What is the definition of running part?
Such kind of thing I hv faced multiple times at Naveen Automobile but this time it is totally unacceptable. I would like to share a list of few parts which has been replaced at ur center after that 2-4 din funda.
Car Model: wagonR
Front door window motor
Speedo Meter
Recent one's:
Fuel injector - which is not done at your center and not available at any of your service center.
Fuel pump motor - they don't have the same as well. I hv purchased it from outside after this job was done.
Even once I ask ur supervisor to change windshield wipers then he said Sir stock m nahi hai 2-4 din m aa jay ga.
Even ur mechanics ask for clamp which used to tight the fuel pipe. "Sir, ye wala aap market say lay Lena"
These are few list which I remembered.
Even so many times I purchased required parts from outside market and job was done outside.

Car Service wise ok but whenever any parts need to be replaced then they don't have the same. Even their supervisors and mechanics don't have idea about faulty part like which type of part and exactly which part need to change. Every time when any faulty part replacement required then they said "Sir order per laga detay hai 2-4 din m aa jay ga". Such thing is acceptable 1-2 times but not every time. Naveen Automobile have to be think in this line because in current competitive market such kind of customer feedback and pathetic experience will be harmful for them.

Good service with qualified engineers with full customer satisfaction. Good cleaning and washing.

Servicing is very poor. Workers deployed are not fair. I would share my bitter experience with general mass through face book and suggest them not to give their vehicle to this service station.

From last 16 years we use to service our car from Bagga link Patparganj service centre. Though we know they are always overcharging. Today when we went there for regular servicing of our car, my husband forgot to pick his wallet from car. Within one minute he returned to the shop to pick his wallet, but it was already stolen from there. Only three persons were there. But they denied it. My husband went to GM also. But he has not take any action. It is very surprising that their employees are so dishonest.

They’ll charge you with any unaccounted charges in the name Maruti’s policy. However their service time is faster. Quite an isolated place. You won’t feel like to be at an Authentic Maruti’s service centre.

3rd class service never go to baga links
The loot people and never takes your car for general checkups and says done i have checked cctv aswell i can file a case as well.

I visited for for car first sevice andIand i have a very bad experience. Its my free service but they what to charge me for extra things that i don't required but they want to charge me for that unwillingly buy telling me that these service are compulsory and they will give bills and all for that.
Why i pay for the service that i don't required and what this mean that bills are given to me.

Servicing is seldom good. Everytime I go for servicing, I have to go again the next day for the new issues that was not there before. They will say, "parts are electronic and they can stop working anytime, not our fault". Always the following days after servicing some issue arises, which keeps their workflow busy. Also they add their advertisement without asking the customer.

Team is very unprofessional. My car is repaired but his priority is Launch and rest even I have an urgent meeting need to Attend at any cost.
But he is saying bill will be generated after launch.
