Patient was on wheelchair and sought report on urgent because she cannot move. The assistance who is Mahajan imaging employee wanted her to wait outside (very hot and humid) because as per him there was no space. How ever truth was there was ample space. Such a pathetic behaviour in one of the most renowned centre for scanning. Price also very good but inculcate behaviour in employee is also required to serve humanity.

I was with driver named Manish. Probably the best I could expect. Was very helpful, respectful and cooperative. Was surely kind towards the patient and got us back and forth safely without any issues. 10/10 would highly recommend him.

Mahajan Imaging & Labs are one of the best professionally managed imaging centers in the city. The PET/CT department is one of the most advanced. I would like to thank Ankit, Neetu, and Renu for all their proactive support and input. Much appreciated. In case you are not getting clarity for your tests on the phone or online, I would suggest visiting them in person.

I've been there for my grandmother's x-ray and ultrasound on 09 may 2022, i wasn't having any appointment yet Mr. Satinder Singh assisted with everything and all the procedures, he made my time duration of waiting less than usual I've known about he is one of the best person who have facilited me & my grandmother woth with best diagnosis for her medical conditions. I'm really impressed with his diligence and humility they way he treated us with complete procedure is impeccable and awarding. I would really recommend this person to consult with your when you visit there.

The new facility at SDA is very well planned keeping patients convenience in mind. The administrative staff, technicians and doctors are all very courteous, efficient bearing pleasing personality who ensure that the patients are comfortable. Everything is well organised and protocols are in place and followed well. The waiting is also minimal. We were made to feel very comfortable by the front office executive Ms. Shayri who got our testing done in no time and ensured smooth flow right from the registration to report collection

Got my PRI PELVIS MRI DONE FROM HERE.
Not impressed. I was to rule out hydrosylpinx. The MRI was performed and technician ‍ took my ultrasound n hsg reports for overview. And day after my MRI I got the report I expected some findings and investigation in MRI instead they gave me an ultrasound report on MRI E.g DF 18 mm left n right ovary. ET 9 mm and ‍️‍️‍️‍️What the fuss I expected to know about my tube dilation and hydrosylpinx if any.the facility is boutique kind with AC super chill and ambience to woo your heart and make you feel not be in a diagnostic centre instead of cafe.

But I’m not pleased or sure about skill n qualification of radiologist seems they are not knowledgeable enough to prepare analyse and give MRI PELVIS FINDINGS REPORT.

Very very very good service by the all staff specially Neetu maam she served us like a home and set up or arrangements like a five star hotel we spent mahajan imaging more than six hours. My husband went for a scan recently. We were both impressed by the professionalism as well as the cooperative staff. Neetu Ankit and Sandeep were extremely helpful, a special thanks to them. Very impressive indeed!

We wanted to do a Trodat scan. Getting appointment was pretty easy as a coordinator continued to keep in touch with us throughout the whole process. As Trodat scan need two patients together, appointments are not easy to get. However, with Mahajan it was fairly smooth process.
We were given an allotted time. And when we reached there, the process was very smooth. After checking our prescriptions, we were informed of the next steps while we waited. The waiting areas are very aesthetically made. And there is no crowding. There are enough sitting spaces are in every floor and near every lab. The decor and the arrangement gave good vibes. Our scan was completed on time and reports quicker than expected. Also the staff behaved respectfully. We were referred by govt.doctors too.
One incident that deserves special mention here. While walking in, I somehow misplaced (dropped from my bag pack) my Apple Watch by mistake. The staff ensured that they check every security camera to see where I dropped it. When it was difficult to trace it by camera, they asked all the guards outside to help locate it, until it was found. Throughout the entire process, the Centre Coordinator Neetu and Niharika from the admin department was with me and continued to assure me of the steps they were taking to locate my watch. Until we found it.
I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I had also asked around other centres for the same scan and other hospitals quoted a higher price than what was offered at Mahajan.
We as a family use Mahajan imaging at other hospitals but this dedicated centre at SDA is definitely worth it to get your job done. A big thumbs up.

If comes under panel it is damn sure that your whole day will waste and for that they have not regret

I have generally had a good experience at Mahajan Diagnostic's Hauz Khas centre. But this time when i went for an ultrasound of my right knee on April 14,2022, the report i got via mail said left knee. They also refused to hand over hard copies of the report to my husband and insisted i come there personally. Considering the mistake was theirs, they should have been accommodating and changed the report instead of inconveniencing me. What are they scared of?

They say something else and do something else. We were told we would be given the reports in the evening but when we went to take it, they said half reports will be available tomorrow.
Only half information is provided each time, not worth of anyone's time and money.

Very neat and hygienic place with amazing interiors, the vibe itself is good enough to bring a lot of positivity. Very thoughtful design and a hospitable staff.

An excellent set up with ehos of patient friendly. What really impressed is COVOD precautions beingenforced strictly.
Mr Jagdish Rawand Ms Sharandeep Kaur at the Reception Desk would an asset to any organization, esp in the service industry. Mr Rawat despite being busy was found to courteous as well as tactful in satisfying queroes and handling grievances.
Both these Managers deserve incentives.

Prompt and Excellent service. Everyone was cordial and Sh Jagdish was specially very helpful. Old parents had no discomfort in going through the whole testing process.

I booked appointment for my elderly parents and also requested them to not make them wait due to health conditions. They assured that wait will not be more than 10 min. When we went there we were second in the line. I do not know how a couple came after us and got ahead of us. The illing staff was RIDICULOUS. I asked the man at counter why we were not called in for ultrasound he said his colleague made a mistake n let go others before us. We had to wait 50 minutes. UNPROFESSIONAL TO ANOTHER LEVEL. THIS WAS ABOUT 2 YRS BACK WE DINT GO BACK AFTER THAT.

One of the best imaging centres in Delhi. The staff were co-operative and guided us very well. Went to undergo CT scan and the whole process was quite satisfactory. From start to end, they were quite professional and special thanks to Charanjeet Kaur and her colleagues!

I request you all not to visit this center on emergency or if you are in a pain which is unbearable because for them you are just a customer they will never understand your problem. Their front desk staff is so pathetic, unprofessional and have no humanity.guys I would to share my story with you.yesterday I went there with lots of back pain and I am not in a condition to stand properly or sit at a place. I have a tears in my eyes with that severe pain I request them for the test (Ultrasound) they replied that I need to take an appointment and appointment date is after 4 days. Friends can anyone explain me if someone is suffering from pain now how one can wait for 4 days then I request for emergency checkup front desk person replied that I have to wait for 2 hours and that should be outside the center not in their premises. I was shocked that time that how they can say like that to a patient who is requesting them for help. I am not going to visit there in my whole life they are not worth it.

I must say the professionalism and promptness in taking tests by mahajan imaging is unparalleled.

I had covid earlier back in hyderabad, and it was tough to get a test done. Running around here and there. Even at the test center there was chaos. But here in delhi its been a breeze. Always got it done at mahajan.

I got my COVID -19 test done at Caring Dx, unit of Mahajan imaging, my experience were beyond expectation, their premises were highly sanitised and cleaned, further the staff there were very cooperative

Outstanding and very efficient service for my family by the team at Caring. We got Covid and blood tests through home sample collection for my wife and me. Very effective and safe home and office collection, results were online on priority without any fuss. My net promoter score NPS is 10 which is a full promoter. Very bad experience. We visited the Hauz khas centre to get the x ray done for bone age estimation of 5 year old kid. The staff was not concerned about the radiation exposure to the child. We have to request them 3-4 times to get the thyroid collar and lead appron. It is very bad that staff with NABH accredited centre is not following the proper radiation protection guidelines.

My 88 year old father, a retd Naval doc himself, underwent an ultrasound for KUB at the Hauz Khas unit. I must have called up more than a dozen times from Mumbai to ensure all went well for him as I was not accompanying him. He came away very pleased, said it was an Excellent diagnostic facility! As for me all I can say they have very patient staff who understood my concern n put me at ease.

Thanks to Mr Vinod Kumar. He was very cooperative. I got my mother's (Vidya Dudani) OPG done.my daughter's (Muskan) OPG too. Happy with the services. Good Luck.

I visited Mahajan Imaging Hauz khas to get my relative's test done. I must say its highly recommended to visit this place in case there is any radiology tests needs to be done. I tried my mri in normal tunnel mri. Machine. I freaked out. As I m clestrophobic person. But my experience at mahajan imaging was very comfortable. Staff was very very supportive.
For clestrophobic people I would really recommend open mri at mahajan imaging

The MRI machine supoosed to be loud. But the complacent staff that operate the machine do not seem to care. They use plastic for padding the space around your head rather than use accoustic dappening sponge. And rather than provide ear plugs, put some cotton in your ears. So cheap.

They also do not respond when you squeeze the air pump provided to alert the staff that you require attention. That is dangerous.

Just making money without care for patient. Take your business elsewhere. This centre is is notnworth time or money.

I got my MRI for lower spine done at Hauz khas branch. The staff is very polite and helpful. I'm big claustrophobic and I went alone. The attendant named Ms Amita held my hand throughout 15 min of MRI process and kept me calm. I could go thru only and only because of her otherwise I would have screamed and gathered whole centre. The receptionist guy and another attendant mr. Rajendra also helped me by allowing me check out the machine first and get thru process before payment. Thanks a lot. You all were really helpful. I'm grateful.

Mahajan imagigng is getting better and better day by day. The front desk people are more sensitive than before.

The waiting area is also nicely managed. The imaging infrastructure is quite good. Most of the clients are Central government employees and thier family members.

No one pick call if they pick they put you on for long hold they do not give appointment. Every time when I call to take appointment it seems like I am playing a game to clear levels. Doctors are kind but reception staff and working staff is too rude. Mahajan has a good name but we don’t expect this from you. If you cannot value time what can we expect? Phone lines are to pick attend and give appointment.

I had very good telephonic help at the Defcol branch & Hauz kauz brance. H/e i had to use the Hauz kauz branch for my ultra sound. Not a very easy test due to filling up your bladder. The need to run to the w/c is a crucial rush you would all know what i am talking about.
On Asking the attendent if the W/c was vacant as she was leaning agaist the wall busy on the mob ph for quite a while. She says yes & opens the slightly closed door to let me in. As i step in i am shocked & so is the sr gentle man inside using the urinal.
She had told the poor sr man not to bolt the door.
If only she was doing her job deligently & mindfully such an awkward situation would not have occured.
Even after i was long done she was just there at the door jabberring away on the mob. Least repentful. That’s when i felt management must know what’s happening as a feed back

Good place for any type of MRI and CT SCAN. Staffs are good in nature and supportive. It is near to Hauz khas metro station you have to out from gate no. 02 (Laxman public school side) it hardly takes 10 mins through walk. It is near to MTNL office and Indian Post office Hauz Khas.

It was a terrible experience. I went for a KUB ultrasound. They kept on telling me that the doctor is coming in 2 minutes for 45 minutes. The nurses were busy in the cafeteria, and nobody seemed to care. A KUB ultrasound is done with a bursting bladder. Hence, a doctor needs to see the patient immediately. It turned out that the doctor had just gone home for 30 minutes. These guys are irresponsible like hell. Don't go there. That day I returned without an ultrasound.

I went for ultrasound. My appointment is of 12 pm but they send me around 1: 30 pm and then the reports will come around 4: 30 pm.worst centre.iska bas Naam hai aur price zyada hai aur quality me hai zero.

Worst place of diagnostics.
Doctors are good but other staffs are not good.
Waiting periods are too long
They are give appointment for 2PM but term comes at 5 PM.

Very rude staff. I wish I could give a rating in minus. I wanted to get an MRI done. Asked the receptionist a male sitting in the corner. He was extremely extremely rude. I just went away without getting MRI. Worse than Govt hospital.

I am writing this while waiting at mahajan imaging centre Hauz Khas for collection of report. I was told that reports would be ready MRI by 1100 am and Xray by 1200 noon. I had taken leave from my job to collect report and consult doctor. Due to delay at Lab end to prepare my reports on time, I could not consult doctors and my one day leave has gone waste. Lab authority should take care of patients time. I will not comment on quality of work. Hope Lab will take corrective steps regarding such timing issues.
