Mr. Pawan Vats was the executive with whom I had interaction when I went to purchase my car. It was such a wonderful experience to take guidance from him. He was friendly and more so positive and cooperative.

Very bad experience we are from Central bank of india visiting at showroom regarding tie up in order to boost sell and remove financial hurdle along with our Bank latest scheme to finance Quickly with incentive to Dealer but finance officer has not meet atleast wait for 45 minute but no response received. So please improve behavior.

All the reviews are taken even before the delivery of the car. The staff itself asks u to write the review and give them 5 stars because after the delivery u may not give them even 1 star.

THIS SHOWROOM. BUYS DEFECTIVE CARS FROM OUTSIDE AND MAKES THEM LOOK NEW AND SELLS IT TO U AS NEW CAR BUT ONLY AFTER DELIVERY U GET TO SEE A LOT OF PROBLEMS IN YOUR CAR AND THE DEALER IS NOT READY TO ACCEPT ANY OF THEIR MISTAKES. INSTEAD BLAMES THE MARUTI BRAND FOR IT WHILE WORKING IN MARUTI HIMSELF.

The service was very poor. No customer satisfaction. They will treat not treat properly and their attitude is like if you don't want to buy it's ok. They told me they will give me maruti wheel cover complimentry as i insisted, as they forced me to buy basic kit but When i went to take delivery those wheel cover was from local brand and also they didn't gave me auto car. Rediculous service. I don't recommend to buy anything from here.

On 13 July 2021, we booked our car Brezza ZXI Plus from AAA Malviya Arena. Your sale’s representative (Lakhmi Chand) assured that the car and quality will be the best, however i have been facing problems since day 1 as explained below.

We were planning to buy Brezza VXI/ZXI Model since beginning and we were informed that these models will take a months time. Hence, we were offered to buy ZXI PLUS Model as it was already available with them as informed by Lakhmi Chand that someone has canceled the booking. It was already with them since a month hence it was offered to me.
Delivery - Day 1 during the delivery, Battery was drained and they were trying to start the car by pushing it. Finally, it was replaced from another car in front of us and the entire team.
Technical Issue - Same day while driving we were having problem with Speedometer as it was not working since the time of delivery.
Noise and Vibration - While driving the car above 40, we could feel lot of noise and vibration in pedals and gearbox.
Poor service - On 19 July 2021, Lakhmi along with the engineer (Saurabh) came to test the car after the complaint, however they did not checked the car properly and were not agreeing with us and left in a hurry.
Behavioural issue - Basis my discussion with Amit Sood (General Manager) of AAA Malviya Arena, he was insisting me to use the car for a week and told us that the car will be perfect after 1st service.
Difference between the Test drive Car and Car delivered to us - The car we drove during the test drive was smooth and was not making any noise even after touching the speed of 100 KM/HOUR. Which was not the case in our car as it was making lot of noise and pedals started vibrating while driving even at 40-50 KM/HOUR.

Being Maruti’s car user from Last 10 years, we do not expect such a bad experience with a BRAND NEW CAR since the time of delivery from Maruti. Investing 11 Lacs for a car is not a joke. We have paid this amount for a hassle free experience being Maruti is a brand. As per General Manager (Amit Sood) Car would be rectified after the 1st service, why would I wait till 1st service if I am not satisfied since day 1. It’s been only 3 days, we are facing back to back problems with this car.

Request you to please look into this matter and help us with the REFUND as we can't trust the MARUTI BRAND anymore after this bad experience.

Please let us know the next step as soon as possible, will be waiting for the revert. Else, we would be forced to take strict action.

It’s been 7 years I make sure to get my car service done at AAA Okhla, the staff is really cooperative and helpful and specially AGM Mr Dinkal who overlooks in making sure that every issue is resolved, highly recommend for all Maruti car users

Third grade after sale service. They r thieves. There service centre is full of untrained nd rude people. Don't purchase from AAA showrooms in Delhi.

Pathetic experience, no one is responsible here, there senior left the job this is the reason they are giving and not refunding the booking amount. Mr. Siddiqui is the personal who is taking very rude. Guys dont go to them if you are planning for the new car. I already buy a car from pasco and m very happy with the experience I got. Shame on you guys.

Fraud Company. They have started giving defective parts with new car. I have purchased a new car and suffered a lot. Please don't buy cars from them.
