2 months ago i visited to this workshop for the first service of my car grand vitara. I was standing aside while the the workers were cleaning the seat cover and i saw how the worker deliberately pulled the seat adjusting liver forcefully and it was broken. The manager of naraina workshop VIJAY GOSWAMI gave me written letter that they will change it but these people do not even pick up our calls. How irresponsible they are in terms of getting a part fixed. They are not even man of their word.
Worst experience. Please don't go there for engine repair. Went there for missing problem in the engine. I asked them for an estimate. 1st they gave an estimate of 11k then they increased it to 33k, then 50k and atlast 85k.i wasted 85k and missing problem is still persist in addition now my car's ignition off whenever I stop my car, steering wheel is tight, suspension is very poor.
I am visiting here for last 10 years. Good infrastructure. Earlier until five years back my car was serviced by Maruti employee and service charges were minimal. But since the time he retired I find difficult to find good service advisors. They are more for increasing the revenue and their cut by telling unnecessary things to be done. They have not done repairs in one go atleast in my case when I visited them in last two years. But it depends on the service advisor. Moreover when you complain their head office i.e. Maruti Suzuki they feel bad. But when I compare to dealer service centre i found it better. Service charges of Volkswagen, skoda, Kia are lower than Maruti.

Worst service experience. I came here for the service of my car and the guy who appointed me for the car service was so in a chilling mode as he taking things in a granted. After the service my car was still in a dirty condition. The guys who were cleaning my car, post cleaning they don’t have seats to sit so they were sitting in my car and gossiping. While I got a call for the service is completed I came to collect my car, the Exicutive Shashikant who was assign to me just told me go there for the clearance and after go to washing to collect your car. After telling me all these he went. At that time I was confused to whom I call to get my keys and from where to collect my car and I was asking random Exicutive for this but they said go and ask your Exicutive. Such a bad experience. I will never ever suggest anyone for this service centre.
Even after taking 5 hrs for service car still dirty from inside not cleaned properly, also service which were recommended by them are not required only making extra bucks by fooling the customer. When I checked, extra charges put on the bill which were removed when I mentioned them.
A good service centre for Maruti cars. Staff is cooperative and professional. Their commitment is quite valuable and they fulfill what they commit. Quality of service is too good. Fair in pricing and repair.
On time pick up of vehicle. The service advisor was extremely courteous and helpful. Servicing done within defined timeline. Cleaning of vehicle after washing did not meet expectations. Glass areas had oil marks. Customer lounge is more of a driver's waiting room.
They boast of so many customers.but the very essence of improving on customer base is lacking.pathetic service and absolutely no attention on a particular customer's servicing requirements.
I am old customer here. Previously very good place for Maruti service and repair. Don't know why overall service not at par presently. Previously all attending young engineers well versed and knowledgeable about the car. Recently I had been there, sorry to say middle aged service engineer not knowledgeable but we'll behaved. There was nobody in front office to guide.

The service centre gives you a feel and ambience of a sarkari (govt) office. No token system is followed to manage customers. Customers roam from one window to another for solutions and now are at the mercy of floor staff for priority. It took 3 hours for me to submit my Baleno (supposedly premium-nexa channel) for bodywork inspite of having a prior approval of claim from the insurance company. Very casual approach of the staff. Maruti will never be able to create a premium automaker image with pathetic customer services

I visited that place for my celerio car. It has three problems but not even a single problem was resolved by them. I dropped my car from morning around 10.30am to 4.30pm. In the end, they said that the vehicle has no problem. From there point of view, i was a fool who dropped my vehicle for the whole day without any problem. Disgusting

Worst service centre, they are ruining the name of maruti. I had purchased 3 year amc for car service by paying 17000 Rs but in past 2 years and 2 services they just did for time pass. I left my car in the morning and was waiting in the lobby for the whole day and at the end they said car is ready. But even they didn't washed the car and who knows anything they did like they took money for. I request maruti to expel the incharge named as SARKAR and the agent Vijay Bahadur from their services with immediately as they are the one who promise you but never stick on their words.please beware to go their for your car service.
Service Engineer assigned was rude and arrogant, Manager had to intervene to get the work done in time. For parts they charge above MRP (inclusive of GST) in your bill. So do check your bill before leaving the counter.
Very poor service. They have no importance of time. Only money is everything for them. I went to get the first service of the car, they kept it sitting for the whole day because the first service is done for free. Those who came 3 hours later than me, their work was done in only 30 mint. These people do free service like this.

Worst experience ever. Very poorly managed with poor customer centricity. I gave my car for body shop repair and they put minor scratches on newly painted body parts. I objected to do touching and they had to repaint. Original time commitment was 6 days (which was considerably high as any other workshop would do it in 3-4 days and a local vendor will complete in 2 days). After taking 8 days, they again took two more days to fix it and car was not up to the mark when returned. I also opted for service, and they provided illegible bill, uncleaned exterior and interior. Unless a customer stand next to the cleaner, car is not properly cleaned. Great experience while buying a car from Nexa, but exactly opposite experience to get car repaired and serviced from the same company (laid back attitude, layers of approvals/handoffs, lack of ownership). Did not expect this type of service from Maruti's owned workshop!
Everytime they call saying that the car is ready but have to wait for one or one and half hour always after reaching there. Not sure if it's just me. Also the high beam light fuses and doesn't work right after coming out from the service centre.
My CNG fitted car's engine was washed with water and CNG kit was left useless. Nobody cared to listen to my request and don't take any responsibility for their own fault. A car service which cost Rs 3000/- outside is charged more then Rs 8000/- here. Looters and scammers.
The delight of owning a marutI was the fact that atleast MSSD Naraina will always have ur back looked after no matter what, but due to increased customers tHe services have drastically neglected and so is the behaviour of The old staff. Often they overlook your inputs and behave in a roboTic fashion causing your hard earned money to go in vain, I have owned an SX4 and tHroughout its life never suffered This kind of attitude from MSSD but now things have changed and since 4 months I have been stRuggling tO get it repaired but pathetic behaviour and attitude is what marres the vehicle you purchase after toiling and you keep on suffering once your car starts troubling u because of age. You will end up getting nowhere but to look for local market tO get it repaired. Sad state of affairs but marutI is something I will never buy.
Not up to the mark. If you leave the service on staff their means it will be handed over to you in just show. One has to spend and stand with staff to get ur service done. Over all not professional at all.
Maruti Suzuki's own service center. This is the oldest preferred Maruti Suzuki service center in Delhi. Open seven days a week caters to Maruti Suzuki vehicles. There is much left to desired as far as customer lounge & toilets are concerned.
Quality is wat u would expect from Maruti Suzuki, it's better than rest of the service center. Deducting 1 star because they overcharge and And 1 star because made me came within 6 month of last service, now I am waiting for my next service after 1.5 yrs. Overall btr than other ones
I had got my car serviced at this place and the Advisor told me about overhauling of gear system. I agreed, but after repair vehicle is vibrating severely and when I confronted him he is giving excuse that this mounting is not proper. This service centre is directly under the control of maruti company. They provide great service. Its a genuine service centre. I would recommend this above all other service centres.
It is MSSD IN Naraina, delhi. Service is upto the mark but employees are just like machine. No involvement. There was dissatisfaction towards the approach to the customers. Atmosphere was dull and shabby and old fixtures n furniture.there were four employees were changed at accessories counter within 5 hours.
Charges are too high for any service. Takes time in completing job. Staff are ok but not to cooperative. Last service from this center was pathetic waste of 6k for only service.nothing else.
If possible, I would have given them half a star or even less.
The one word which sums them up is- Charlatans ie chors. Please read further why I rate them low.
They will never address the problem at hand but do all other kind of jobs on your car which are not required and hand you an inflated bill with the problem intact.
The story starts on 12 Aug 2017. I visited them to get my 2005 model Alto LX serviced. The car had a noticeable problem of giving jerks when marching from rest in the first gear. This problem was not addressed but I was handed a bill of Rs 8,369/-. Finally I had to go to a garage to get clutch plate replaced.
Fast forward to Nov 2018,26 Nov 2018 to be precise. I again visited for annual service and highlighted problem of noise from front suspension. Initial estimate was Rs 15,000 but after questioning and haggling and threat of a deep scrutiny of the items put in the car, I was then handed a bill of Rs 11,960/-. This is an astronomical sum considering that my car had done less than 40,000 km at that point of time.
Now come to Mar 2019, I wanted to get my car AC serviced before summers and like a fool visited them again as they had sent a message of AC check up and full washing at Rs 299 (screenshot enclosed). This time too I was given a story that there is gas leakage which is resulting in poor cooling and details will emerge after a check up. And incase of a leakage the bill will run up to Rs 7500/-. Then in further inspection the Maruti rep told me that I must get anti rust coating done on my car's floor as it has started rusting. I fell for his trap and ended up spending Rs 2418 (Bill is attached). The result- there was no leakage in AC and still the AC was not cooling and I ended up with an anti rust coating which was not required.
Frustrated, I went to a local garage (Virk Motors in Bali Nagar) who charged me Rs 1300 and resolved the problem. The actual problem was in the indoor unit which was clogged with dirt and hence not cooling. Please see the attached photo.
Take this honest advice from me do not trust this Service Center. Do not waste your hard earned money by patronising them. They are crooks and they will only improve after Maruti top brass decides to sack the managers here. They are CHEATS.
Poorest service centre.they will take out your parts. Will do tasks only which they want. Will not attend to things that are most crucial even if you give them in writing.and there is no one to listen to. Not recommended now a days.earlier it was still better.don't go there
Poor service band worst staff, if they could have it their way they would rob you in broad daylight, before you drop your vehicle there be sure you make a video of your vehicle with its exterior completely covered and number plate showing as they will not take responsibility of anything unless you prove it.
Maruti service centre for all kind of repairs and service, a big service center, also provide cashless insurance repairs of almost all insurance companies
Sadly, it's on downhill. Two issues, firstly they lack engineering expertise, secondly they try to rob you with unnecessary services. Sharing my last week's experience. Visited them for regular car service, but chose them over other service providers as gear box was making some strange noise at 1200 rpm. The engineering supervisor at service seemed unqualified one and even after extracting 7000 rupees, the issue persists. On top of this some stupid things were added in my bill like door lubrication for 450/-. On second issue, I agree I was partally at fauly asai swas given heads-up about it, didn't pay attention to understand the utility of this junk service. Over all I am unhappy with their unprofessional attitude. And despite lodging phone complaint, I never got a call back from them
Very bad place to get your car service or repaired. Unprofessional people don't know anything about client service. If you want to waste your time, energy and money visit at your own risk.
Expensive as compared to outside, specially labour charges are to much. My normal servicing charges are 7,500 + GST.this includes 4000 of labour and 3500 of parts, oil, etc
Service advisors are well equipped with best tech available. Seperate accessories section. Customer lounges with decent seating and refreshments available.
Best service station for maruti cars in delhi. I live in dwarka and give my car to service there. Its completely maruti owned so they have all the required tools and equipment for service. Good waiting area and small food joint.
