HORRENDOUS experience and it costed us a whopping Rs. 25K.jokers don't know how to run a business.my wife's hair looks THE SAME as before she had her appointment. Martina and staff has so much attitude. Your attitudes make sense if the money spent works out for both, the customer and the business. Complete waste of money and time.

I went to Martina Wu's salon for a hair spa and loved the hair treatment given. I just wish there was verbal description & consent asked about the body massage portion of the hair spa as I was not expecting that. Having said that, staff are very helpful and friendly!

Traumatic experience. I don’t recommend it. I had a decent haircut. But the person blow drying my hair after the cut was awful. He pressed the hairdryer directly onto my scalp (not near my scalp, ONTO my scalp) and pulled at the hair. I told him to stop pulling, but he smirked and said nothing. I finally had to make him stop the blow dry altogether as it seemed to be the only solution. I’m honestly worried it’s going to cause long term damage. It’s been 2 hours since the incident, and the burn sensation hasn’t gone away.

Awesome is the word for this salon! A big shout out to Ms Rita Wu! I completely trusted her and she has given me the best hair colour I have ever had! Her experience and expertise is clearly visible in her work. Absolutely in love with my colour and stylist! Thank you and so grateful to you Rita…. ️️

As a repeat customer of Martina Wu, I'd need to have a really disappointing experience to be leaving a low rating, but there you go.

Had a supremely underwhelming experience where a haircut by Rita was one where less than 5 minutes were spent on my hair by her
Everything else by someone else - atleast would have been nice had she stopped once in 10 minutes to check if the undercut/buzz or even the blowdry was going okay!

Even worse was the extremely defensive response when I brought this up - if you're charging me Rs. 2300 for your expertise, a little of that expertise would be nice, because it was given instead to the lady sitting next to me whose hair coloring needed to be fixed from a pervious botched job.

Extremely disappointed, but noone cared to listen. I guess when you're popular enough, the needs of one customer don't really matter.

I got my highlights done from Rita at Martina Wu. This was my first experience here. I would say one single word - ‘Perfect’.

Had the most pleasant experience at Martina Wu. A lot of stylists were wary to do my highlights as I had previously used henna (during the lockdown). But Rita thoroughly studied my hair and came up with the most wonderful highlights that perfectly suited my skin tone and personality. The entire staff are thoroughly professional and punctual (I’m a stickler for time!). Martina too is absolutely brilliant with her cuts. She works effortlessly through your hair. This is my 2nd visit to the salon and Although I live abroad, I will keep coming back here every time I visit Delhi. Full marks for cleanliness too!

I went there for waxing. Despite telling the person about my sensitive skin. She doesn’t listen to me and used Rica wax in such a way, that my entire skin is peeled and entire area is not only blackened but got burning sensation. Will never ever recommend anyone to go there. Worst experience I had and my skin. It’s in worst situation right now

Exceptional cut provided by Martina …. She is no doubt an excellent hairstylist …. When after a haircut your hair grows it becomes unmanageable and looks bad too and then u have to forcibly go for a haircut. But with Martina’s haircut even if hair grows to any length it does not look awful and u need not think to pressurise yourself for a cut. The growth of hair is good and you feel refreshed. She maintains the place with her brains and her creativity. Good job Martina

I wanted to do something dramatic to my otherwise regular curls. Unfortunately I couldn't get it done from the woman of the hour, Martina herself, but I had Rajneesh to the rescue.
Martina Wu is one of the few rare salons who understand curls. My hair is cut to the right length and even after my first wash it looks brilliant.
They used curl friendly products and instead of blow drying them, they finger coiled and diffused it.
Feels like my hair is understood for the first time since forever. They've surely converted me into a regular customer.

The only place to visit - my one stop shop for all hair woes. I walk out everytime feeling like a million bucks. Have been coming to them for years yet each time they surprise me and I love that about them. Rita and Martina come with a treasure of experience and this place is all you want for a healthy gorgeous hair. They keep enhancing and updating their skillsets. They love challenges and new techniques. I have always been going to different stylists, however now that I found them I need to look around no more, no further. Go for them.

I went to Martina Wu for the first time and, trust me, I can't go to any other salon now. Right from the process of fixing the appointment to leaving the salon, it was an absolutely flawless and delightful experience. The salon's hygiene standards, including the washroom, are above satisfactory. Rita was the one who took responsibility of my hair transformation and she had a meaningful conversation with me about how I want them to be. She gave her knowledgeable suggestions and made me feel good about my hair (unlike the staff at other salons bugging you to sign up for treatments and all).

The hospitality that they provide makes you feel like home. I spent good 6 hours at the salon but I didn't feel one bit uncomfortable. The supporting staff is highly professional and know their job well.

I am always lazy to write reviews. However, I felt strongly this time as I had not found a salon with stylists so experienced and so good at their work while at the same time so friendly and warm. I had a cut and balayage hair highlights and never been so happy. This was my first time at Martina Wu and as I write today its been 2 months since my color and cut - it still looks great! Martina and Rita are both amazing! My sister and I really trust them with our hair and they always give the perfect haircuts or highlights. I especially love their commitment to personalizing and consulting you on what will work best for you - they keep a record of the hair colour you choose for highlights so that you can always reference a previous colour job for how much lighter or darker you want to go. They also run a very clean and COVID safe operation which was my biggest priority for getting my first haircut in the pandemic - full PPE suits, every piece of equipment sanitized constantly and a special air duct system that refreshes the air constantly. Highly highly recommend as the best place in South Delhi!

I started visiting the salon an year ago after my regular hairdresser quit, and boy am I glad! They sister duo know their craft thoroughly, and are very warm as well. If you have never cut your hair, have had a bad haircut or want to try something new, they should be your go to hair dressers in Delhi.
I recently had a bad experience in my hometown Ranchi at Geetanjali Salon where their creative director cut my hair and it went horribly wrong as I am very particular about my hair. I did not think my haircut was salvageable, but Martina made it look good and how!
