Max institute is fair also they provide total safety during this covid period but it can be better like i went there yesterday for my medical and one thing i noticed that i have to wait long, it took more time than i expected billing and registration service can be much better, overall my experience was fair.

I had very bad experience today the person riyaz at reception let other patient go for consultation though I was waiting for half an hour and this was not fair a discrimination in case of patients who have come to show it to doctor strange

Having read negative reviews here, I was expecting the worst. But honestly, the immigration-medical-check operation here is run extremely efficiently. In the 2 hours we were there, I saw dozens of people flow through this entire process along with us in this small hospital. Efficient step by step process. The staff is very courteous despite repeating this every day. And even though my girlfriend had a complication in her application, we were not delayed more than 20 minutes. By the way, be prepared to wear a hospital gown and strip to your underwear. Lockers are provided. And also, they are serious about LMP for women. A tiny canteen is available, plus toilets. No WiFi though.

I did an immigration health checkup at Max Hospital in Lajpat Nagar-4 because it was one of the panel physicians suggested online for the Australia visa. Firstly, the charges for the medical checkup is baffling. For the amount we pay, the customer support provided after the medical checkup was extremely disappointing. The staff working at the immigration medical are slow and incompetent. When I called them to inquire about my medical reports submission to the embassy, the call center staff was useless. One can expect to always get the same scripted dialogue, "A staff from the immigration medical will call you back between 4-5 pm. " Don't be fooled, they never call back. No matter how many times you call them, the call center staff will use the same line repeatedly. I called the hospital 4 times already and they still have not called me back. At other times, the operator transferred my call to the immigration medical desk but they never answered the phone calls. And worse, the management in the immigration medical is irresponsible and the staff are inefficient. They failed to upload the medical reports for the visa applicants, who are anxiously waiting to hear about their visa status from the embassies. Keep in mind, the hospital staff will lie to you saying that they will forward/submit the reports to the embassies within 3-4 days but it has never happened due to their lack of responsibility and initiative. So, please do not waste your time and money to do your medical checkup at Max. If I had the choice to give them zero stars, I would do it. Since I can't I had no choice but to give them a one star. I suggest to chose another hospital/panel physicians that can promptly respond to all your requests and submit your medical reports to the embassies. Avoid Max Hospital at all costs!

The hospital did medical for immigration and charge you big lot of money for the medical but fail to upload your medical report with in time frame, if you call there customer service they don't have any clue what is the status and there immigration department never picks up the call. I strongly do not recommend this place for medical as they are only sitting to charge you money for not delivering the services in time. I recon it is better to go to Punjab or Chandigarh for the same service because they are more professional and do the things in the time frame they promised and on the top for the same money.very very very poor service

One of the most unprofessional reports. Delivery quality is poor against the 10x price charges. Will recommend considering alternatives.

No wonder India has so many patients. Doctors (not all, I have highest regards for them but for sure for Max which has min professional attitude) here are just sheer clowns. Reception staff is worst than anything I have exprienced in all 5 continents. Reception staff is busy in his new hair style and his horse tail so called mustache. He must have wasted 10 mins during my 34 mins wait before I paid. As usual doctors were missing from the cabin. It's more burecratic than govt offices. Barring 2 or 3 staffs rest all behave as if they are saving humanity rather than doing their simple job efficiently for which they charge hefty sum of money. At the reception while paying money I was told withing an hour all test will be over. I wasn't surprise when doctors were went missing from cabin while test takers were waiting. Miraculously doctors appeared after saving humanity to check few waiting patients approx 15 mins before breaking for lunch with smile on face which showed they indeed saved humanity by doing nothing. Took me around 3 hours to get an X ray done and report from doctor. Efficiency my foot Absolute disgrace, a rather scam i would say. For sure I would pass on the information to immigration authorities of all the countries about your pathetic operation. After all not only Max = Mim is out their saving humanity.

I went there for a medical check up, but seriously i never reccomend to anyone to go there because firstly the staff behaviour towards their clients was very rude.and afterwards, i wait for 2 hours to collect my reports from the doctor.
