I am glad that I chose this place for a two day stay. It is a well maintained and very pleasant with a professional staff. The greenery is another important reason because of which I prefer to opt it for rest of my trips.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Maidens Hotel in Prema Kunj (Delhi) and it was an unforgettable experience.
One of the highlights of this hotel is its stunning garden, which is impeccably maintained and filled with the vibrant colors of blooming flowers. It's a tranquil oasis that provides the perfect backdrop for relaxation and unwinding. What's more, the presence of peacocks wandering gracefully adds a touch of enchantment to the atmosphere.
This is one of the best place, I have experienced in Delhi. Very good service with cleaned and well equipped luxury. I've just stayed for 2 days felt very glad for their services and even location is at centre of attraction in convenient for for everything.
Best services. Calm and peaceful stay in a city full of honks, at very reasonable price. We enjoy lounging in the pool and watching the peacock in the morning.
Absolutely not a cozy place, the staff is gloomy, the rooms are not cozy, there are no windows to connect to Wi-Fi, this is generally a mission and its speed is 8 mbps
Excellent staff and location is very sophisticated feels like government personal accquired land with all possible latest service standards and peaceful environment.
Lovely stay at this Heritage hotel close to Old Delhi. The staff could not have done more to make us welcome, from Reception staff to those who serviced the room and especially the dining room staff. Everyone went to great lengths to ensure we were comfortable. The food was freshly prepared and delicious and the room was very comfortable. The room did not quite meet the comfort level of a modern hotel but this was to be expected in an older property and the surroundings and ambience more than made up for this. We particularly enjoyed having our breakfast outside in the shade of the over 100 years old Banyan tree complete with parakeets and peacock. A lovely stay - thank you.
It is a five star hotel in the Civil lines area in Delhi just close to the walled city and ISB Terminal. I have no idea about the rooms. Had the occasion to attend marriage in its back lawns. The back lawn can accommodate about 300 pax. The ambience is nice. Food qualitt was good so also the service and cleanliness. Valet parking available.
It a heritage property of oberoi group but not a very good property overall, very nice open spaces and graden areas, lush of white and greens are seen in the property, food is decent enough
Staff was very hospitable and there for every need and the amenities were great. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean.
A true sample of excellent hospitality! This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Civil Lines. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. The staff was extremely friendly. They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.
Writing after 8 days of stay experience Not 1 day I got good breakfast. When asked for egg white omelette i get normal omelette. When asked for pan cake I dont even get one after waiting for 15-20mins and this happens again even after complaining about the breakfast 2 days prior. One day I walk in the restaurant I am told that I have only single person breakfast wherein my room is on double occupancy and this happens after staying for couple of days. They make me shift tables after seating because particular table is booked whereas there was no one seating when I reached. Here's a suggestion book a OYO but Maidens Hotel. Avoid!
One of the finest oberoi hotel and it's completely different from others. It's situated in central Delhi and the property has wow feeling especially if you like a heritage property. When you Rome around the hotel you can feel the time of British era. There are many hertige photographs you can see around the hotel, which are rare to see. It has a excellent small bar which I like the most.
I absolutely loved the property! It is truly a hidden gem in North Delhi. We went there for a staycation on my birthday. At the reception, they gave my son a toy that kept him entertained through out our stay. Although the coffee shop area is a bit small, their food and service is great! The pool area and lawns were really nice and well kept. The rooms are spacious and exude an old world charm. The ideal time to enjoy their open areas is from end of monsoon season to end of winters.
The oberoi maidens located at civil lines Delhi. This hotel started n a heritage hotel since 1903.it is very old hotel in Delhi. Location wise very good.
The place is Nice. Only thing is since it belongs to English Era and could be a Heritage Hotel the roofs are high and that makes AC ineffective or may be we attended wedding in peak Covid 2nd wave that's why the ACs were non operational otherwise it's a great place.
Colonial architectural charm. They don’t build city hotels with this kind of space or dimension anymore. The Maidens is one of a handful of properties which is maintained in a manner befitting of its heritage.
Such a quiet retreat so close to the city. Dinner experience was excellent. The paneer tikka was so well done, soft and fresh. Service was personalised and prompt.
Special thanks to Mr. Sumit Ji. Sumit took great care of even the smallest things. What can be said about the Oberoi Group, Well maintained property. Hospitality as its best.location is amazing. The best thing they upgraded my room to a suit without asking, and I was really impressed.suit. Till now there has never been disappointment after choosing Oberoi.
Really nice hotel. It has a colonial charm which is still very much present. The swimming pool is great. The restaurant leaves much to be desired. The staff at the restaurant refused to serve us the dinner buffet at 10: 45 and started clearing up even though the buffet is supposed to be open till 11 PM. Apart from this incident, the stay was satisfactory. Rooms are huge and and well appointed and the ceilings are high. The bathroom and shower is huge and the water pressure is amazing. Room service is overpriced.
A heritage hotel par excellence with a large campus full of Nature's bounty tucket away in a quiet corner of Civil Lines makes this abode of hispitality one of Delhi's best kept secrets. The staff are so focused on guest comfort that it can be termed a home away from home, albeit a luxurious and pampering one.
I love the vibe of this place! The staff here are so polite and so helpful. They were even kind enough to provide us with a room upgrade which just improved our overall experience by a lott.
Had a wonderful stay at one of the best heritage hotels in the country. The entire staff and the environment around was so perfect after a tiring journey. Felt at home with the services and the wonderful suite. A huge thank you for everything. Planning another visit soon ️
One of the unneglectable fiascos of the infrastructure is its generator area being located in proximity to the employees' smoking area with impromptu circuit layout and wires popping out. I saw this myself and when complained about it to the manager, he paid no heed to it.
An old heritage property in Civil Lines, Delhi.owned by Oberoi Hotel Group. Oberoi Contact Center is there looking after all Oberoi properties clients.
On oasis of rest near the hustle and bustle of old Delhi. Lovely building and grounds, spotlessly clean, large rooms, good food and cocktails. Very friendly staff and great service. The room I had did not have direct windows to outside, but windows to a corridor with blinds that let through light. This was a feature, because direct windows let through heat and noise. My room was not too hot, even with the aircon off.
Truly unique. Hotel in colonial style built at the beginning of the 20th century. The service is incredibly helpful and professional: from the management to the boy in the swimming pool. This level of comfort, space and service for the price is impossible to get in Europe. Our room was something around 50m2, divided in two sections with very spacious toilet. It also included an extra space for the clothes. Very comfortable bed. Everything is decorated with old colonial style using very high quality materials. A public transport card is given for free. Totally recommendable.
The hotel looks lovely, in an old fashioned way. The grounds are nice with spaces outside to enjoy. The rooms are adequate, not more. Many have no windows so tend to be dark. Happy hour 4 til 8 in the bar only, but if you are sitting in the terrace area it doesn't apply! OK for one night stopover.
The service was exceptional. The staff attentive and pleasant nothing was to much trouble even the doorman was an example of what a 5 star establishment should be. The rooms were large the beds comfortable the bathrooms clean well laid out and spacious. The breakfast staff were attentive and the breakfast superb as was the meal we ate for dinner in the hotel resteraunt. Well done to all the staff and management for making our stay so memorable
It's a heritage hotel built in 1906. A complete white property. You can have a getaway here. The gardens give a serene feel. You may also see peacocks here. Gives an ambiance of peace.
Nice cosy elite coffee shop in this British colonial Hotel with best Pizza, which beats even the Italians and very nice smooth simple cold coffee. A bit expensive but it's worth it.
Feels like home plus the “non at home” extras. Superior hotel, staff, cleaning staff and wonderful drivers with extreme local knowledge we (as tourists) all benefit from. I am proud to be one of the many returning guest.
Place is really good. I was there for a wedding function. Although the function was outside in park. And we get a chance to visit the hotel from inside too. And that was really good. Hotel is designed in a Royal British style.
We loved our stay at The Maidens Hotel. The ambience is wonderful. The staff are all so helpful, informative and knowledgeable. The food is great and a good variety to suit all tastes.
The service here is very professional and helpful - if you are a paying guest. If you're here for a conference or a meal, you are not entitled to anything beyond an opened door.
Having said that, the building has a lot of personality and has been fairly well maintained. If you want to see a classic remnant of the British colonial past here, this is a prime example.
Disappointing. Great from exterior but rooms need modernising. The shower had one of the most stupid setup i have ever seen. Water was barely hot despite waiting 10 minutes, no heaters, poor quality tv, broken electric plugs,
This place is royal. Food was amazing and the ambience is lovely too. Collection of vintage cars, motorbikes, pictures of guys hunting a lion (the real one) gives us a glimpse of the lifestyle of the people back then.
A 2 night stay at this hotel to start our tour of Delhi, Agra & Rajasthan. A good quality hotel with comfortable rooms, good food & nice pool area with bar & extensive gardens. A quiet retreat away from the organised chaos of New & Old Delhi.
The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.and I have slept in a lot! The layout of the building means most rooms have no view at all from the windows, which is a bit odd.
