Stupid place please don't visit and waste your precious time and money. They are not worth repairing cycle even.

MSM is an authorised service and workshop for all Maruti Suzuki Cars, small variants, Sedan, SUVs during and after the warranty period. Washing, servicing, wheel alignment, any mechanical work, denting, painting, accidental cases, furnishings, fittings of accessories etc. MSM has state of the art infrastructure.

Guard could not accomodate my car in a already logjammed workshop with cars spilling out in the road. No one was there to attend my car and so I left.

The worst experience ever. Just doing improper work. Ashish was our supervisor and he did very bad work. Not ever coming back to them again.

If you respect your time, kindly dont come here as everyone here is unprofessional and lazy … I will not recommend it to anyone… dont be fooled by the ratings.

If you want genuine service and guaranteed repair work refer to this place. One of the best places to visit for car owners. They handle heavy damaged car very responsibly and provide best available services out there. All of the staffs are really helpful. One specific person I would mention is their assistant manager, he is a real genuine & helpful person, he treats customers very well and has a lot of experience in dealing heavy damaged vehicles.

Its okay, but not the best the service technician had to seek help from other person on phone during the breakup of car

If you are looking for car service near South Delhi. It's a good to visit that station. Service is good.

Servicing was good. But I was disappointed because I got scratch mark on my car on front right door.

This is one of the 2 Maruti Service Masters workshop in the NCR region. The other one is on Karnal GT road. These both workshops are directly Maruti owned and operated and hence you can rest assure that the job they do is of the utmosr quality and standards for all your Maruti cars. Only reason I would rate one less star is they will always have too much of crowd and the waiting time is quite long sometimes.

They are just fooling people no work satisfaction, they are only giving you high bill but not doing a service of your car properly.

They claim to be run by Maruri group themselves. The quality has degraded really very poorly in recent times. The main objective of people here is to scam and extort money of people who visit this service center for car service, repair jobs and buying car insurance. They call you multiple times for purchasing insurance from them. Also the service quality is really pathetic as they take a lot of time to service and get the vehicle ready to you. It is always better to visit a Maruri service center nearby where you live and not go to this place at all. I have been tricked a couple of times and came to my senses.

Most of the adviser are not good even they hv lot of problem parking as its small area.avoid if possible

This is maruti's own service station. Owned and operated by maruti suzuki. It is indeed pathetic that Maruti is now not able to service their cars properly. I have been a loyal customer for past two decades. I have an ertiga zxi that had been going to their Okhla service centre. Unfortunately each time there has been problems after the service. This time engine warning indicator is on and there is noise coming from the engine. Do not go to them!

The service centre comprises a bunch of ineffective people who do not know what it means to respect their customers' time. My advice would be to NEVER ask them to arrange for a pick-up.
They're experts in coming up with excuses.

Very poor service. They stole my personal pen drive attached with the key chain. They directly refused that they don't have it

Exorbitant charges. Use substandard parts and unreliable. I had to get engine mountings changed in just a few months when the car is being driven in Delhi on the best roads. Mountings normally last for over 100000kms. No proper response from Maruti Service. Will never buy another Maruti product. Substandard cars with substandard parts.

If they do the work then they do it very well. The main problem is that the service advisors try to fool customers by suggesting changes that are not required and they literally rob you in a smart way. The last time when I went there, they didn't put brake oil but charged me for the same and my car broke down due to an issue with sensors one day after the service. Mileage also went down. They used to be good but are slowly turning into robbers.

I had a very Bad Experience with MSM Okhla. They never give you car on time after service, sometime they took more than 24 hrs. They always try to add unnecessary accessories or parts in every service and if you forget any personal thing in the car you will never get back those things.

Overloaded Service Centre. Take prior appointment and go early morning, else they won't be able to accept your Car.

Just had the worst experience of my life in car servicing. A 5 year old swift car in mint condition was not only charged 27000/- (From the initial assesment of 12000/-) for annual servicing, but also Mr Abhishek Bhardwaj, the supervisor "forgot " to inform me that the car cant be send back today. The worst place ever to get your car serviced. Made a mistake. A big mistake. NEVER AGAIN

They work like govt employees (naukri pakki he). Service advisors make you feel like a real fool in front of them. Stay away from this dealership.

Nice staff, good service. Don't have all spares with them; customer has to wait for more than a week for warranty repairs
