I visited their outlet on the 15th of this month. I am glad to share that in the items which I saw, there was a fascinating blend of art and science. I could clearly see the exquisite craftsmanship since I am always on the lookout for beautiful and stylish pieces of jewellery. For that matter, their executive explained to me how it will even be profitable if I buy for the purpose of investment. Needless to say, it was a personalised jewellery shopping experience. These are fraud people, I sold my jwellery worth rs 1.5 lakhs but even after 1 week I haven't received my amount and they said that the amount has been credited, I even showed them my bank statement but still no action

Elegant jewellery at decent price. The staff is friendly especially Mr. Manish Chaurasiya. However, the packaging of necklace, presently packed in cardboard cases, can be improved to meet the market standards.

Very Very bad experience, buy from a local jweller but not from them.staff is very arrogant, i went on the day of store opening april 30.there was a salesman on thr right when you enter he was pathetic, he knew nothing about gold and stuff.i had 2 vouchers (prepaid malabar voucher when you lock the price) and the salesman was insisting me to go to another stores and buy rather from his store.never buy from malabar they mislead and make fool.never going tk visit them again.i gave 10 percent penalty to cancel.my two vouchers just bcoz i dont want ro buy from malabar doesnt matter the loss.

I would specially like to commend the salesmanship of Mr. Sagar. He explained everything in detail, catered to all our requirements and helped us through the complete process

We (my parents and I) visited this place to find and even educate ourselves on the current trends in the market. At first, it was crowded and there were no salesperson available, so we left and then came back after a while.
The reason why the salesperson was not available was apparent by the time we left. Arjun - our guy - is a great salesman. He took time out to understand our budget and also our preferences, while never making us feel that he felt his time was being wasted (unlike another big shop we visited earlier). He was willing to invest time, effort and energy while also providing us directional advice around cashback, resales value, malabar promise, and other key aspects that we were not aware of. His understanding of product is flawless (just like the jewellery in the shop) and his tenacity to understand and react to consumer purchasing behaviour is excellent.
Since we were on a budget, he even went out of his way to put in an additional discount for us. (without being asked).
My fiance is all praises for the girl - Shweta - in their South-Ex branch. So, good going to Malabar recruitment and training team.
PS - They also operate on international rates so have better metal prices.
Looks like i will be going back to them everytime. Looking forward to their MG Road shop.

Limited designs, no as such offers, slow service and a basic necklace string is being given even if the customer is purchasing a good number of jwellery! I asked the sales guy to change the string to which he said this is only available, no effort to change or come up with a new solution. Also they give the jwellery in a cardboard box! I mean you guys need to work on your packaging too and training! Pathetic

Guys! This is a warning post for all the consumers who trust such a big brand to provide them with appropriate products at the right time. Please follow the timeline below:

25th Oct'19 - We placed an order for a men's engagement solitaire ring worth 80k+ from Malabar, Karol Bagh. We had seen a a particular design at their Pitampura store and we clicked a picture. Since we had bought the womens engagement ring (thankfully without any hassle) we decided to buy the mens ring also from the same store and it was near to our place. We showed them the picture. They called the pitampura store and confirmed us that they have taken the design/product id from the store and they are sure of our requirements. We were given 1 months time for the ring preparation which is 24th Nov'19. Our engagement was supposed to happen on 9th Dec'19.14th Nov'19 - I get a call from Malabar executive that your ring is ready, you can come and collect.

19th Nov'19 - We go to collect the ring and to our shock the design was different. Despite us confirming a 1000 times at the time of placing the order whether you guys have noted the correct product/design id or not. And we were assured that they know very well about our expectations. Their executives also didnt check the ring before calling us for delivery. Their manager apologized and asked us for another chance. As we were short of time, he gave us the wrong ring to use for our engagement function and told us to return it once the event is over.

We were expecting to recieve the ring by 19th Dec'19. But first we got a call that its delayed due to some quality checks. So we will get it on 25th Dec'19. Which was further delayed to 5th of Jan'20.5th Jan - We again go to collect the ring, and to our utter dismay the ring's design was again wrong and same as the one they made earlier. We fought a lot with the manager, who told us that they dont want to lose a customer. They have worked really hard to fulfill our expectation so that wanted one last chance to rectify their mistake. They told us they will expedite the process and try to deliver it by 20th Jan'20.

On 21st - We were again asked to come to the store. We went in the evening. The ring was still not designed as per our requirement. They had tried to modified the previous ring and it had scratches all over. We wasted 3 months, our lifetime special event was spoiled, we waste energy, time, effort and money on these untrustworthy people who kept on making false promises. The store staff kept on blaming their designers. For us the point of contact was store staff so it was none of our concern who made the blunder not once but three times.

Finally we asked for full refund and compensation for our broken trust, energy, time and money. To which they agreed to refund. But refused to compensate saying its not in our hands. It was the biggest mistake we made by trusting these goons as a result we were exploited for more than 3 months. You dont expect such a high value item from a big brand like Malabar to go wrong like this again and again. And adding to our misery, they put no effort to compensate for it in any way.

We would never recommend Malabar to anybody. Pathetic experience we had. They fool customers and waste their time and spoil lifetime events!

I loved their gold designs. The making is also worth the designs they offer. Sometimes they negotiate on the making charges once the final bill amount is ready. Courteous staff. The manager is young, cool and customer friendly. Another amazing thing about Malabar is that the repair or any problem with your ornament anytime in life would be repaired by them. Its part of their service. Much better than Kalyan next door.

WORST EXPERIENCE!

They are only brand. I purchased a earing and somehow it's broken.but when I asked them to repair it they told that give it to us for a week and I gave them on 19th December and they give that to me on 16th January and after that I found that repaired was smaller in size as compare to other and when I asked to them.then they told me to please wear it and told me to compromise with it.
Don't believe on them.specially when you go for repairing things
