Maruti Suzuki Service (Fair Deal Wheels)

Workshop was amazing. Staffs were polite and were well- mannered.even the fair deal ppls were well mannered in explaining things!

I am completely satisfied with fair deal service and I really want to recommend you to take their service. Also the staff members are so good

No one should go for servicing their car at this service center of Maruti Car. They don't do any thing just wash your car and return back after charging so many un-necessary things. They will make your car "ZHUNZUNA" which will sound like old bus of a state Road Transport Service. You keep on requesting to do any specific work in your to GM of the service center, he will not listen to you, he will make you understand that you have done a great mistake by sending your car for servicing at this center.so Keep away from this center.

Staff people are theft if by mistake you left your any personal item they will not give you beware while giving your car to this service center no one hear you they blame you person give there car on trust

Poor Customer service with zero support. Untrained staff with overpriced services offered. Would not recommend.

Customer Dealing of Ms Malvika is best, she knows the service quality ethics & Mr. Sahril is also great, behaviour & work quality done by the staff is as per the satisfaction.

One of the poorest service cetre I have had experience about. 2 Claims for 1 accident and still the issues remained same here my car fender got molded again without any accident and here service centre claimed all the Maruti Szuzki wagnor have the same issue we can not do anything.
It will be advisble do not use the service of fair deal.choose something else and sve your money.

Worst service station, recently I have done my 40,000 wagon r CNG service from them. They estimated the service amount of 10k + wo main maine breakup lekar bahot saari cheeze kam ki aur washing to rehne hi do bina washing ke meri gaadi zyada saaf thi bahar se aur ander polishing ke naam par pata nahi kya chip chipa kar diya. Mujhe bahar se fir se washing and cleaning karwani padi. Not recommended to anyone.

Everytime when you call they ask you to service your asset, even if your asset service is already done.

Found them good enough. You may get a bit rush during weekends but facility of free pickup and drop of car is also available for service. I visited twice for 2nd and 3rd service of my Baleno and fully satisfied with the job.
During service of your car, they have A/C waiting area for you on 1st floor. Drinking water is also served there on a regular intervals.

Sincere staff, gone there for my alto 800 cng service 4th one. One stop for all Maruti Suzuki car for service, adjacent to Maruti fair deal showroom. Excellent service.

It was my first car service and I booked a time slot over the call. It was a good experience. The service station manager arranged it very well. She took very good care for my vehicle. She called me after service for the feed back and asked me if I have any questions or any further requirements. This kind of service was unexpected. Great job by service team.

Worst place to visit.call any authorized dealer ask for a driver and opt for that service centre. Always a big NO for this service station they are so new to their fields and never coperate.

Never resolved problem in one visit take very long time to ditect problem and when hand over the car a new issue appeared like music system not working r central locking not working and never accept there fault try to convince customer with unlogical theory's.
