The worst experience. The staff is not cooperative. I wish I could give negative rating. I gave my car Maruti Baleno Zeta CNG for repair, under insurance, to M/s T R Sawhney Motors workshop situated at B-19, Mayapuri, New Delhi on 06.12.2023. They promised me to return the car after repair in a weeks time. But the car was returned to me after 11 days. I was forced to hire cab for extra four days for which I spent Rs. 4000/- extra. The workshop never updated status of the car repair. I was constrained to call workshop every now and then to enquire status of the vehicle. Further, the workshop forcibly sold a car-cleaning cloth for Rs. 200/-, against my wish, by saying that it has been made mandatory by M/s Maruti Sales. Another customer was also sold the cloth. When I checked with manager of the workshop, he also showed his helplessness in the matter. I received the vehicle under protest by registering my protest on the gate-pass of the vehicle for mandatory sale of cloth and delay in delivery of the vehicle. I am writing to M/s Maruti Nexa also and will also take legal course of action in the matter.
My experience is very awesome and the showroom staff is very nice and their behaviour is so nice and very helpfull and Amit is nice person and his deal is very excellent
Worst experience and hospitality ever received from a service centre. I have service my car from atleast 20-25 different service centre across Delhi NCR, But this was the worst service centre in order of both customer and car service, will advice everyone not to visit T. R. Sawhney even if they are calling you for free service.
It was first service of my new grand Vitara. But they just spoils it with bad service. Brake was loose, my mic phone not working properly. Ac not cooling properly. No revert in complaint
Worst authorised service center of Maruti, staff does not co operate at all And it’s all a scam at the name of service and service is not done on basis of first come first serve instead they do service as their preference. One should visit Kirti nagar or Azadpur Service Station instead.
It took almost a month to return my car that too without proper repair. The centre never ever called about the repair status during the whole month, it was always me who called to check if the car is ready for pick up. They took full payment but didn’t check the repair status before handover. The issues were shown and well told to the repair incharge still nothing was done beside false promises. Even when the complaint was made to Suzuki head office nothing was changed. I would ask everyone to avoid any service or repair at this Mayapuri service centre. They are worst.
The entire unit is a scam. Insurance unit sold an insurance citing that "free paid service coupon of INR 750" will be given if the insurance is renewed from their unit. It was clearly discussed that such coupon can be redeemed on 3rd service of the vehicle.
Upon getting the vehicle serviced, the workshop denied the coupon eligibility on the ground that it can be used against labour charges only. The coupon didn't bear any such criteria and was plain vanilla to be used on next service.
The workshop manager was rude, unethical and did not bothered to resolve the issue. Had a worst experience.
PREFER TO GET THE CAR SERVICED FORM AN OUTSIDER GOING FORWARD.
Lucrative offers like free dry cleaning of seat covers, free rubbing and polishing, pick and drop etc.in the pretext of monsoon offer are given prior to providing annual maintenance services. They called multiple times to take annual services before the actual timeline. But they do not fulfill it when I actually took it. The car remained in workshop for two days despite requesting drop off. Repetitive calls were made but nobody answered. Finally, I had to collect it personally from the workshop.
Overall experience very excellent and i m so happy for buy new car from tr Sawhney mayapuri team and Narender bisht is very nice person and his deal is very superb.
The Worst ever service. Charged so heavy amount for my Baleno and pathetic cleaning. Even my horn is replaced. Very bad infrastructure and non professional staff in seems dependent.
Overall experience very excellent and very best deal of mayapuri team and I m so happy for buy new car and atul is very nice person and his deal so nice.
