Ever since I started working actually and recently, I was looking for a job change and got in touch with one of their consultant 'Nirmaljeet Singh'. I'd like to give him a little shout-out. Pathetic service. It's been more then a week i am continuously calling one of your recruiter named as muskan just to know my result but continuously she is ignoring and not picking up the call. Is this the service you are providing to your candidates and wasting there time. It's better if you hire passionate recruiter who consider their work as priority apart from ruining firm name. Even I am shell shocked that my one week is ruined by unprofessional recruiter.

I had a conversation with Gurleen (Nancy) and she is so UNPROFESSIONAL. She does not even have BASIC PHONE ETIQUETTES. Even if you will ask her "how are you", she will ignore it and, eventually,  she will reject you by saying that the candidate's skills are poor. I have handled both US and UK clients and in my 12 years of industry experience, I never had to face any communication issues neither by the clients nor by the management but Gurleen (Nancy) thinks that she is more skillful than Sundar Pichai. I will think twice to refer any of my friends and relatives to consult Manning Consulting just because of my poor experience with the World's Most English Language Proficient Lady "Gurleen" (Nancy).

If you have to consult Manning Consulting then take my advice, don't let Gurleen (Nancy) do your screening because she will ultimately reject you because you will not stand anywhere near to the Language Proficiency as compared to Gurleen (Nancy). It will be a waste of time and energy.
