Today we visited this store because we have most of our dresses from same brand so we wanted to change our dress and we asked for dress code so that we could place an order for the same but the staff there was very rude one of the staff member hide the dress tag so that we couldn't see the code.
All over manyavar is good and the staff is great but here they were non-cooperative, rude I didn't liked this behaviour at all.

The staff at the store were really nice. Neha rishi harish from the kurta section helped and created a hood ambience

Neha from the men’s kurta section provided us with excellent customer service. She very patiently served us different options and met our needs of purchasing a pink Kurta set. She also served us with refreshments and funny jokes!

Came to the south extention delhi. A wonderful experience.the staff was great and helped a lot. Special regards to Anwar anjum who assisted me throughout with a smile and would recommend others to visit the same

My experience at Manyavar South ex was amazing all thanks to Mr. Deep Banerjee. He showed me all the designs and gave me great recommendations. The overall customer experience was top notch. Will definitely visit again.

Really had a super experience with Manyavar Mohey in south Ex, delhi.
I ordered a sherwani on the 21st and was told to come pick it up on the 26th. When I came to the store I was told there was a communication gap and the sherwani was not here.
Deep Banerjee told me he will sort things out. He understood by frustration and with one hour the sherwani was in the store. He knows how to change a bad situation to a great one. Thanks Deep

Excellent service by Amit Kumar. He patiently showed me as per my requirements and being a fussy buyer it takes a lot of effort to close the deal. Will shop again at Manyavar and hopefully from Amit Kumar. Thank you

Shop is big collection is huge. 5 stars for that.
But It was not a very pleasant experience here @south ex shop in comparision to Lajpatnagar branch in terms of customer service experience. 2 stars for that.
Thanks to Dheeraj, he helped us changing our experience from bad to good 5 star to Dheeraj and Masterji.

Salesman mukesh was extremely helpful. The tailor was a bit of a pain but after speaking to the manager it did work out at the last minute.

Amit and Deep Banerjee have made my Diwali on the very same day for going to a next level to arrange for a kurta payjyama for my husband. The outfit was not only important for me but for my son also as he wanted to do twinning with his father. I gave this store a low rating because of its staff, they have a wide choice of collection but just to sell stuff they tend to show you old styles and first they say they can get a design ready but when you choose some thing they will deny it.
