Worst enviroment. Ye company kisi ki tabiyat kharab hone ke baad bhi logo se notice period serve karne par majboor karti hai. Management bht ghatiya hai pasandida logo ke paksh me bolta h politics envirome hai bilkul main life me dobara is company ko join nahi kar chahungi. And these people are also deducting my 15 days salary. There is no one supportive in this company. My worst decision was to work here.

Every senior are supporting and helping giving pressure but helping to resolve the pressure.

Every person have good nature especially seniors.

I love the company management and the seniors are very supportive, they guide us in very polite manner.

Formed good relationship with the executive of the team, very nice environment, very sincere staff.

Very bad atmospher, i belive no one is going for job they are only going for making gf and bf even if any girl deny for this then people are encouraging to change their decision. इस कंपनी की खासियत है कि साल भर वैकेंसी रहता है जब आप इस कंपनी में ज्वाइन होंगे तब आपको कहा जाएगा सैलरी का टाइम 10 से 15 के बीच में है इसकी सैलरी का टाइम है 25 से 30 के बीच में इस कंपनी में कोई छुट्टी नहीं है संडे को भी नहीं इस कंपनी में आपको कोई भी छुट्टी नहीं दिया जाएगा आपको इमरजेंसी छुट्टी चाहिए तो आपको वह भी नहीं मिलेगी और आपको काम के लिए बार-बार force किया जाएगा मैं इस कंपनी में 7 साल पहले काम करता था जब सैलरी ₹7000 था और आज भी सैलरी 7000 ही है इस कंपनी में 10 घंटे की ड्यूटी ली जाती है
इस कंपनी में आपको हर एक तरीके से टॉर्चर किया जाएगा काम के लिए अगर आप इस कंपनी को छोड़ना चाहते हैं तो भूल जाए इस कंपनी को छोड़ने का प्रोसेस मैं बताता हूं छोड़ने की डेट से 1 महीने पहले आपको रिजाइन देना पड़ेगा l
जिस डेट पर आप छोड़ने वाले हैं उस डेट से 45 दिन बाद आपको पेमेंट देने के लिए ऐसा कहा जाएगा
पर ऐसा नहीं होगा उस पेमेंट के लिए आपको कम से कम 2 महीने 3 महीने चप्पल घिसने होंगे कुल मिलाकर उनका विचार यह है कि आपको पेमेंट वह देना नहीं चाहते हैं यह एक पूरा सोचा बिचारा प्लान बनाया गया है मास कॉल नेट के लिए मेरी नजर में यह सबसे घटिया कंपनी है आप इसमें ज्वाइन ना करें तो ही अच्छा है और इस कंपनी में इस वक्त जो सीनियर है उनका नाम कमल जी है जो सबसे घटिया आदमी है कंपनी के MAS CALLNET B-24 OKHLA PH-II
