Worst Airlines My daughter's baggage is misplaces for more than 78 hours. No one even responding to mail or any answer everyone sleeping. Most pathetic service Reference MELMH38331
Toll-Free number is not operational any more since COVID. I am waiting for refund for flight cancelled by them in March 2020. Unable to find any way to contact the Airlines. The flights have resumed post-covid but there is still no refund.
Avoid this airline like a plague. Will not refund flight tickets when cancelled by them. This will not be mentioned anywhere. They just lack business ethics.
Honestly is the worst customer service i have ever seen. One of my bag was missing. So i was left without clothes, without personal medicines and other essentials for days and they did not even offer us any compensations.
The next day i asked them about the status of the bag they said it was still left in KL. I called the Malaysian office to confirm this. Turns out it was already sent to Delhi, they lied to us.
Then i called them again and a person called Anup said that they will arrange it to be sent to me immediately. He then ignored my next calls and blocked my number.
I went to the airport to check it but nobody is in office. All the number they give were either switched off, ignored my call and also ignore my whatsapp messages.
