Service at par as always. Mohit and Kajal were so helpful, calm in my second and third visit and helped in selecting the best of their collections. Only drawback I found is that their pendant box doesn't mention Diamond on it even for a Diamond pendant/Mangalsutra.

One of the best chain among all the comparator, gold price less then other, best customer service.

Limited in choices, at least for me that is how it was. It's a pain to buy if you are buying with GST here, staff has no idea on what to do and have wrong instructions such as needing a copy of gst certificate along with certificate of incorporation of company. Quite disappointing. Other jewellers in area have no such issues.

Great place for gold and jewellery shopping, always gold rate is below market rates, Making charges is also less.

I had purchased a diamond ring 1 month back. But due to the casting defect, one of the diamond fell down from the ring. When I asked them to replace it, they were not listening to me. Very poor experience. Why should I pay for the manufacturing defect?
I spoke to the manager Honey there. It took me 1 hour in the store but nobody listened to me.
I am purchasing diamonds from kalyan, Tanishq and PP jewellers from so long but this thing has never happened.

After waiting for 5 months, now they have got the ring internally tested and when I asked for the report then they said that it is for our internal purpose. They further added that ring has no manufacturing defects and innocent customer has to bear the loss of Rs. 6000 of diamond fall.
The store manager further said that in future it will not fall, now it has been tightened properly. That clearly shows that diamonds were loosely fitted at the time of sale.

भरोसा है । वादा वादा होता है । सच में । पारदर्शिता बिल, (रेट टैग) इनके यहां पर सभी सामान पर ऐक रेट टैग लगा हुआ हैं जहां पर आप सब कुछ अपने आंखो के सामने देख सकते है, बिल पर पूरा वर्णन, इनके पास पुराना सोना जांचने की भी मशीन है आप अपने आखों के सामने में अपनी पुरानी सोने की जॉच कर सकते हैं, इनके यहां पर इनका सोना वापसी लेने का भी हिसाब किताब बहुत ही अच्छा है, और तो और सबसे कम बनवाई बाकि सभी ज्वैलर के मुकाबले में । इतनी कम बनवाई और इतना बेहतर सामान वाकई गजब । हमने इनके यहां से ऐक झुमका लिया तब से अभी तक हम मालाबार के अलावा और कुछ सोचते ही नहीं हैं ।

I have been the same Bad experience when I do my second visit to do the payment and collect the Jewelry at Malabar NSP. It took 3.5 hrs just to do the payment and collect the item from them. Even after requesting them, they do not help me to get free earlier. I do understand about the overcrowded, but then there should be some management or some kind of arrangements should be done to handle waiting for customers. But moreover to this, there is no such plan to handle customers. If you have no arrangements to handle waiting for customers then you have no right to spare their time as well. What's more, even water could be given on demand. The amazing thing is that even after this when tried to contact the customer support numbers given on the website of Malabar were either switched off or not working. After all this, when the email was sent to the company's support email ID, even after 3 days, the company did not feel right to respond to the customer's email.

Always Very bad experience when we visit in Malabar NSP. They take minimun of 4 hrs to bill an ornament. Even after requesting or shouting, they may reduce that time by 15-20 min but 3.30 hrs is still long time to wait while you are paying them for your purchase

21 June 2021 purchase gold ring and after 3 month use this ring was so bad I feel not gold ring bcoz shining is dead how is possible

Great offers always. Went for purchasing gold. Gold quality great. Design upto mark. And staff behavior is outstanding. Many time drink coffee for refreshing during purchasing

Actually, The showroom is soo neat and clean and they take care of covid-19 guidelines. The jewellery is finely designed.

Overall experience was very nice. Showroom is well organized and staff is very nice and supportive.
It's just variety in designs in gold and diamond should be little more.

Had a very pleasant experience. Even though I was very confused, still the Arshad (staff) was very polite and patient.

They are fraud amd never give you mentioned offer.they told to give gold coin but on after purchase they said we have already given discount.

So far the best place I have seen for jewellery. They do not try to oversell. Staff is composed and well mannered. The collection is best in class. I have been buying from more than 5 years now, not only for me and family I have recommended it to many people around. I would recommend it for genuine buying and good staff. Never felt being pushed for more buying or for schemes like many other big brands. Before you buy from anywhere try it here once and I am sure you would not feel let down, at that time do not forget to thumbs up for this recommendation.

Showroom is perfectly located. Malabar has a very unique and amazing collections for gold and diamond.

Place is OK but there is still room for improvement.
They should allow foreigners to use there schemes or make separate one for them.

Very poor customer service at NSP store. No executive is available to entertain customers. 2-3 executives are taking care about single billing even when there is rush at the store.
We have to wait for long so that someone would show us the jewellery.
Highly disappointed with the pathetic customer service at the store.
They really need to increase the number of executivse at the store.
