Great experience.my father had cataract surgery and was operated by Dr Smriti Goel. My father vision is around 90% better.

I am fully satisfied of the behavior and services provided by the staff as well as by the cocerned doctor.

Beggar mentality even to do normal test they want you to pay them Beggar's fee 200₹ so called as Registration Fee.
Seriously Big Name and Cheap Mentality
Pay 3k for test and then pay 200₹ beggar fee

Very pathetic condition. If you visited
Doctor and next day if you don't have relief.
Visit again Hospital on next day and same Doctor not available in that department than you have to pay fee than only you can consult the doctor.
What an idea from Max Hospital for making money and making people fool.

We visited the hospital. We got admitted to the 7th floor under Dr. Anil Arora. Overall, the staff and the services which they have provided were really helpful and supportive, especially nurses sister muskan, Roger, akashdeep.

It was a good experience
stay and room services of GDA,
nurses and hk are really praise worthy.i had an attendant though but they all are more than attendants in taking care of the patients.

Rekha and Meenakshi are v.competent.

GDA and housekeeping staff is too cooperative and humble especially umar, Sumit, Rekha, Meenakshi, and the floor manager malvika mam was too cooperative

They did the well caring of patient and GD staff is too cooperative GD Neha, Anita,

Sisters were there on a single call bell very nice

All services are excellent. And nursing staff are very supportive and caring specially Ms Anju and Vendana, GDA Nisha & Ms Rekha, Sadhna. House keeping is very efficient specially Mr. Vipin, and house keeping supervisor Ms. Amrita and Floor Manager Mr. Mukesh is also very cooperative.
And Dietianan Ms. Lavanya and food executive Mr. Shivam is very helpful and cooperative. And lastly discharge coordinator Mrs. Sunita service is Excellent. In conclusion all staff are excellent.

Dr. Amitabh Goel Neuro Surgeon and his team is very very efficient. Dr. Saptarishi Bhattacharya, Dr. Ishika,
Dr. Anurag Jain and Staff of 6th floor are very dedicated. Dr Veer Singh is good after brain tumor surgery.
For Mr. Mukesh floor manager, Ms lavanya Dietician, sister Aatira, Ankita, Aadira, Parvati, Tizi, Ankita, GDA Nisha, Dilip, Sunil, house keeping, nurse incharge I am giving 10/10. All are very dedicated towards their work. My husband admitted again today (30.3.21) in Emergency by Dr Amitabh Goel But sorry to say that Dr Ankur Verma Sr consultant of emergency observation is very harsh And not supportive at all. He has no heart for patients and talk in a very bad manner. Max hospital must not appoint loffer type Doctor.

All services in Max Hospital are very excellent.at Patparganj, i.e. Km. Nitu Gupta and other related staff.

I really appreciate the discipline here at max.
Every employee is ready to answer as many times you ask without getting irritated.

The hospital traps new born in NICU in order to make money & play with the life of newborns. I pray to ALMIGHTY to destroy such doctors who do evil things only to make money and their families may also suffer alike.

One of the most partial hospital. They call us for the interview of staff nurse but selected only 6 girls out of 7 girls and 4 boys. They didn't select any single boy, even boy's interview was more good than some girls.

Just avoid this so called elite hospital. Filled with totally unprofessional, rude and arrogant bunch of quacks who call themselves doctors. I faced this there not 1 or 2 times but 4 times in continuation. Special reference to one Poonam Gupta, (so called gynae) who is literally repulsive and arrogant - will always be ready for argument even for her own absent mindedness. Thank god I came to know abt her true nature within time and left her for treatment of my pregnant wife at other hospital. Simple avoid this hospital as a whole if u value ur money, time, self-respect and most importantly health.

If there could have been mines rating I could have given that. 2 days back early in the morning a heavy pain starred in my Wright side of stomach I rush to causality with a hope that I Will be taken care fast but it took them 19 minutes to allocate the bad. They ask about the problem and I explained them everything, they started with some drips and painkiller keep repeating and meanwhile doctor told me that I Will have to go for CT Scan, I asked why not ultrasound first they just ignored and took me for CT. At arond 2 o clock the same doctor came to me and told you have no problem hence we are going to discharge you and pay the bills. I was with the same pain which was in the morning, no other choice except paying the bill and went to another hospital. So be careful this is there pure business forget about treatment.

Irresponsible doctors. I came to see some dr. P. Kar and I was given appointment for 4: 15 pm and it’s 5: 00 pm, doctor hasn’t arrived yet! What if the patient is not in condition to wait such long? Why did they give appointment for 4: 15 pm then? This is unacceptable, docs should value patients time.
I won’t recommend someone for this hospital if they need quick responses from docs and yes if you have enough of time to spend sitting outside OPD then you might visit.

Adding to above, not doc has arrived but it’s been 15 mins he hasn’t started to see any patient. Careless people!

Very bad valle service.lifts are slow.i wonder sometimes if someone comes in emergency, it may take hours to reach opd. Stairs are hidden, people have to search them to use them.

Hospital and Doctors r Ok.
Major Problems are:
1) Online Appointment System is a total time waste.
No matter how much advance u take Appointment, doctors in OPD will never see on that time. Attendents will make anyone visit the doctor with his/her will. Not according to to time.

2) many of the Doctors only visit Hospital if there is call from hospital receptionists. Else they will earn money from their private clinics. No matter if any one has taken appointment or not. Meanwhile Receptionists will lie on face that Doctor is on Round in Wards and will come in 10 -15 min. Bigtime shameless liars.

3) If Pateints r late by 1 min, he has to wait hours till end of the patient list to visit doctor. But if Doctor is late. Nobody cares. Pateints r by default taken granted & made fool of timings. Why there is NO PANELTY, IF DOCTOR IS LATE.

4) Max Vaishali Hospital is total fraud and don't ever visit there for child Birth, delivery, Pregnancy related treatment. They are there to scare you with big lies and extort money in the name of child delivery. Don't Go there.

With the means of my social account, I would like to bring a pathetic situation of Max Hospital, Patparganj which only aims at fleecing the public but have no time for the up keep of the hospital. One can easily view the situation from the attached photograph of the broken chairs and visitors have no other go but to roam about from one corner to another.
The concerned management of the hospital needs to give serious thought to this deplorable condition of the hospital.

After enquiring from a hospital staff, I came to know this situation is from pass 4+months.

Review that coming in my mind if someone asks me how this Max is:
No proper sitting broken chairs, hyped less seating cafeteria. Useless place.

Money connecting bank.

Check the rate list.

To repair this seating area would only take 1 persons per day room charges.
These seats are broken from pass 6months this is what a sweeper told me.

This place sucks. Cafeteria coffee of nescafe which is worth Rs. 10 is Rs. 60 here.

As per orders of EDMC and Delhi High Court, no mall or hospital can charge for parking.on 22 Dec. 2018, MAX Patparganj was serves

Max Balaji is a good hospital, services are active throughout the day, Some doctors are on peak.
No doubt charges of services are most high.
But staff looks energetic. Some executives are very haughty that they think themselves king to attendants or patients.

Managment keeps an eye to system properly. Hardworking Kerala Nurses can be seen on one leg all the time. House keeping, GDAs, Food/Room service are above average level.

Max Balaji is so Lucky to have/had Doctors like,

Truly said they hospital management sucks every screw in the minting. Cost of stitch in forehead is Rs. 70000 with counseling. They will have bad mouthing all the way and can't serve society.

Such pathetic service they are just there to make money. We went to them at 1am, in hope for good treatment but regrets were all. Mine. They just treaties my child with some treatment and then said your child needs to be admitted I said fine admit her in that case they said we don't have beds u please take your child to other hospital. At 3 am where we could go, on the one hand they are saying that u r child needs special care and on the other hand they are discharging the child saying we don't have beds. How ridiculous it was at that I felt why did I came here. Money makers said pay the bill and take your child to any other hospital.

Very poor experience. We came here yesterday at 10 AM and after full dat test session, my mother got admitted in the evening. Now, it's 1: 14 pm but no senior doctor has visited the patient. Mother has diabetes, but she got biscuit after 22 hrs.fadting. Reports of yesterday's tests are still awaited and no one is listening. The behaviour of the staff is very rude. It seems, we are here only for tea and food.

The approach of Dr. Geeta Kadyaprath is awesome. She is very co-operative and because of her only, we are here.

The lady at billing counter (basement MRI), Ms. Bharti is also very appreciative.

Money making people, Dr. Anita Agarwal and Dr. Neera Aggarwal apke liye CGHS wale patients nahi hai apke liye paisa hi patient hai jo 1000 deta hai. Jo 150 rupees dekar aata hai apke according vah patient hi nahi hota. Dr Neera Aggarwal aapse aisi umeed nahi thi ek senior Dr hone ke nate hume laga tha ki best treatment milega nahi pata tha aisa ruka vayvhar milega. CGHS walo galti se chale mat jana Max IP extension me nirasa or time waste ke siwa Kuchh nahi milega.

Just Money makers. Not to be recommended for anyone. They don't admit person in emergency, directly shift patent to room. Pathetic. They cannot treat the people but kill them. Never ever recommendable.

Totally fraud while alloting bed to patients, they provide beds to their known person on priority not on first come first serve.
