Hi Order no MP221763. Very Disappointing to say the least! It’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t received any response from you regarding the shipment and delivery date. Have tried communicating in all possible ways still no reply. Pathetic management and customer service.

Pathetic service, worst service possible. Been 11 days I've been calling everyday for the product delivery status but no one seems to respond. WORST PLACE TO ORDER FROM.please pay a few bucks extra, buy same from any other website and save yourself from the torture you'll get from them. I have Another experience with mango people for online shopping.
I'm waiting for my product for almost 15 days and i don't have any update on my order. Customer service is not responding to my complaint even Gaurav is also not bothering to help me anymore.

If you go for offline shopping they will treat you well for good ratings but now when i booked the same online no one is caring about my order.
Place your order wisely.

Worst product with even horrible customer service. Beware, these are absolute frauds. Purchased a tifin box which was altogether different than advertised, the lid design was a flaw. Not ready to accept. They asked to arrange for return at customers cost for inspection of the product.
Please refrain to shop with them.

Bad experience, they put your order on hold without asking and deliver it to somebody else.
Then they say Ma'am someone else took it you can order some other item.
They confuse you that have many options to choose from but don't respond on time & keep you waiting for 8-10 days.
Then they say we are trying our best we are working day & night blah blah.

They really need to understand the meaning of commitment and should do proper communication.

Yes, they have good variety on their website but what's the point if they do not deliver it at all.

Good quality is good and material is good as well. As I had ordere and expected way it's the same. Delivery takes time because of production. Please order a month or two prior for the order to arrive.

Had the worst experience even while shopping at this disgusting website, first they’ll charge you extra for the shipping charges then will delay your shipping by a week. And the worst thing will send you a worn out piece. Look at this hoodie’s condition, even the chain is broke.

No communication regarding my online order.
I ordered an item through their website on July 4,2022 but the order has still not been dispatched. I made the payment online as well.
Customer service is non-existent as I have tried contacting them via email but I have yet to receive a response from them.
I believe they should at least keep you in the loop regarding the status of the order, but it's complete silence from them.

I would rate them 0 if I could. They’re SCAM! They delivered a different product and now none of their number is working neither they are replying to any of messages and mail. I would suggest you to purchase it from your local vendor or amazon or any other trusted site. They’re using fake reviews on the site & they’re pathetic.

I would rather donate the amount I spent on such cheap item here.

I ordered 6 airpod cases from their airpod clearance sale. I only received 1 and the order status is displaying delivered for all. No way of contacting the delivery person or the website people. The number that they display on top of website is either switched off or not reachable always i.e no customer service at all. Terrible experience, wasted my money.

Very very poor experience of first time shopping.
I placed an order on 31st May with advance Payment. Today is 21 June and till date I have not received the order nor received any intimation for delivery. I even mailed for refund, but they do not refund… instead they force to take store credits and buy something else (which is illogical)

I am very surprised to see such kind of customer handling and policies. Not recommended to anyone.

We were listed at the mango people as a vendor, not only did they not pay us our sales money since the past six months, they also removed our products from their website. Beware while listing your brand with them! And more conscious while purchasing. This was our first ever listing but we're left with a bitter experience.

I ordered something from mango people. So i wanted to know the status of that order. Hence i visited their website and tapped on the WhatsApp section. Firstly i would like to say the interface was so sorted, simple and completely hassle-free. Then i selected Mr. Gaurav Wadhwa as he looks after the logistics department. Then the rest in the screenshot. Within seconds he responded to my query and provided the needed information.

Today i really want to thank Avinash for his customer services, he is such a worthy person who put efforts robustly for his customer's satisfaction. I to recommend him if anybody need guidance or if he or she is not sure what to buy and what not. The best website especially for kids also, even for adults who are kids from their heart

I placed an order for an item that was out of stock. But Gaurav Wadhwa was very helpful in resolving my queries and also, offered to help place a separate order. He is very prompt and quick in addressing customer issues.

If you are having a doubt about this place, I can assure you that I have received parcels twice from them and I love the products, great quality. Their CUSTOMER SERVICES are EXEMPLARY. I've had the most horrible experience with this shop.
First they sent me a defective product. I had ordered a onesie. The onesie stained my body green due to dye transferance. I have pictures and videos saved, which I wish I could attach so anyone reading this review could see how bad it was.
Next their customer service team ran me around in circles. Refusing to accept returns despite their website stating otherwise, then they wanted me to pay for shipping their defective product back to them.
Then, their manager called and yelled at me, this is how polite their team is.
They state something on their website and tell you something completely different when you try to place a return. "No refund policy" I kept hearing, despite what it says on their website. Finally I had to resort to commenting on their Instagram to get my complaint taken seriously. My refund is still pending today.
I just want to warn anyone considering purchasing from them, save your money and mental peace.

I spoke with Gaurav and he is super helpful and polite with his customers. He helped me select a onesies of my size and quickly processed the payment. I have received my order today and it looks amazing and worth the price. Thank you and will soon shop again

Fake products are being sold in this website at high prices. We recieved a completely different product from what was shown in the website and return request raised is not being scheduled, whatsapp msgs are being ignored.
The 15 day easy return policy mentioned in website is also not true, the team is not accepting the returns.
The same product they have sent us is available in Amazon for 250 rs. **Highly recommended not to purchase any product from this website**

The products turned out to be so lovely. My friend and I are amazed by the quality and the details. I think its one of the best store buy onesies. Gaurav Wadhwa was so polite and helpful. He made sure that i got my delivery on time. He also answered all my queries regarding the product details. Hands down he gave me the best customer service. Had the best experience because of him.

Fake products are being sold here at high prices. When asked for return pickup to be scheduled for a wrong product received, instead of return they scheduled for replacement and again sent the same wrong fake product actual worth 250 rs available in other sites.
And now the customer care executive Mr. Gaurav is not responding to the msgs at all to schedule the return, I've been following up from almost 10days now, did not receive a single reply.
Finally they succeeded in cheating customers by sending fake product worth 250rs and earned 990rs for that product.
Not at all recommend to purchase in this store. They are tricking people.

I bought this plush octopus from this website but it wasnt delivered to due to some trackinng error But great tahnks to Gaurav Wadhwa he helped me out in placing the order again.now lets talk a bit about the toy, it is fantastic. He is quite cuddly, and he adores his white tail. I've recently fallen in love with all of the cute little octopous and have been on the lookout for all of the lovely huge sizes in various animal types and rabbit colours that I enjoy. Sure, I am an adult, and yes, these guys provide me with immense comfort.

Please don't fall for the cute website they've created, i had the worst online shopping experience with them. I had placed a prepaid order of 5 items on April 14.
First, they didn't dispatch my items for a week. After continuously following up with their highly unprofessional and untrained sales customer staff on whatsapp, they sent partial order of 4 items on April 29,2 items of which were the incorrect (smaller) size. They were able to replace the items in 20 days after the pickup. The quality of the items is not great, the stuffed toys are dirty, and the plastic items are bent out of shape. The 5th item, which was the the most expensive one, has been out of stock since I placed the order, of course there was no information about the same on their website. It's now 40 days later and they don't have an update on the product and are unwilling to refund my money. Instead, they're offering store credit, as if I'd ever shop with them after such a terrible experience.

Mango people is a great spot on place to buy quirky things, but what makes it amazing is their prime focus on customer satisfaction, unfortunately I received a damaged product which was replaced immediately and gaurav wadhwa went a step further in helping me out, I was more than escalated when I received an replacement within 24 hours (despite the fact that they have a policy which takes around 12-15 days or lesser than that in transferring credit in your mango wallet, but gaurav in light of my daughters birthday arranged the reverse pickup on Sunday and dropped replaced product on Tuesday morning) you’ve made our day buddy, god bless you.
