One of the best apartment locality in rohini. High gentry, well educated service class as well as professional residing here. Well walled structure, kid safe and well protected by professional staff. Easily connected to outer ring road.

I like this place except of parking the cars. No space is there now. Very irritating to find place for car parking

Not maintained from the roof and corridor, only one lift, never repair roof from society management, most of water tanks overflow all the time, only top floor people repair roof own cost of money.
Street dogs come to roof and not safe for people if you are walking here,

A society at Sector 13 Rohini. It has very spacious flats and big parks. Lot of people have done illegal construction in their flats.

Worst society…No security…Even anyone can come in this society, harm anybody and escape without any question. Here dog lovers come to the rescue of stray dogs even if they bite you without any provocation or harming the dogs. Not the place to live…. Complete hell.

Clean and green apartment and build is also good. Apartment room are spacious and people are also good.

Good apartment at sector - 13 and at a very convenient place and Dda market is also very nearby everything is easily available there.

Too many buildings and flats for one apartment.no amenities whatsoever. Small and shabby children park

Good to stay in rent but not worth buying a flat as society had no other facilities as it must have being so famous in Delhi

Printers apartments is a group housing society formed by print media journalists in Delhi.

Before making any investments in residential or commercial properties in Printers Apartments, one must do due diligence and find out if there's any lock in period for original allottee.
If so, is the lock in period is over and property is unencumbered from any transfer restrictions.

Its one of the biggest and confusing society in sector 9. Flats design are just awesome, very spacious and with a nice built. Each building has it's 2 lifts plus with a guard servicing all night long with 3 guards on main gate every night. This apt has 3 exit gates, a mother dairy and an ATM with various other facilities. Locality is also awesome as its in one of the prime location in sec 9 Rohini, got a hospital in just 5 min walking distance with various schools around it. If u are thinking to shift, hope this might help u.

My uncle bought a new house in Printers appartment. Nice location, good parking space, low noise area, local market and shops are not so far. Main road is hardly at the distance of 1 or 1.5 kms. Well maintained gated society also good for security reasons. Neighbours are also nice.

I liked this place is a really big society I visited the MIG flats as I was willing to buy one it's really spacious

The society is not in a very good shape now.
The roads are broken, and get repaired in patches and same is the case with parking space. So one can feel that they are roaming on a hilly road _one foot up and the other foot down.
Many small manholes are open.
The sweepers are not doing a good job_the waste gathered is not lifted for days together. Many a times it stinks.
The same malba can be seen for years.because no body is bothered;repeated requests fail.
Sometimes one feels, that he has come to a slum area_people throw water and garbage from their balconies;the sweepers and the maids throw dirty water after sweeping the house and corridors.
The shaft area is a horrible site, with no maintenance. Big sized rats can often be seen.
Stray dogs roam freely.
The gardens are not maintained.
The security people are old and aged in case of an emergency they will never be able to run and do their job.
Parking by the residents is pathetic.
The only relief are the electricians and the plumber.
The maintenance charges are low. But at what cost?

Residential appartment majorly consisting of hig high rise appartment and mig 4 story apartment. Have park, powerbackup and grocery shop.
