Very bad experience the staff and mechanics are very careless they broke my all lights and they didn’t pay to me for my lights and bumper they said to me they will pay me but they didn’t so dont go to this service centre

Car was not properly cleaned from inside dirt was clearly visible everywhere. My job card number was JC23002706. Now that was something I can see, you can guess the quality of service on things that I cannot see or crosscheck. There only concern was maximum bill maximum profit.

It’s not a good choice to service my car at this service station. Staff is not good at all, the way they treat with customer are very rude specially their one customer care executive Malvika and one manager Kamal Krishan. It seems that “Kahi ka Gussa Kisi aur par nikalna”. They don’t care about the customer money & customer car.
Request to Management of Galaxy automobile please look into this and change your such staff who don’t believe in customer first even after being in service industry. The mechanical part of your service station is good but behavior part also matters a lot.

Best maruti suzuki four wheelers authorised service station, mechanical and body shop work both are available here.big and service satisfied workshop, working timing also is more than 12 hrs here, nearby metro station and, located at just steps from main road.

Excellent service centre in best service maruti station in Delhi and mr kamal Krishan is very nice person vey helpful.

Pathetic is the word. Not good at all, just wanted to buy some electronic parts for my car but got only disappointment.

Worst experience, They don’t care for their customers
I asked them for water they said just wait for 2 minutes but they gave me water after half an hour they don’t even ask their customers for water and for any other facility. At this service centre they only want to earn money they don’t have any regards for their customers

Worst Service Centre Ever. There timelines have zero value. Staff is unwilling to work and totally callous. If they say your car is ready then it means that when you reach the service centre they will start working on your car. And most of all never give your car in claim at this place. They will take anywhere between one to two months for finalizing the car.

I like the worshop, staff is very good, all the servicing nd repairing work done by good machanics, office staff is also very good, its worth to go there for your car servicing.
