I got my full health checkup done in Dec'23 and completely misleading results. The results were so absurd that I had to again get my tests done through a trusted lab (Lal Pathlabs) and got the correct reports from them. Max gave me a Thyroid count of 10+ and the general physician wanted me to start a lifelong medication for that basis the completely carelessly shared test reports! Thanks to other lab report I got saved from a Lifelong medicine for a disease which I did not even have.
Dr Smriti, physiotherapist at Max Pancheel helped me recover from a painful heel condition very fast. She is also very encouraging and patient friendly.
I visit Max Panchsheel Park to show Dr. Nikhil Pal, Ophthalmologist. It has been more than 8 years since I have been visiting the doctor. Dr. Nikhil Pal is very immaculate, humble; he would listen to the patient very carefully and makes sure the patient is comfortable.
Panchsheel park is a helpful centre but the saket Max Multi speciality hospital is not staff cooperative. The manager has no knowledge how to attend patients.
Visited Dr Nikhil Pal, Ophthalmologist for my mother in law for retina issues in June 2023. The appoint was scheduled and confirmed at 5.45 PM and we were there at 5.30 PM.
The charges were duly paid for however the doctor simply refused to check the patient saying that he doesn't have time and a revisit can be done tomorrow or some other time. He barely spent 2 minutes with us. The same complaint was made to the reception desk who mentioned that this is a recurring issue with this doctor. An email was also sent to Max management citing this unprofessional behaviour
I recently had a full body check up from Max Pancsheel. My experience was very good. Special thanks to Dr. Arpita (Dietitian). She explained everything very nicely giving examples from our day to day life. My overall experience was very good. I recommend this hospital.
Writing this review on behalf of my father Mr. Soupayan Dutta who got a retinal tear in his left eye earlier this year. Dr. Nikhil Pal is an exceptional ophthalmologist whose quick response, remarkable surgical skills, and commitment to long-term eye health make him stand out in his field. He went above and beyond by not only addressing the immediate concern of the retina tear but also by focusing on my father’s long term eye health. He actively educated my father on the contributing factors to his conditions and provided invaluable guidance on the preventive measures. His commitment to proactive care and his efforts to equip my father with the knowledge to safeguard his eye health was truly exceptional. His capable and trustworthy nature instills confidence in his patients and his dedication to providing personalized care sets him apart. Without hesitation, My father wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Nikhil Pal to anyone in need of exception eye care. If you are searching for an ophthalmologist who combines expertise, compassion, and a commitment to your well-being, look no further than Dr. Nikhil Pal He is an extraordinary doctor who has earned my highest praise and recommendation.
Me & my wife came for basic health checkup to Max Panchsheel The procedure was very well programmed and functional. Dietician Ms. Aarti was very helpful and her advise was meaningful.
Really poor experience at this center for PHP, they are completely disorganised and don’t care about patients. Despite escalating to their customer service head still had a poor experience. They lost my reports and kept me waiting and couldn’t care less.
Overall was a great experience for the health checkup but the opthalmology department was a nightmare, complete bunch of jokers. There was complete chaos here. Waited for over an hour and there was no system.
Majorly the routine checkup rush make most of the patients crowd here. The wait time is always pretty long, we tried taking first appointment as well as last. So do not plan the trip with time constraints.
Don't recommend! They are so high-handed that they've stopped accepting cash/card payments after arriving at the hospital (in Max hospital's Panchsheel branch) and only allow online payments 30 minutes before the doctor's appointment, failing which they will cancel the appointment. And all this when patients have to sit for hours on end in waiting for the doctor to arrive! Not worth it. There are many other good hospitals like Apollo or Fortis. Max isn't the only hospital in Delhi.
Worst experience. Don't go for piles laser surgery to Dr Manish Agarwal. No relief after surgery. Max hospital TPA desk take more and more time for cashless mediclaim policy.only one employee work on TPA desk then max costly than others hospital. I am not complaining TPA desk employee BUT atleast two employee work on tpa desk.after surgery every patient should want painless life but in my case this not happen. Sorry Max hospital for this complaint but I am I'm in very pain and problems.
Arpita Acharya was a great adviser on nutrition and diet at Max health care center in Panchsheel Park branch. It is worth to visit her if one is on a diet issue.
I visited for annual health checkup and I find they services valuable. All staff and doctors were helpful and they took time to explain details of checkup.
I found advice of Ms. Arpita extremely helpful to improve my over all health and life style.
I have visited panchsheel max on 14th nov. I have done my appointment fee 2 Times by mistake. I attached all the payments deatils, ask for reverse the amount it almost 10 days from the date they didn't give me any specific date. I'm trying to contact but no one pick up the phone.
I visited this hospital today for my annual health checkup. It was a great experience. Everything was smooth. I thought it would take me 3-4 hours for the test but the staff are so experienced that they managed to get it done within 1.5 hours. Overall service is worth appreciating. The staff were humble especially the nurse who took ECG, PFT and TMT test.
They also served the tasty & nutritious food after all the tests.
I had done 2nd dose of Covishield today at Max Panchsheel. My 1st dose was Max Saket. Amazed to see how smoothly the Max Panchsheel team is managing. Excellent service.hats off team. Please continue your good work.
One of the worst branches of saket, worst staff.interacted with staff named PRIYANKA, one kind of rude, arrogant, mannerless woman, doesnt knw how to speak with people, hygiene level 0, i was disgusted by seeing her nails.i dont know how max hire such mannerless, ill behaved staff, zero hospitality.better to visit saket max, their staff are polite and helpfull.
Subject: Complaint against Max Hospital (Panchsheel, South Delhi)
Dear Sir / Madam,
I have paid INR 6000 for my father’s check up at Max Panchsheel, the test is done but the doctor’s appointment is given after 1 week. My dad has to travel with his train ticket for this check. The appointment was booked today at 12: 15PM, and at around 9 AM today I received a message that the appointment has been cancelled. I called up max hospital 3 times to make a request to give an appointment with some other doctor but the response was not favorable (1st two representatives disconnected phone calls while talking, and the 3rd one didn't have any answer).
I am visiting the hospital at the given time, and request you to please come along with me to support so that my father get’s to check done today.
My recent experience with Max Panchsheel Radiology Department was indeed awesome. The Radiology Head Dr Nidhi Bhatnagar is an excellent Doctor, a wonderful human being, very proactive in her approach, comfortable communication with her Patients & overall is a real asset to the Institution.
Wonderful experience for my first shot of the Covid Vaccine. Many thanks to Nikhat who is wonderful, helpful, caring, cheerful even under the immense load. I greatly appreciate your service n godspeed.
Worst hospital in delhi I got my first covid vaccine here in June and since two months I am sick to the extent of having an emergency surgery they had such serious side effects Their vaccines are fraud and doubtful They put cotton on other people hand after vaccine but not on my hand
It was an okay experience yesterday for vaccination but they completely failed to manage social distancing. At billing counter people were sticking to each other so that no one take their place and same thing goes at vaccination room. One lady was not wearing any mask she just covered her mouth with her dupatta. Such people should not be allowed to enter inside the centre. Vaccinator was also in too much hurry as he wanted to go for lunch. And there is a problem for parking as well but they have valets for it.
JDA staff is very supportive and well behaviored floor manager Vineha is very cooperatve HK super visor Mithilesh very good Nursing staff seena is also very good
Recently visited for vaccination. Had pre booked on cowin. The entire process took around two hours which includes mandatory half hour waiting after the jab for observation. On arrival you need to get a token and wait outside for around half an hour depending on the crowd at that time. It's hot so carry water along. You can also pay from your mobile on their website while waiting. QR codes are displayed outside for your convenience. Go to the billing counter when your number is called and get your jab at your site. Better to take a printout mentioning all the details so you avoid giving your phone around. Sanitise your phone regularly. Carry your id card and sms details. You may need to park far away on the service road. I developed fever bodyache at night and symptoms lasted for one day. Little pain in the arm is still there. Take lots of fluids to avoid dehydration and quick recovery.
Went there for second dose of my COVAXIN vaccine for 18+. Very well planned execution, regular disinfection of chairs and other common areas by staff, proper announcement and queues and best - the doc and the vaccinator inform you which vaccine they are using, take your consent and then administrator the dosage. Instant confirmation from COWIN in front of you. Only issue I found was not with the hospital but the issue of parking. So I would strongly suggest people use can service while going there.
. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate MAX pancheel taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Was referred over by my general doctor and can see why. Highly recommended.
Good hospital with great staff. From the valet service, billing department, lab technicians and doctors they were good overall. Would highly recommend.
I opted for Titanium preventive health plan. The hospital was too crowded, facilities were not adequate, lack of supportive staff to guide us. I would like to say its not worth to spend so much money.
I went for a Covishield vaccine at about 2pm. It was not crowded at all, so the process should have taken maybe 45 minutes. I had to make a lot of guesses about where to go. I was on crutches and am 70 years old. Finally, after paying for the coupon, I was instructed at the billing counter to go down stairs. No one pointed out an elevator or offered a wheelchair. Then, I was asked to go to the first floor and I was told that everyone was at lunch and to go back to the basement. I asked for a supervisor to sort out the mess, all the time, standing on one leg with my crutches. It took another 40 minutes for me to exit this hospital with a vaccination, a total of 2 hours. My name is mispelled on the bill and on SMS' that I've received. Even a simple thing like that was done sloppily. The ancilliary staff need a lot more training. The nurse who gave the vaccination gets full marks for a completely smooth, painless injection.
I visited max hospital panchsheel park for vaccines. It was smooth and nice experience very efficient and systematic people working. Special appreciation for personal administered vaccine patiently nicely explained. Keep it up good job.
Very good hospital for PHC service. I have taken only phc service only.
Very good for all Executive health check up but never take consultancy with Dr Kalra. He is worst doctor he fills on fear in mind. Rest exallent.
Very poor consultancy by Dr Kalra. Never gives good health rating. I have confirmed from my other group A GAZETTED OFFICER who took consultancy with Dr. Kalra. Rest the hospital is good
Really happy with the surgery procedure. More personal than other of their own branches. Content with the surgery and the treatment. Special mention to Dr Manish Agarwal, Dr Anu and Dr Manish Rai and all the nursing staff!
I have been privileged to receive eye treatment under the extremely competent and wonderful care of Dr. Nikhil Pal (Opthalmologist/Eye Surgeon) at Max Panchsheel, Delhi. Not only is he the best at what he does, he makes the patient feel very comfortable and at ease - answering our myriad of questions patiently and making us smile through his quick wit and humour. I had lost vision after a serious eye injury and had undergone surgeries at another city, but my condition was deteriorating when a friend suggested that I visit Dr. Nikhil. This was the best decision I ever made as he has successfully treated me and rectified all the errors. Please do not hesitate to get treatment from him. One can never compromise on one’s eye and Dr. Nikhil knows this best - you will be in the safest hands possible. May he continue to be a blessing to the people through his treatment! The staff at Max Panchsheel is also great; very helpful and productive. Keep up the good work! Dr. Lima Jamir, Jorhat (Professor)
