Nice treatment, good service, room was cleaned regularly, regular checkup of doctors and nurses were also caring.

I consult for my 12 year daughter regarding irregular periods with dr. Poonam, Archana, Surabhi nd many more.in the month of August 2022. Everytime they changed allready prescribed medicines after taking treatment from this hospital my daughter's health got sick and got down. They all are doing only experiment also don't have knowledge of medication. I am highly disappointed with their irresponsible behaviour. Think twice before taking treatment from these gynaecologist nd hospital

This hospital is very bad for patients, totally waste of money and their service same like as (gabbar is back film). They have keep dead patient in vantilator and saying he is alive we will discharge him after two days. I will suggest if you want your patient alive plz don't go there.

Very bad experience on recently visit in hospital, we are very old customer of maggo hospital, we got treatment of our whole family since 2018 and got good service as per paid.

But last visit of my wife to physician department and attended by Dr. Santosh Ghai, having very bad experience, we paid for consultation fee for proper consulting and if you not able to consult us properly then don’t take fees for same,

All doctors is very good and coprative.facilities are vry good.but management is zero bcuz.agr kisi se kuch pucho to kisi ko kuch pta hi nh hota n to koi supervisor k baare me btata or n hi reception wale kuch batate bs jisko pucho to wo Raman sir k pass bejh dete h.garbage bag change krana ho to raman sir pt. Shift krana ho to raman sir kisi ko complanit krne ko process pucho to koi btata nh h… but baljeet sister is very coprative and raman sir is very helpful. Recption staff is zero or semi room me male female pt. Ko ek sath rakh dete h pucho to bolte h hum to ese hi rakhte h jabki gyne pt. K sath female pt. Hi hona chahiye. Male aged pt. Ko daalte h jisse mother or baby ko infarction hone ka dar bna rahta h or koi sunta nh h.admin mdm is vry gud.

I upendra Kumar, today I visit mata roop rani magho hospital uttam nagar new delhi, all doctors and nursing staff is very well and the all staff is very cooperative.

Very friendly staff always their to help you out, Dr. Poonam is highly supportive my first baby delivery done by her and now I came again here for my 2nd baby

I got my mother there in OPD, instead of prescribing medicines properly doctors were reluctantly asking her to get admitted there for no reason. I consulted doctor over online services then I got to know she got mild infection and can be easily treated by medicine. BE AWARE! I believe there doctor's only target is to get all patients admitted.

I had started visiting this hospital 4 years back and it was good experience for us till my first baby was born. However, it was done by C-section with no complications but it was okay for us again that is reason we started visiting this hospital again when we planned 2nd baby. OPD visits were satisfactory but when we came for C-section again as per Dr. Recommendations, they took 11-12 hours to provide us room after admission while it was pre-planned admission and they must have available room for us as it was pre-planned and they got the approval from my TPA. They left patient in labour room and did not shift into private room which i booked for her. Initicially, Dr told us to keep new born baby in NICU for 6-8 hours for observation which seems like this their standard process but did not handover as room was not available. Finally, we got the room in evening after multiple follow ups from here to there and with the help of Sahil from feedback department.
Moreover, my wife experienced gastric problem on day 2 of dilivery and when my mother taken follow ups with nurses again and again telling them criticality of the patient, they did not take this as serious and haven't asked Dr. To visit immediately while she was feeling very uncomfortable and was feeling vomitting.
Also, when we discharged she was having pain and we requested nurses for one More Dr vist as she was not in condition to go home but they did not do it. They asked me to visit labour room before leave for consultation. We went there and have to wait more than an hour even my wife was having unbearable pain.
I visited hospital again Today for first follow up visit for new born baby recommend by dr, and i was surprised to see prescription slip when Dr. Prescribed some investigations including jaundice test for which a representative from a third party vendor- immunyfime already told me that this test will be done today and you will get discount using their card if you get this membership. While this same test was done day before yesterday as well and report was ok and today for same. We are also keeping our baby in sunlight in the morning.
Meaning this is a standard process they following to make bills without any symptoms, they are keep writing test just to make bills.
So, overall it was pathetic service experience for us at this time.

Not recommended at all. At no point should anyone visit this hospital for emergency. I visited this hospital for my niece fracture forearm and the emergency doctor said that they need to operate it. No first aid were provided for 2 hours while we consult other doctor. Had to visit Max hospital were the doctor simply apply plaster and told us to relax as my niece is just 6 years old and will be healed in no time.

This fraud hospital asked ₹20k for the treatment while it just took ₹12k in Max Hospital for the treatment.

My new born baby died in this hospital. They kept him in Nicu for 5 days and couldn't save him. They said his lungs were not fully developed and problem was in heart.we brought all the costly medicines they asked for.in the hope that they will save my child, but they couldn't save him.while there are cases.where child has been saved in other hospitals in situations worst than this.only doctors know if they have tried 100% or not.or if they were not capable.why they have not referred
to other hospital initially only.on the 4th day they said you can refer to other hospital if you want.still doc said.situation is stable.if not improving.i trusted the doc and next day morning
my son expired.my trust in this hospital is broken.

The doctor are charge as much as possible but ultimately there is no result they will only say for multiple tests
Even I have spend more then 10k for cuff and cold and I have take many medicine more then 2 month but still i have not recovered from cold and cuff so i will suggest that no one should go there

Very dirty the pre delivered room is worst they are very dirty the toilet is very dirty the bedsheets are all old and dirty nothing is clean they don’t clean the hospital and the nurses make too much of noise

I used to tell people to visit this hospital earlier Whenever anyone would asked me which hospital should they visit nearby. Yesterday I came by myself here with my nephew who was sick. They admitted him have him good treatment, they tested every possibility which could've been the reason. But nothing was found major, but they still asked to stay till the morning to verify or examine the condition. And all was good in the morning, they said they will discharge him early in the morning as soon as doctor will be here, doctor came here to see him at 12noon and said ohk we will discharge him and later I visited TPA and reception and no one knows about the bill, they said it is in process and here I'm writing this review at 2 noon and I still know nothing about my bill. Leaving it on you if you want to visit the hospital or not.

The worst hospital to ever function. All they care about is your money and infect your blood to keep you coming and paying them. Nobody cares about your health here. They'd prefer you live a life of diseases and empty your bank balance in their filthy laps.

Hospital is average. I will not recommend this hospital for any serious/major diseases. My father was passed away in 2017, his treatment was running in this hospital. This hospital is very close to my residence. So, I Regular visits this hospital. Recently I was admitted in this hospital because I was suffering from dengu. This time I realized, I should stop going this hospital anymore. Some nursing staffs are very rude. They have less nursing staff at general ward. One day, a married nurse was on duty at night. She should be fire from this hospital, She ignores patients very badly. "Dr. VIKAS KUMAR" is good but sometimes his way of talking is very rough. EVERY DOCTORS AND NURSING STAFFS MUST BE POLITE WITH EVERY PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS. PARTIALITY CAN'T BE TOLERABLE.

Yesterday I was very angry on the staffs of their chemist shop. They argue with no reason. They taunts/comments very badly. Very cheap staffs works at their chemist shop. Skip their own chemist shop because there are many chemist shops are available in Uttam Nagar, they give 15 to 20% discounts on medicines.

Overall If you have an urgency then visit this hospital otherwise don't due to bad/misbehaved/rude staffs.

Good hospital as u suffer from any deses pms once visit this hospital they experienced and qualified Dr.

Worse management and money minded staff and doctors. Patient and family suffers a lot, when we complaint about it they tend to give justification, if they know the patient is from panel their only approach is to admitted the patient even though the same can be treated with general medication.

My friend got admitted for the kidney stone treatment. Instead of getting treatment for stone removal he got got infected with blood & urine infection of 18000 which is level above of 11000. This is the worst treatment I have seen in my life. I don't recommend anybody to go there for any kind of treatment. Forgot to mention he got infected with tified too.

Seriously a worse hospital I have faced. In place of giving proper treatment they were forcing to admit in hospital and when I tell aman maggo that I don't have enough money to admit then he told me that better I should try government hospitals If I can't afford to get admit in maggo. Seriously worse doctor and worse medical team who just prescribe you number of test which is not matching to your disease or treatment. Earlier this hospital was value for money but now they are hungry for money. I can't suggest because of their attitude.

If there is the worst and worst hospital in Delhi, then there is Roop Rani Maggo, neither the doctors come on time, the staff is not right and their behavior is also not good, only the work of robbing the patient.

My experience has always been good. Been visiting since I started follicle monitoring from Dr Poonam Maggo in the year 2014. All my deliveries happened here.

I also get consultations over phone whenever I feel like I m unable to go to hospital due to my medical conditions. Doctor Surbhi, bhavya also very polite and humble.the fees and charges are also reasonable and affordable to any common man.

Worst experience from this hospital. Plz dont go for Dialysis here. They are not well trained. Always demanding for blood tests, always recommend any other doctor for check up. Not good hospital. Plz dont come here for treatment specially Dialysis.
