A worst service I have ever experienced.they are really a big fraudster and lier. We lost our money with this company's Insurance

The maxlife offers variety of insurance cover from education, investment and retirement. The service is great. Maxlife is market leader in claim settlement ratio. The staff is humble and cooperative.

Very very very very bad company ever.they do differentiate in people. If someone is not graduate they clearly say no to him for insurance. I mean why do you this? If someone has not a degree it does not mean they don't have right to taking insurance. Very very disappointed. They don't deserve even a single star.

Very bad experience. Security and staff have no etiquettes on how to deal with customers. Citing Covid-19 situation, they didnot allow me to enter there office, even though my temperature was normal. But they allowed their "known" customer, who had high temperature to allow inside their office and no precautionary measures were taken. Even that customer was not instructed to put on mask and max staff were interacting with him without mask.
Watta double standard.
Max insurance employees only respect you till they haven't sold there policy.

Decent office on main road. Front office staff is very cordial and very attentive. Officers are also very active and good.
Really a good office.

Nice and clean environment. Very helpful staff. Offer water tea and coffee to customers that is rare in LIC offices.
