Amazing experience. Very Co-operative staff and the services are value for money. Professional technicians and with proper tools the diagnostics are performed with excellence.

I haven't visited yet but may visit again soon to get my new Alto car serviced and then I will be able to review the place, specially if being women friendly with girls and women who don't give keys to strangers or drivers but believe in Dignity of labor, their own and others

Worst service experience, These people don't want to work. They generate over-charged bills.

My CIAZ 8936 got it third free service in March 22. Mid October 2022 there’s a weird noise coming from the engine and my car hasnt even run 10,000 kms. They offered repair at a “discounted” price when I think they should be liable for getting it right the first time.

Even at the time of second service, the technician had failed to identify a major broken part, which was leading to noise in the tyre. This was finally identified the third time. Avoid at all costs.

Insurance companies should be working as per them, but they work as per insurance company surveyors.

Engineers are masters in evaluation of parts, it's requirement, costing and time. Bus thoda patience rakho.

Found lot of accident cars there it's at Okhla and also lot of people have filed claims for their cars.

THIS SERVICE CENTERE WILL DEFINITELY DESTROY THE GOODWILL OF MARUTI SUZUKI. They are thieves with a badge of authorised service center.no technical knowledge. IF YOU WANT TO DRIVE SAFE PLEASE AVOID THEM.

Very bad service, dont trust on their word.
Their driver made damage on my car and deliver with paid service.
Overall bad experience with this branch. Even i told to fulfil the damage part made by their driver.
I cant say how bad exprience.

Place is very congested due to this workshop and vehicles are parked on road every time due to scarcity of places.the owners and managers must see into it.otherwise place is good.

It was a horrible experience. I gave my car dor denting and painting. In my car there were two new tyres which i got changed 2 weeks back. To my surprise when i went to pick up my car they had changed 1 new tyre and replaced with an old tyre of different company. They were not ready to listen and staff was continuously arguing with me, i wish i would not have given my car here.

Front desk staff is humble and supportive, but at workshop time management is not at par. I got my car 14 days late from scheduled time. Even there were some problems remained, those were not inspected during servicing. Which is a main glitch. It create a question in mind, 'Why authorized service center if they don't know there manufactured car better than your local mechanic? '

Had Worst experience with rana motors, talking about the repair work i was heavliy shocked as the paint job on my car was done extremely recklessly and dirty, the repainted parts were not even close to the color of rest of my car and the car is looking like a cartoonic vehicle, the staff there speaks extremely rudely and unprofessionally. I was not given any satisfaction at all and was constantly neglected by the staff and the manager himself.

Last week I gave them my New DZire car to get accident insurance. There was a front bumper replacement and minor dent and few scratches on left side both doors, so I thought to have them removed. The insurance claim was approved but the kind of work that has been done in the body shop was of the cheapest grade. Painting work is so poor quality. At the place of dent paint is mismatched. Before handing the car for repair, it had excellent condition paint and looked like a new one but post repair it looks like it has been mopped with a very dirty cloth. It is also mentioned here that a line spot of paint on windshield and wipers seen, I tried to remove them by mopping but not removed.

Loved the way how fast they were to make a job sheet for the, how they helped with the insurance company, complete review will be done after i get the delivery of my car. Issue with the location is its bit difficult to spot in moving traffic. They should put some board or something outside the lane with direction to make it noticeable

Staff is not talk good and workshop manager is talk very rudely, and no one help you of any problem only talk rudely.

Make sure this is not the only body shop available or near to u Very lazy people they dont care abt ur car. N whtever work they do in ur car it is not satisfactory at all. Take picturs of ur cars frm every angle bcoz they will put scratches and dent on ur car and put the blame on u. Be aware for that pls.

It's a great place if you are looking for good service nice employees and what a workshop the all employees also humble occasionally you might have some arguments going on but people are very helpful to give you good service with a smile good cause not very high cost management and the people all are superb great you get the value of money every time you want to return jaldi

Terrible car servicing. Even after charging 10,000 for servicing they did a pathetic job. They are supposed to vaccum clean the car during maintenance and the car was just as dirty after the service. I sent it again and still they didn't clean it properly. The pockets at the back of the seat were just as dirty and dusty as before. Waste of money! Don't waste your time and money getting your car serviced at this Okhla branch of rana motors.
