Maid For Family (Domestic Help & Maid Consultant)

I got their reference from some friends and went to them. I wish I had read some of the feedback here before. For 3 months they kept sending a new maid every 20-25 days because their maids were bad. Bad attitude, do not want to work, do not understand Hindi, no experience in kitchen. Every time I would speak with Rani she would tell me now I have understood what you are looking for and she would send even the worse maid than before. Else she would say in Rs. 15000 I can only provide a cleaning maid. If you want cooking take the expensive one. Thank God I did not go for that. Now at the time of cancellation and refund they deducted 60%of the amount. Rani is nothing but a crook. Her maids are lazy and only jhaadoo pocha waalis that you can hire for Rs. 5000 a month. They would spend all day cleaning the house so that they do not have to do anything else.

Very bad experience, harassment for the whole family.
Maid ran away without telling.owners don’t take responsibility of anything and unprofessional. Rani should hire professional people instead of harassing decent customers
