Very good hospital. Doctors are very nice and cooperative. Staff is also very helpful and caring.

Worst experience that led to the death of my loved one after torture for months. Nurses and doctors are incapable and rude.
They changed the iv set on my mother with someone else's when we went for her dialysis. We noticed immediately and they did not even believe at first, but later admitted. I am concerned with what their system is but I can't comprehend how could a hospital do such a mistake that can be life-threatening for the patient.nurses come after an half an hour when you call them. Mostly with rude faces and tone.
They discharged after 5- 6 days without even telling us that my mother had serious sepsis infection.
After over month when her condition worsened we admitted here again (we didnt knew at that time that the doctors are incapable, we trusted them.), they told us she had sepsis and need to go to icu. Condition in ICU is worse than wards, here when the patient can't even speak.
Nurses are uneducated, they injected sodium bicarbonate when doctor wrote saline.
They don't even notice when the patient is not able to breathe. So many times face of patients turn blue struggling for oxygen but they won't care to notice. Either they will notice after the patient has been tortured for a long time or attendants tell them to clear the tube. Diapers were changed so late. Nurses talk rudely to /about icu patients to them.my mother could speak a little at that time but i understood when she told me to not call nurses/ayas after her diapers got dirty.
Change et tube very late when infection has worsened or never change at all.
I am not trying to insult this hospital. My above review is purely our experience that we faced with certain nurses/doctors, and i did not name any of them.
I don't know about this hospital much, maybe some people got good treatment here (because they met a good doctor).
On that note, I want to tell all those doctors and nurses, Please be good people first, be more aware of your patients, patients are first priority.please treat patients with honesty and integrity. Above all, please love the weak first and then the strong.
We know hospitals can't save someone's life in after a point.
But we didn't knew they can prolong the pain and give the worse Deaths.

If you don't want to treat DGEHS patients, why do you get your hospital empanelled?

Dr. Sadhna Gupta in gynae department appears to be solely focused on financial considerations. Despite her seniority in the medical field, she refuses to treat patients covered by CGHs panels, insisting on exclusively tending to private patients who offer higher compensation. It's disheartening, and perhaps the only response we can offer is disapproval.

Very poor service my grandfather was admitted and he was not treated well on time, very delayed service and they don't even have advanced treatments.

Don't trust their bill blindly.check it correctly before paying, they will charge you for the service which you didn't recieve.

My aunt was admitted to another hospital when she got a heart attack. She got recovered and was able to talk and eat food after preliminary treatment in another hospital. However, that hospital was not equipped to operate stents. Thus, we decided to go to this hospital unaware that we were pushing our aunt into her death bed. During the transfer in their ambulance, her health deteriot and these money maker gave the reason that due to traffic, her health declined.
Nonetheless, after 3 days, they charged us 2.67 lacs for killing my aunt without any hesitation.
Stay away from the hospital at any cost. We lost ours, but you can still save your loved ones.

They did earn the money by doing such in-human activity, but they forgot that what goes around comes back around.

A private hospital with no parking facility. Visitors are forced to park their vehicles on the congested and narrow road runs parallel to the hospital full of "NO PARKING" boards. Police can tow your vehicle. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THE HOSPITAL IN YOUR VEHICLE. THE PLACE HAS NO PARKING FACILITY.

The staff is so ill behaved.
It seems the place is run by govt employees.
I cannot describe how horrible was my visit.

Very poor managment, no proper staff, my mother is hospitalised for her knee surgery, no proper medication she is receiving, no single staff visit for chk up after surgery, night time she is having lot of pain but no one to take care or give any medication, no staff member. Very shameful.what you need is only money, after talking money, you dont care about pt.

I lost my mother. Drs only wanted to throw the patient out irrespective of bad health and full payment just to prevent a bad name for them in case of patient death. Extremely sad. I paid in lakhs but no treatment given.

This place is getting worst and worst, my father was admitted for asthamatic case in the ICU and whenever we put a question to the doctor like is there any estimate when he will be ready to be back home the doctor is like "abhi man hai abhi le jao 2 din bad man ho tab lejana ya 5 din bad le jana" is this an answer you will expect from an mbbs when a guy is worried for his father who is still serving in defence. Just pathetic. Hectic experience I had the staff just wants to increase your bill somehow they always have thousand formalities even I asked can you just discharge my father I will take him somewhere else because my father was now stable and talking I just didn't trusted this hospital at all if I am paying for a private hospital being a middle class person at least I will expect good care for my father. Go to hospitals like bl Kapoor, Fortis instead if you are paying at least you will feel safe leaving your parent in that environment with the staff

This hospital is very bad, no one should take their patient here, they kill the patient for money.

Dr RL BHAT IS a gastroenterologist whlo visits magh.
He is the worst doctor and sitting to loot poor peoples money.
He writes unnecessary tests and doesn't even talk for 2 minutes.
He insists to see him privately to charge high fees.
These type of doctors should be prosecuted by IMA and there medical license should be cancelled.

Hospital is good but canteen/cafeteria is untidy and unhygienic, being in hospital it should be properly managed.

One additional star for the surgical department and the doctor who actually did the treatment in my case.
This used to be a good hospital in past but now only a few good doctor are left, most of the doctors are money minded and since they are working for a very long time with this hospital and now they hold senior positions.
Our family doctor advised us to take a 2days hospitalisation for a very minor surgery without any cuts and same was done was hospital doctor as well, but hospital's medicine doctor said that it is a 28days medicine course and we cannot discharge you before that, and for a economy bed and 4day I was charged around 80k. Which is very very costly.

Wanted to give 0 star but no option for that here. 7 hrs into admission of patient suffering from Dengue and no doctor visited niether any test reports came which other wise would take 2-3 hrs. Had to shift to another hospital.charged for the services like doctor's consulatation fees too when apparantly my decration included that no doctor visited.when raised the questions, staff and accounts kept accusing each other. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND DOCTOR. ROOMS AND ALL THE SERVICES NOT EVEN HALF THE WORTH OF YOUR MONEY. HAD TO PAY 18000 FOR NOTHING.

This hospital is the black spot in the name of the private hospitals. If people's are thinking to get treated in private hospital because of the good facilities than this is not the preferred hospital. The facilities of govt hospital and this hospital is same. Also the charge higher than the regular package cost. Don't opt for this hospital as this hospital is just doing a money making business.

Shabby and unprofessional doctors. Lost my brother in law due to lack of proper treatment. My brother in-law was admitted with COVID + and his index was a moderate index but due to the doctors negligence his condition became worse. Routine tests were not done. And whatever tests they did if any they did not share the reports inspite of repeated requests. He had no comorbidity like diabetes or hypertension and could have easily survived but the hospital ensured that he did not recover. We had to insist on conducting tests but all on deaf years. The only thing they said that his oxygen saturation is ok but other parameters are going down and what were the other parameters they never revealed. Also two days before they intubated him he was recovering and even talking but after Intubation it led to bacterial infection and he went into septic shock and died of cardiac arrest. This was all done to just mint money but we lost our brother who was a fun loving, jovial and the most helpful person you could come across. If you want your lives one to be alive and healthy NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. This hospital is a sure shot death certificate.

The worst hospital ever. I have been calling them to get the B+ve plasma reallocated to someone in need which was earlier allotted to a patient who no longer needs it!
They are saying to throw the plasma instead of helping out.the operator was both rude and pathetic!

They refused to provide treatment or admission to my father - a criticial covid patient, whose oxygen levels were deteoriating, he passed away recently. They deny people the medical care that they deserve. In their emergency he was panting badly, breathing heavily with great difficulty and no one bothered to provide him medical attention, also they maintain freezing cold temperatures which further worsens the patient's condition. No hygiene levels maintained. Inhuman and insensitive medical staff.

Worst hospital ever. I lost my naniji due their negligence. The drs.won't pay a visit to the patient and would leave them. They're their just to make money and to take away the life of your loved ones.

A private hospital with the staff having attitude of govt hospital staff. I lost my naniji due to lack of care and this has happened multiple times many of my known have lost life here only due to negligence.

The worst hospital for handling covid cases. Incompetent team of doctors and nursing staff. I lost my brother to covid here yesterday. He was otherwise a healthy person with no other ailments. Beware & Stay away if you want your loved ones to survive

Very bad service for Covid test. On call they say RT PCR Test is being conducted. When reaching at counter. They refused. And for Rapid test they took around one hr to print the bill. They had PC issue, Printer issue.

One of the very good hospital in Bengaluru. Excellent staff and such good doctors available all the time. I got my covid vaccine done from this hospital today. The way they were handling patients was remarkable.

Got covid test done for my grandmother she was extremely unwell and from last 2 days I have been waiting for reports. Sample taken at 3 pm on 8th April 2021. Report information was as follows:
7 bje aayegi, 10 bje aayegi, next day 12 bje aayegi, raat ko technical problem aa gyi machines me, 5 bje aayegi, 6 bje aayegi, sample not reacting, 10 bje aayegi report and now sample is creating noise and now at 11.31 pm after waiting for entire day still there is no information. This is the way your path lab works. It's pathetic the way you deal with patients.
I won't suggest a serious patient to go there for saving his or her life

I would not say its a great Hospital but its not that bad either.
Firstly in terms of hygiene - they might be cleaning the place but still it has so many mosquitoes which is not good to be the case in a hospital.

The staff handling the emergency admissions shohld be polite enough but it is a total opposite of what it should be.
A person is already in trouble when they visit a hospital and at that time such people increase a patients agony instead of trying to make them feel a little comfortable.

The doctors are good and that is the only reason patients think of going to this hospital.
Otherwise the way the staff at cash counters and admission query desk deal with patients and the their family is pathetic!

Although a few admin members are super helpful and extremely sweet as well. Special mention for Pradeep ji who is there in the admin room and is touchwood very helpful and extremely polite! People like him actually make this hospital worth visiting if you need to go to a hospital although no one would ever want to land up in a situation where they need to go to a hospital.

Again like all other hospitals a few of the nurses are very sweet and helpful but the others are a comple opposite.

One thing with which I was extremely disappointed, and am not sure if other hospitals have the same rule or not - they keep Covid positive and suspected patients together which is risky and disgraceful.
At least the floor for confirmed positive and suspected patients should be separate according to me.

Charges Rs 4250 for miscellaneous charges, actually this is corona cess hospital is charging. Hospital is not hygienic, Cockroaches can be seen wandering here and there. Administration is very poor, administrative staff give you headache by diverting you here and there. Only positive about this hospital is doctors. They give you proper time. I express my gratitude towards Dr BB Chanana sir for his services.

Worst hospital! No facilities for patients, no treatment, no care, not even poor rather 0. Our family member was admitted in this hospital and immediate attention/treatment was needed, but this trash hospital delayed the action for 6 hours. And consequently we lost our beloved one due to the lack of facilities. Moreover the doctors and nurses lacks sense here, they don't even know 'C' of care, they keep on lingering the process till the end when the patient is about to give up their life. We lost our member, but please you don't. Spread the truth of this shabby hospital. Not even recommend this in negative values. I wish this hospital gets sealed and the lives of some are saved by not getting admitted in this 'garbage' in the name of 'hospital'.

Horrible just horrible. Money making shop with poorest of services. They said patient vitals are stable but authorize for ventilator in case it is needed. Just 30 seconds after signing the form they called that vitals have gone down and immediately need to be put on ventilator. No signs of life and yet they kept on ventilator for 2 days and kept doing costly tests. Stay away from this inhumane hospital. Patient on ventilator and yet charges towards physiotherapy added. Forced an ambulance for Rs. 5000 and declined to provide death certificate by refusing to send doctor to home. Charged Rs. 2000 towards removing tubes - all this after paying 2 lakhs of rupees. One of the doctor verbally told that they have been given huge targets to meet and this is normal in this hospital.

This hospital is very very bad. They don't take of patients they only think about themselves. They are criminals who don't think about patient. They also don't allow paitent, s family to come and see there paitent for a single minute. Specially bb chanana is very bad doctor. He is mudrer. He never think about person they only think about money.they are useless.

Worst hospital in delhi parking problem staff is not talking care of covid 19 they are testing people in one room no matter patient is covid 19 or normal patient they want only money. Staff is slow higen is poor they should treat covid patients separately but they are not I went for ncct there patient of covid is also there nest turn was mine what was that. Earlier it was not like this but now no management is taking proper responsibility

Good hospital.many specialised doctors are available.
Paid parking is available on the opposite road side service road but no parking in the hospital premesis. But one can park in the service lane in front of hospital if able to find space.

Pathetic place cheap like everyone said but some docters don't even have some moral value bad expeierence.they treat u like u r a burden on them.

Never go to this hospital specially for heart issues. People say that Dr B B channa is very good but that is a biggest lie. They all r thief’s.wort hospital with no knowledge of treatments. Worst worst worst. Pathetic.

This around 350-400 bedded hospital is on Main rohtak road in West Punjabi bagh. Nearest metro station is Shivaji park. Service is ok. Child vaccination timing is between 4-6 PM. 24 hr emergency is there. However the hospital is overcrowded and lacks cleanliness. Parking is also a big problem for patients and visitors.

If you really care for loved ones never go to this bloody place. My each and every relative whosoever has been referred here never gets back home. Just because of their negligence, wrong treatments, and lies. First they operate in a wrong manner and then keep the person on ventilator for long to make money. And when u say you want to transfer your patient, they reply that the person is no more and u can take the body after final payment. That's all they do. I wish the owner and the concerned doctors who are into this never gets a peaceful life and may their loved ones face the same cruelty.

Pathetic Experience. My mother had a surgery for plate insertion in leg. Due to lack of stretchers, they kept her for about an hour extra inside OT. Then by the time xray was done and she was brought to the ward, anaesthesia wore off. I kept asking the nurse but she said the ward has been sent to fetch the medicine for an hour. Then when I started shouting she administered a pain killer from someone else's bed. Next day in the morning, doctor checked the xray and said one screw is too tight and causing swelling. They cut stitches again and she was again administered anaesthesia. Foolish staff. A place for loot. Too costly for the services being offered. Worst experience.

Doctors are suppose to help us but here they know how to increase your grievances. We went to this hospital to get our uncle treated for a heart related problem. They told us that there will be a minor surgery and a day after that we will discharge him. After the surgery which was suppose to be a minor one the health of our person started detoriating to a level where we lost him. I would urge all not to consult the doctors here for any problem.

This hospital is a place of loot. Everyone has got some type of ego. Even the panel verification counter people don't know how to behave. Doctors don't have time to verify treatment documents. They will ask you to come the next day even for panel reimbursement documents verification. The hospital even charges 350 rs for document verification which is completely illegal and totally a loot. Better go for any other hospital.

I was hospitalized here when the Max shalimar had refused to treat me. This hospital turned a Temple for me. Staff and Dr. Are best and price is also not that high as of other private hospitala.

In this era of Fortis/Apollo/Max, this one is a old horse but some of their departments are FAR ahead of even the most reputed hospitals.

Fetal Medicine (Ultrasound for Pregnancy) is superior than any other hospital or Dr Lal Path labs, this hospital has Dr Apporva which does this ultrasound and is amongst the top 5 Radiologist of Delhi.

NICU (ICU for new born Kids) is also at par with GangaRam and other top notch hospitals.

Chances of normal delivery are less, expect C section but otherwise competent staff and nursing.

Some may find their way of working too old fashioned but doctors are competent

Parking is available on opposite side of road and you have to walk 300 meters which can be annoying and unsafe at night too
