Very bad service and very time consuming, even the car washing and oil changing took more than 4 hours. Also the car is in front of me but there is no one to hand over my car.

I gave my Baleno here for insurance claim. They did a fantastic job minus the washing was pathetic oil everywhere. But if you get Pandey Ji as advisor then you're in good hands. Very good human and does the job without you asking for it. Very happy with Pandey Ji's service, go ask for him and tell him that you read this from the one who gave his Baleno.

This service centre is amazing in terms of service.
But the toilets for customers are in really bad shape. They should create separate bathrooms for customers and staff. As they are not clean and have foul smell.
The service manager was good and took care of all essentials

Good place for car service, there is huge space for car service and here always all car parts are available.

They are big fraud. First they tell you help in insurance company claim and then they give managers number who are on holiday. They don't care of customer. I have baleno 2022 car the worst car in this world. Just for small scratch they take 10 days. They don't call for serive and mostly they are off.

In my case they don't even call me I have given my car since 2 days. Nobody care.

My first ever Maruti service was quite average to be honest. Im used to a great response in Honda SC but here it was quite different. May be things may change later. The first one was not very worth it.

Most of the road is occupied by the cars causing traffic jams and unnecessary quarrels. Space inside is not adequate, also the technicians offer unnecessary items for service which are not required just to drive up the price. Not a good experience.

Hello my name is zaheer ahmed and i have purchase a maruti ertiga recently when i serviced serviceman steal 20 litre petrol from my vehicle and when i complaints they sorry to me and said after some days we revert you but after 2 months they didn't nothing.chor he sab koi service mat krao

All works done good by engineers and staff is very cooprativ, but washing was not satisfied, the ramp was not working, the company had changed full amount.

1- Wi Fi Not Available in The Waiting Room.
2- Wash Room is Dirty
But Mr Rajesh is Very Copretive Person

Horrible customer service. Staff not interested in attending you. Reception staff said talk to guard he will assign you an executive, guard says go to workshop and find one for yourself. After asking 3 executives finally one said ok il ask the mechanic to check the car. Mechanic came after 15minutes to check. After checking he vanished and I waited another 15-20minutes for anyone to assist me. The executive was also nowhere to be seen. Finally I decided to leave and go to another workshop. Ehile taking my car out saw the same mechanic, on asking him about the work he ignored. Then the executive came out of nowhere and said ok sir don't leave il get your work done now. Horrible service. And all this just to get a headlight bulb & parking sensor changed.

Service was not upto the mark car wasn't cleaned properly after paying 10k not satisfied.worst experience

I have been calling at there customer support number several times but the call ends after telling that we are connecting to customer support person after 5-10 mins of calling time.
Please get this corrected on priority

The customer servicing is really very good. Staff pays attention to every detail of the problem you want to rectify in your car. Even, they go out of the way to provide some extra service which is really appreciable. However, there is still some scope of improvement in providing the car in a timely manner. Often times, it takes more time in getting the car ready to takeaway after service. Overall, experience has been remarkable with the servicing, staff support and hospitality.

They free service not treat well. Very bad service today I have visit at magic auto patparganj branch some employee using abuse language don't go with family guys going other service center if possible.

It feels great when you get assisted well and the GM himself assures you of the best solution to your concerns with your buy. While some might see chaos at the service station, I saw a well orchestrated team of technicians working hard to make vehicles road worthy as soon as possible so that we as proud car owners can live our lives as comfortably as possible.

Maruti Suzuki authorised service center loctaed in industrial area. Has all facilities for your car repairing but if you want specilized attention I m not sure you will get it. It took around 3-4 hrs to get my car's first inspection done which is quite long time even my slot was first in morning and my number is 2.
My suggestion to magic auto plz improve in service time and pay attention to customer more.

Guys please don't go magic auto they charge too much and the even they don't remember to tight the nul bolt kf vichle.

As per my opinion magic auto is the best dealer. We buy Baleno in Navratra by the sale advisors Mr. Anil chauhan. Mr. Anil Chauhan is cool with polite nature.

Poor experience.advisor is irresponsible and put blame on driver and washer. Advisor put hidden charges even for paper floor mats which is like stealing money from customers.

Good customer service, the only issue we faced was parking and huge congestion on road right in front of the service station. Plus no coffee.

Patperganj East Delhi Magic auto workshop having Very bad staff and management. No one cares for your car if a small work to do. They only concern about their personal things and on that there is no management to check out the work of their staff. I went there one month ago for a small maintenance work in my car but staff wasn't attend me. Every time a new person came in to ask the task to do and went inside. I was there for one hour but no one came to attend. One lady supervisor staff came also, I explained everything to her she also went inside by saying that I will send the concern person who is experience in CNG fitting but no one listens to her as well because the workers were having jocks with themselves and then she suggested me to come some other day. If someone read this please don't go there and inform their management about this.
I visited to Magic auto because have a wonderful experience in the Mayapuri branch of Magic auto. I always went there. First time I went to Patperganj Magic auto workshop and found insulted myself there.

Very bad quality of service. This service will steal your parts and cleaning and other stuff would be worst and make it much bad than before. No one would listen to your query. Really bad customer experience and would not recommend it to anyone. Beware of this fraud service station.

The services are poor and takes lot of time. There is no communication from their office and a lot of time gets wasted.
