Recently flown to Thailand carrying Matrix sim with best price of tariffs. I have been using Matrix quite long time and they provide reliable services with affordable cost.referable products and company.

Awful experience - STAY AWAY FROM MATRIX - I bought a SIM card from their seller inside Dehli Airport. He promised me that it would activate on arrival in Australia (even though he could not activate in the airport) - I took his word on good faith having given $50US approx. He was very happy to take my money.unsurprisingly!

The sim card NEVER worked - they kept telling me to try again and it never worked. USELESS! After countless emails and whatsapp messages, they have not refunded my money, stating that it can only go to an Indian account, which I find impossible to believe in this day and age. I have been so frustrated by the experience with MATRIX every step of the way.

I hoped that since they were operating inside the departure area of Dehli Int Airport, that they would be honourable. Dreadful experience, STAY AWAY - do not give them your money! Reading many other reviews of similar disappointment too. These jokers need to be removed from the airport. If they ever refund my money, I will amend this review, but I have zero faith that they will. NEVER AGAIN!

For last 1 year I am frequently traveling to Germany and other European countries. Matrix sim Data Speed & voice coverage is excellent at affordable cost.

Could give -5 starts if it was possible. Worst service. They gave my dad a European sim card instead of a US one. There is no service support from their end. The card stopped working 5 days before it’s expiry. These guys are scammers. Not recommended at all.

I ordered the matrix SIM for my recent visit to Dubai. I placed the order online prior to my travel. I took help from the customer service locally - from Ms. Soniya Sachwani.
She provided me all info prior to my purchase and true to what she explained, the entire process of getting the sim activated as soon as I landed, was very smooth and seamless. I surely recommend the product for anyone travelling overseas and do not wish to activate international roaming on their existing sim. Special thanks to Ms. Soniya for her excellent support.

Posting on behalf my wife. Wish I could have given 0 stars, Stay away from this company and people of this company. You buy 1 thing from them they will try to sell other things and keep following up. In our case Sales consultant Naveen followed up several times asking my wife to purchase the electronic sim from him confirming electronic sim will work on her phone and if it didnt he will get the money refunded, when she purchased the sim from him and it didnt worked on her phone, the company was totally unhelpful. We did not even asked for refund asked them to provide alternative service. After this we got confirmation you will get refund after a week we followed up and Naveen had left the company.

A guy named Sanjay Saraswat handling customer complaints, you will find his details on company website on contact page. If you are directed to him DO NOT EXPECT anything kind of resolution on your complaint or any transparent communication from him. STAY AWAY FROM THESE JERKS AND THIS COMPANY.

Matrix is the WORST international sim you can get. They will make far-fetched promises like unlimited data but you will NOT GET ANY DATA NETWORK and CUSTOMER CARE WILL NOT PICK UP! Harrassing and poor experience! I hate Matrix!

What can i say about matrix international sim cards. The best that i ever used for my travels abroad. No hidden costs anywhere, the staff clearly attends to the standing instructions of using the cc for just security reasons and seriously affordable plans. Overall the only best option available.

I was travelling to US for convention with four other representatives and our office got us all a matrix international sim card each. Infact one of my colleagues even got a phone from them since his phone wouldn’t have worked there. Must say that all our voice and data needs were well taken care of. Not only that i must appreciate the sales rep who delivered all the sim cards and the phone on such a short notice. Thanks team Matrix!

I work with an IT company in Pune and was flying to Japan for an assignment for 10 days. My company gave me a Matrix Sim card along with a 3g phone also given by matrix for my perusal there. Not sure how beneficial would matrix be, i still used it. I faced no issues while i was there, infact used internet also on the phone. Curiosity sake when i saw the bill, i was shocked to see that it was hardly anything. Worth every Yuan!

I was in Malaysia with my friends and i thank my stars that i was connected back home with a matrix sim card. Had i not used matrix, i wouldn’t have known about my sister getting fixed to be married in a few months. I guess i celebrated thrice that day! Having tried all solutions for international travels, i found Matrix sim cards to be the best. For all my travels to the European region, i have used matrix card and its by far the best! Has everything that i look for. Seamless internet / data connectivity and voice is also good. Top on my list!

I was travelling to HK and took a matrix sim card instead of my Indian number. I really appreciate the sales guy who catered to my last minute request and delivered the sim card to me at the airport. As a frequent traveller i can vouch for matrix sim cards and their efficient and seamless services across the globe. Not only that their plans are very affordable and light on the pocket. Matrix is a complete package – great connectivity and affordable as well.

I travel to UK almost every 3rd month and instead of buying a new number everytime, i took matrix’ permanent sim card for UK. I just pay a meagre annual fee and it saves me the energy of updating my number with my colleagues everytime. Such a boon Matrix Sim card! Thanks guys!

I bought a matrix sim card for Singapore from the airport and was surprised to see that there is one company that stands for what it claims. I had some issues with my sim card when i landed and the customer care exec guided me through the process which worked and my sim was workin fine. Matrix has a well trained staff.excellent services you guys!

I was in China doing a cover story on the importance of sports and my office had given me a matrix sim card with data activated for me to send my work on time. Must say it worked faster than the wi-fi at my hotel and was pretty affordable as well. Its a must on my list now when i travel next!

For my travel to Malaysia, i opted for a Matrix sim card. My sim was working fine, but the data wasn’t working at all. I immediately called up the customer care and the lady helped me with the settings and informed me that it would work within 2 hours and it did! Keep up the good work team Matrix!

My views about customer care executives and services were all changed when i contacted Matrix cellular’s customer service centre. What a backend team that’s clearing running the show. I had some issues with my sim card in Singapore – said unregistered. I had called up the customer care to take their instead, instead the lad who atteneded my call surprised me saying he will have someone from their local office attend me and give me a new sim card instead. And someone sure did meet me! Amazing Matrix guys.

I have used almost all the international sim card options available in Delhi and found Matrix Sim Cards to be a clear winner in the race. I used a matrix sim card while i was traveling to UK. Although i did not face any issues with the network there, my only problem was the bill which was charged for wrong dates. Before i could contact them, the guy who got me the number contacted me and apologised for this mess up and got it corrected. Really appreciate the honesty and customer service that Matrix gives. Looks like Matrix has the best team!

I was a part of a delegation going to Korea for a conference and my admin guy gave us all a matrix sim card respectively. Not sure if it would even fine, i was pretty surprised with their call rates and super internet speed. It help us a lot locally and to call home. Quite effective and impressive, must say!

I am a student studying in Australia and on my dads suggestion i took a matrix sim card for my initial stay there. It so happened that my monthly bill never exceeded rs 5000/- and my dad got an itemised bill as well. I am in my second year and still using a matrix card. Really happy with their services

Just got back from the US! Was out for a business trip and used matrix international sim card to stay connected back home. Got a well tailored plan to suit my requirement with free minutes and calling rates way cheaper than other products i found online! I didnt have to waste my money on buying calling cards or use my Indian number in the US to call home. Happy with the choice i made! Thanks guys
