Malwa Mahindra Service

The worst service I have ever received even within Mahindra. The guy had my car for 9 days never called me once for any update And when I came to pickup the car the car is still not washed. Won't recommend to anyone.

Had the worst service experience with malwa mahindra.

Their service advisors are only interested in adding VAS to bills while totally ignoring any fault/repairs being reported by customer.

My new Thar broke down on road after 3 days of service from this service station.

Unskilled labour and very rude in behavior
I went for a routine service and had asked for the estimated amount, they told me after the inspection that the bill is under 15000
But later when i reached there for car picked they have generated the bill of 35000
Worst after sale services

Reached out to them with two issues. None got resolved and car was sent back saying they will reach out in 3-4 days and solve it. Posting this on the 5th day. No one reached out. I am driving with engine light on. Extremely poor service.

Service provide by Malwa Mahindra or by there advisor Mr. Amir is extremely appreciating. As whenever I call him he always help me with an answer to resolve my query as fast as possible.

Had a seamless experience with this service provider, They were extremely quick and prompt with their services.

Amazing service. They stayed with the car throughout the service and made sure that each and every thing is properly done. The waiting room was very nice and cozy. They also gave me good advice about the maintenance of the car. Would totally recommend to get your vehicle serviced here

This was my first experience with team Mahindra
Staff is very polite and supportive they serviced my car before the time they have told the waiting lounge is also there where you can also see your car status and wait until your car get serviced.

Had great experience. Visited for first basic service of Xuv 300. All of staffs are very professional, thorough and cooperative. Strongly recommend to visit there.

Worst service ever by Mahindra actually nothing was done there was a noise that was coming from actuator motor they told me that they are replacing it with a new one but what they did id just disconnected the connection from the back of dashboard i cam to knew this as i was cleaning my car and saw a socket that was not plugged so when i found the other end of that i joined them and then i came to know that it was not replaced and they just disconnected the connection of that.

I have to give 1 star as there is no less star available.worst service.i refer company over locals bcoz of after service support which is totally absent here.and service is really lame
