it was hard reaching them & later their executive sent us the report on whatsapp & their prices are fine too so I recommend (Edited review from 1 star)

Most existing reviews are fake. Manager by completely useless bunch of people. 1 hour waiting even after having a confirmed appointment. Why? Because their eligibility criteria for hiring staff - prove your incompetence and you are hired.

My recent visit to Mahajan Imaging Defence Colony was a great experience.
Right from the moment we checked in at the registration counter to the point when the Ultra Sound Tests were conducted and followed by pathology test, everything was seamless and well organised. Special thanks to the Doctor who conducted my Ultrasound. She was very kind, prompt & thorough with her approach and sensitive enough to explain the process & key findings at every step. Really appreciate the same

Very nice experience, except customer care, who need more coordination with the working staff to know what's going on on day to day basis, and who is incharge. In spite of sharing papers, they are unable to grasp the matter.

Highly unprofessional. They should be mindful of giving time to a patient. Took appointment for 10: 45 and it took 2 hours to do one ultrasound

In mahajn imagine one staff her name is dheeraj verma. I don't know how mahajan imagine give opportunity to this kind of people even they don't know abou the tests and she said she is doctor. But she is receptionist our there.

Terrible service. We made the mistake of going there for CT scan and had a harassing experience when it was time to collect reports. They are completely irresponsible in their communication and doesn’t take responsibility to provide reports within committed timelines. While the facilities are luxurious, the most important aspect of giving prompt service, considering the line of service, is completely lacking.
We go there due to a medical concern and worried about what fate has in store. What is needed is compassion and timely service. The place doesn’t understand this basic concept. If there was a provision for negative star I would give that.

The receptionist and staff tried to charge extra money for some other CT which was already included in the whole abdomen. Though service was good but beware they might try to fool if you are not smart enough

Very good service experience from mahajan, Today my mother blood test have done in mahajan imaging.very experienced and well educated staff of blood collection, she explained me about all test very well and also suggested test on my mother condition she took sample very smoothly.am very glad and i always prefer mahajan for blood test and i ll always give my and my mother sample only that sweet girl arfiya.very thanks to her she listened to all my troubles and give very good advice to me.

Pathetic behaviour and service. Defence Colony centre has unprofessional staff. If you get your X-ray or scanning u cannot get through them so you have to send your driver or go there personally to know about your reports and expect NO RESPONSE FROM THEM

We just got an NCCT KUB done from hear nad doctor outrightly rejected the report because the print quality is terrible. Even a layman can see that no one can see anything in that CT. I have to now get it done again. For a lab which claims quality this is unacceptable. Plus you have also caused us a loss of 7000 rupees. We deserve an explanation on this.

Mahajan imazing is a best test centre.they have sweets staff they always help us they give us discount.they have neat and clean rooms.they are very respectful toward us.we are grateful that they are taking care of us.they give us reports on time we are very thankful

Extremely disappointed by the experience here. Made an online booking for a simple xray well in advance, and then upon reaching on the day of the appointment, was told they don't offer the service at this outlet and I'd have to go to a different outlet. And the experience there was even worse, as the team had no idea how to process an online booking. Moreover, the nonchalant attitude of the staff is extremely offputting.

Just saw here in the reviews that I'm not the only one who's faced such issues - which makes it even more disappointing.

A brilliant team of professionals who are extremely patient, cheerful, polite and very courteous. A wonderful experience.

It is a very nice, neat and clean imaging facility. The entire staff is humble and very co-operative. Mr. Manoj Lamba is extremely helping, co-operative, courteous, keeps you updated regarding the wait time etc. My experience with this center has been consistently good and I always prefer to get my scans done from this center.

Mahajan Imaging is The leader in Imaging solutions in India. They have the latest and best equipment and highly trained staff. I have been to several of their centers in Delhi and I feel that all of then are run with great professionalism. The staff is extremely helpful, the center is immaculately clean and the ambience totally puts you at ease. Everyone from the gatekeeper to the front office staff to the doctors are extremely helpful and make sure that your visit goes smoothly. The reports arrive on or before the time given to you. Brilliant work!

INITIALLY IN MONTH OF 2 ND JUNE 2021 I WAS IMPRESSED WITH SO CALL MAHAJAN IMAGING DONE ECHO 2 D REPORT WAS ALMOST NORMAL AGAIN ON 18 AUG 2021 I HAD DONE ECHO 4 D REPORT WAS ALMOST NEGATIVE PLEASE NOTE THIS 2 REPORTS IS DONE FROM THE SAME DOCTOR
TO MAKE IT SURE I HAD DONE 2D ECHO IN APPOLO AND REPORTS WAS
ALMOST NORMAL TOTAL MONEY SPEND BECAUSE OF MAHAJAN REPORT RS 10000/-
SO WHO EVER IS DOING TESTING IN MAHAJAN IMAGING PLEASE TAKE THE SECOND OPEN ION I WILL BE HAPPY IF MAHAJAN REFUND MY MONEY FOR WRONG REPORTING

Slowest place ever, it's a pain to come here for a test, on an average you have to spend two hours for sure. Quality is good but the wait and the delay really irritates someone coming in.

This is the worst center among all Mahajan branches, pathetic services from the front desk team. Even after giving appointment they do all the tests on their will. Don't even ask on the reports they just keep on delaying it for no reason! Worst lab, never take your loved ones here.

Poor service and they take advance and they don't return back. Directors are also not taking care of this loot. They are also a part of this loot.

We were called all the way from Gurgaon stating that they take all precautions and reports will be handed over in 30 mins as they are taking very few clients. We received almost 10 calls for booking services. But on reaching the service was just opposite. We had to wait for almost 3 hours for the tests and reports. Pathetic service. Complete time wastage. No professionalism.

Horrible experience, they tell you they are doing CT scan for non covid patients only, But if you persuade they take covid patients also. I experienced it myself today. Mr Saptarshi Dasgupta took a patient who had come after me for CT Scan and i heard the full conversation. Not only he took him for CT scan his name for test was called before me. They have no system, no senior to address your complaint. They only give you a phone number if you have any complain/suggestion. In Covid times they are just focussed on making money at any cost.

FRAUD ALERT.
They are just a bunch on while collar criminals i running the lab. I booked an appointment through mfine, it's a lab advisor for hauz khas mahajan labs. The total amount was 2k, they charged 9k after completing the test.i even showed them the appointment email/sms. They said they found a problem in my LS spine and did a detailed scan, i had only asked for screening. They did the scan without my consent. I filed a case aganist them and sent them a legal notice, i recieved a threateting reply a few days back asking me to withdraw the case i'll have to face results. I emailed them saying that they can keep my money as charity, i don't want the refund but i won't let the same happen to some other person. So i will not withdraw the case.

Very hygienic, well maintained, well organized and excellent staff. Mr Madhur from the X-RAY section was very efficient.all steps were taken to ensure safety during Covid times and the reports handed over in the shortest time

Mahajan Amegin lab is one of the best for their service and accurate reports. Doctors are very polite and professional. Staff is also very good, polite and efficient.

I booked Mahajan imaging 20 kms from house with 2x rate considering its review which I found later was my mistake. I was given time of 7 pm and I was assured that waiting can’t be for ~ more than 5-10 mins BUT to my surprise my waiting time was 50 mins where as I reached lab before appointment time (can be cross checked with my billing time)

At billing counter another person was informed that paying in advance is not mandatory but to me it was in advance (by another executive) which clearly states that it’s not professional organisation.

I was informed over phone and at the time of billing that MRI images will be made available within max 30 mins which was not handed over post even 60 mins of waiting and then I had to leave without images whereas At the time of entering MRI room I was told that I can take a pen drive by paying INR 950 which was made available within 5 mins after payment.

With above experience its clear that Mahajan imaging is not providing professional services at least I found it during my stay and interaction with these ppl where as charges are exactly double than normal imaging clinics (not hospitals)

A very bitter experience and will never visit again.

I have visited many times at the centre along with high dignitaries. The facilities at the centre are world class, machines are latest and accurate one and the staff is highly efficient, courteous and fully trained in their respective fields.

I tried many labs but found Mahajan Imaging is best out of all of them. On cost side you may feel higher side but they give the quality service and accurate reports. I will advise just go for this.

One of the best path lab in the country, completely reliable where one can save time and money with accurate results. I must say the staff is professional and polite which gives you a great experience.

An ultrasound appointmentfor 3rd Feb 2020 at 12.15 pm for my wife Meenakshi Anand was not started even by 1.30 pm.
At the counter the lady was going on saying 15 mins. 10 mins.and so it went on.
Zero consideration for the patients time. Avoid.

Well managed Radiodiagnostic center with polite, efficient and professionally competent doctors and staff.

Being there for a scan was an anything but an medical facility feel with great decor, ambience and ever helpful staff.

Very loud and unprofessional behaviour. Their HR needs guidance on respect and importance for the customer. It is quite visible in their staff’s attitude in what they think about customer and business.
I wish there are more players in their business and they learn the importance of customer service.

Excellent Place. Beautifully decorated to provide an ambiance that calms you down as some get anxious before an MRI (including me) ). Very courteous staff and smooth process ensured that we were in and out within an hour (2 MRIs). The fact that they are open till late evening (I guess 11 pm) is another plus. Overall, we were truly impressed with the facility and the process. Now, we are hoping that the results and the reports will also be credible.

I was referred to this place by my dentist to get some CBCT scans done.
Didn’t take long to figure out that these guys are incessantly overcharging for their services.

To have two CBCT scans done on adjacent teeth, Mahajan quoted 3500 for each tooth. Having had something similar done before I knew that it needed only one scan and not two as one CBCT scans usually covers the whole jaw. Made me suspicious.

Inquired at other nearby clinics and found out that the next three that I asked at all quoted 2500-3000 for the exact same service.

Beware guys. These guys are chronically overcharging. Would steer away from this place.

Advance machines for many testings especially of 'Heart' neat and clean place, free parking outside, clean washroom. Charges are much on higher side than what it is charged at many places. Overall I will recommend the place for 'CT Coronary angiography'

This place has incredibly rude staff! They also request illegal information from their patients. Trust me, don't go there. They are super invasive and lie about their regulations. Horrible service.

Having booked an appointment a day in Advance, there is no sanctity of the same. Our patient was kept waiting for one and a half hours without proper communication whatsoever and to top it all the staff at the reception kept changing the reasons for the long wait we were subjected to. Moreover they didn’t bother to inform us of the status even after enquiring with the MRI staff. Total apathy and lack of concern. Dated 09.03.2019
