My mother got admitted on 18th September, room number 1204.
Bad experience I had.
Poor management.
Nurses don't know blood sample to be taken or not.
They didn't take the sample at once, because there was no coordination.
After 5 minutes another nurse came for the blood sample.
Saying sorry, that they missed it.
Giving blood samples again and again is painful for the patient.

Nursing station didn't know the time of surgery on the day of surgery, we kept on asking.
But no clarity.
Poor management.
Seems nursing staff is lost.

I have been to other hospitals for the treatments, this is the worst experience.

Food and beverage services were prompt, hygienic and tasty. Especially, Mr Anup was quite helpful.

It was an excellent experience at max saket. All have extended help and support during the treatment.

Worst experience! Dirty surrounding with mosquitoes and cockroaches. Only one bed was given in a very small place. Still staying in room number no 6 and nothing is there in the name of facilities. Bed sheet was changed after lot of reminders in three days. No slipper was provided. And there was lot of confusion in meal. Each and every meal was served opposite to what was told to them.

Max Super Speciality Hospital is the one of the best Hospitals so i gets my 5 star rating effortlessly for quality, professionalism, hygiene, security and friendliness. World class service.
I visited this hospital for the first time in January 2022 as advised by my doctor. No regrets whatsoever! I can't say what should have been done better.
Every professional in Max undertook their tasks proficiently and discussed openly. I liked every effort some employees put into communicating with me in English even when it was very difficult. We did find our way around those hurdles and laughed harmlessly at ourselves. I happily learnt some Indian words too.

Service at 5th floor west block was excellent. Bed no 3514. All staff here were excellent. DOCTORS TOOK SPECIAL CARE.

Rude staff in opd of max east saket. They don't care about the patients condition. Highly insensitive staff especially doctors assistants. Once you pay for the tests doctors don't even care if you are ok after your tests as they have already got thier money

Dr. Anupam Bhargava who is a urologist at the Max hospital in Saket is a very very professional Doctor. If you have problems related to urology close you eyes and consult Dr Anupam Bhargava and his team will help you with the best possible treatment and as per my experience this hospital is the best in Delhi.

Dr. R. S Mishra, Dr. Aprajita, Dr. Lavena, are good and supported me. They gave good treatment and Nursing staff also good neetu, nishu amrine shrikala and somya very calm.

I am very sad to inform my mother declared dead by Max Super Speciality Hospital Saket on 15th Nov 2022.
My mother admitted to Max Saket on 30th August 2022 for minor surgeries of Parastomal hernia and cholecystectomy (Gallbladder Removal). She came to hospital on foot and travelled all the way from train up to New Delhi and was in good condition and her all parameters were normal.

Due to surgical Blunders her small intestine cut down during first two surgeries by Max Healthcare on 31st Aug 2022. But no one from medical team or surgery team informed us. After operations her condition started to deteriorate and her oxygen level, BP dropped drastically. Doctor informed us that this is nothing to worry and she will be normal in 1-2 days. But after seeing no improvement they admitted my mother to ICU.
On 4th Sep 2022, Doctors shifted my mother to operation room without consent of family and patient. We were surprised and shocked when we came to know that her third surgery started without our consent and without discussing with us the reason of third surgery. But with no alternate we have to sign paper later on for well being of my mother.

After operation doctor informed us they have removed 1 feet small intestine due to infection. We were surprised and shocked and we asked doctor how small intestine get infected. But we did not get any proper response. Doctor hide the reason behind this. Doctor put pasting to connect cutting edges of small intestine. Doctor told us we have to wait for 7 - 8 days to see if pasting will hold or not.

After 4th September, My mother was on ventilator up to 6th October 2022 and her condition was critical and survival chances were quite low. As a family we prayed day and night for her survival. She suffered unbearable pain on each day of her stay in hospital due to surgical blunders. She was unconscious for many days after third surgery and was on continuous ventilator and many other machines support. Approx. 12th Sep 2022, pasting did not hold and large wound get opened in her stomach as attached in photos. She started to feel unbearable pain on stomach area due to large open wounds. Whatever she eat, around 80 to 90% get leaked from stomach large wound and that is quite horrible to see such situation of my mother.

Doctor told us her large wound may recover with food and diet. ICU staff and nurses were not cooperative and seems quite rude to patient and patient family request. ICU staff were not serving her proper food and she was not able to speak due to tracheostomy tube.
She started to get some strength in hand after few days and started writing to us about ICU staff behaviour and rudeness when we visit to her during ICU visiting hours. We have complained same to ICU In Charge Doctor Dibyajyoti but he seems to taken it lightly and no proper care was provided after multiple verbal complaints.
My mother and whole family was distressed after seeing lack of care in Max Health care ICU and same reported in max healthcare feedback forms.
We are shocked to see only one Wound care Nurse was available in Max Health care Saket and she was unavailable most of times due to leaves and holidays and unavailability. Due to large wound my mother dresses with wound bag and that works for hardly 2-3 days and get leaked very soon. If leakage not controlled then it will cause severe infection to patients with fever, shivering and skin infections. Most of times her bag replacement delayed by 2 to 3 days due to lack of wound care bag replacement staff. That cause my mother condition further worsens due to fever and infections.

Initial estimate was 2.25 lakh and final bill was more than 40 lakh+ Total Bill was in excess of 40 lakhs + we have spent around 4-5 lakhs on stay and meals etc.at New Delhi + Around medicines and wound bag of 2 lakh we have managed ourselves.

Pathetic services when it comes to testing. Dr's are OK but their staff handling PeT CT are the reason this rating.
6 hrs fasting is needed for pet CT but they always make the cancer patients wait for 10 hrs min.in their waiting area.post asking on the status they don't even care to answer or update.
Since all my cancer treatment was done here hence came here for this test. Will not recommend anyone to visit this facility for CT or pet CT tests.

It takes real effort to write all this down.anyways still waiting for my test hence have time.

A 5 star rating to Max Hospital. Thanks to Abhay Soi Sir for such multi speciality hospital. This hospital is best among other hospitals in Delhi /NCR. Value given on every penny spent. Excellent Max Care Team. From dialysis till the journey of kidney transplant I am amazed with such best services. I got kidney transplant under Dr. Dinesh kullar and Dr. Anant Kumar, they are Indian's excellent doctors and they give amazing treatment and gave me a new life.
Dr. Radhika was also very supportive doctor. All nursing staff is best and if I talk about ICU nursing staff they were very caring and always available for me. PAC Ma'am is too calm and always greet with smile.

I researched about a lot of good hospitals in Delhi and one amongst them was Max Hospital, Saket.
I was a bit reluctant at first but decided to give it a shot. I can now safely and happily say that it was all worth it and I give 5 stars to the hospital services, at every level.
Throughout my procedure, I was under the care of Dr. Rajneesh Malhotra and his cardio team. I interacted with the staff of CTVS icu ward and the cardio team of the hospital so my review is specifically based only on the CTVS icu ward and the cardio team.
The doctors are all rounders, in every way whether it's their quality of work, taking care of a patient, giving advise, etc. This top notch team of doctors was impeccable and I wish each one of them a very good health.
When a person is not feeling well, she/he just wants somebody to show her/him some care and exchange positive words, which the entire team of doctors did and not just once, on a daily basis and with every patient in the CTVS icu ward.
So a big big thankyou to the entire team.
As for the ICU ward, I had a chance to meet some of the kindest people (nurses, TLs) who made the stay a little easier and also helped in the recovery.
Shoutout to Mr. Mobi (hope this is the correct spelling of his name) who looks after the nurse section and was always available and provided care.
Nurses that I want to thank for being so kind and patient and helping with a speedy recovery: Ms. Ranjana, Ms. Dolma, Ms. Dhanapriya, Ms. Rashami.
Unfortunately, I also had a very bad experience with some of the most ignorant nurses who made the times even more difficult and I would not wish such a time on any other patient.
But all the above people mentioned, made up for it.

this tym experience was very bad because I got a bed in 2nd floor. Worst floor i hd ever been there because there was no care about pateint and the supportive staff like GDA and others was not doing work properly.almost all nurse behaved rudely to patients but some nurse was taking care and doing there work properly i hd faced many issues that's why i can say tht.genuinely there is no care about patients I am not saying that only for my pateint almost all pateint faced that. One more thing i wanna tell u according to me there is only one ma'am named Mahima Ma'am in oncology coordinator and one doctor Dr. Devavrat Arya sir and his assistants in entire max hospital are god to me because they are standing with you in any situation. For patients and there relatives they know very well the patient and his relatives have suffered a lot that's why they listen and help them as more than they can. Worst experience while visiting as a CGHS serving card holder. They don't want to see us at their hospital. They treat CGHS patients very badly. I mailed my concern in detail but did not get any reply till date after 2 months.

Max super speciality hospital is a renowned and big hospital with various departments and multiple blocks.
Expert doctors and service but very expensive.

Max Saket Healthcare hospital is a very good and renounce hospital in Delhi. It has excellent customer services in all that other hospitals can offer.

You might not remember me, but ex Director General Motors here. Disappointed to see that Max has become so commercial that patient wellbeing comes last. My Dad who is almost 80 was shifted beds at 12.30 midnight, even though he was very unwell (of course, else why be admitted in hospital). What will the patient rest and recover with such practices?

This Hospital is synonyms of docoits. The doctors here are money minded, staff behaviour full of rude and non cooperative. They deny to give appointment under CGHS pannel. No medical ethics left even for doctors. If you approach in emergency, the management is

I have been coming to Max Saket continuously for the last few months. Overall I have found the Doctors, Nurses and other staff very friendly and caring.
Today I have Nurse Mehvish looking after me in Onco Daycare. What a pleasure it has been. She is very caring and is ready with a laugh or a witty comment. In my present condition having
people like her around makes the the whole process comfortable and interesting.

Pathetic service, On theft issue management is not accessible, not admited on proven condition. Customer service team has no powers to resolve issues.handed over issue to GM and GM is not contactable. No contact details mentioned over the web to contact hospital management. At back office you are not allowed to meet administration.
Not got refund of deposited amount on several follow-up (7 days).
You are only allowed to call customer care to gent next date for resolution.which will not happen.

As part of health care system, entire Nursing Staff associated with caring of my Patient Mr Prem Singh Kadian, has done wonderful caring. Provided Great affection with timely medicaring which required an old aged patient. Specially Mr Govind Sharma, Nursing Incharge has managed his team in an appreciable manner.

I got admitted in 3523 Mrs.sangita for liver transplant (donor). L got good experience from all staff nurse. Dr. Subash gupta, Evan brother, all duty dr, pushpendra, misra, aksa, praveena, sherrin, haritha, him a, gopika, snaeha, ashly,

I had sought cardiac treatment from Max, Saket from Dr. S. Balbir Singh and underwent Anthiography on 29.10.2021. As per the doctor, there was 100% artery block. Doctor advised me to take the chance for opening out this chronic blockage. For admission in the hospital, I was supposed to deposit 4.5 lacs rupees which I did, however, almost 4 lacs rupees were returned by the hospital for the reason that the block could not be opened out despite the best efforts by the doctor. I am all praise for the doctor for his attitude and efforts and patient care.

I spent full night in the observation ward as my Blood Pressure remained low that made Doctors retain me for full night in the observation ward for good care purposes. I had a chance to have interaction and care treatment by the Dr. Mayank Gupta and Sister Aashu, besides I have great regards for another sister who attended me during the night along with Dr. Mayank Gupta on the night of 29.10.2021.

Besides, I have great appreciation for Mr. Gourav ji and Mr. Deepansho Anand for their responsiveness and helping me in getting refund on time. They were prompt in responding all my calls as and when I called.

Overall, my experience at the hospital was great and my interface meeting with all such persons derived Maximum satisfaction at the Max Hospital.

I just went to here at midnight around 01: 30am in medical store to get tablet for diarrhoea but they refused to give tablet without priscription. I went
to emergency ward, I'll just speak with front of nurse to request about priscription but they told me to talk with doctor. I seen around many doctors and nurses again I'll talk senior lady doctor who guiding there but not responded to me and stand over there couple of minutes. Finally I tried, get out from there. I requested please address to a common man. If someone needed in emergency.

Many services providing by max is not required for middle class people, these service is just for making money, govt. Should control on these type of unnecessary charges which cannot claimed in normal medical insurance,
These services should be on customers choice, it should not be compulsory, but max is giving these service and charging from customers, dietitian/patient diet charge is one out of these type of unnecessary charges, just to making fool to customers. They are charging 600/- per day with the name of diet/dietitian charges and which cannot claimed under mediclaim.
Infection control charges @ 250/- per day also charging from customer's, it is surprised to know that infection control at hospital premises is not the responsibility of hospitals.
RMO fee @ 690/- per day is compulsory charges, weather patient required it or not,
Almost 2000/- per day is charging by hospital which will not cover in any normal mediclaim insurance policy and these charges is just for loot and there is no use of these services for any medium class people.

My 8-month old child was diagnosed with Biliary Atresia. He needed liver transplantation surgery as a life saving treatment for his rare childhood disease. My wife was his living donor for his new liver.

During our treatment at the hospital, we realized all the doctors were not only exceptional, but were all very kind and dedicated to every patient ensuring excellent recovery and health. Dr Jagadeesk, Dr Mukesh, Dr Raj to name a few. Also, they have state-of-the-art equipment and facilities which made us even more confident with our choice of hospital. They have the advance and modern medical machines and equipment. They have hotel-like rooms, delish healthy foods, and excellent services which add up to our healthful stay and recovery.

Our overall experience with Max Hospital was excellent. From our online consultations back home to our travel to their hospital in Saket, New Delhi, everything was convenient and well organized by their IPS team and the Max coordinator in the Philippines, Ms Jen. Their International Patients Services were superb. I highly commend Ms Nazneen for her passion for service especially for us international patients who needed all the help we can get to expedite the medical treatments we needed. She was always there for us whenever we needed her assistance which made us even more at ease. Of course, we appreciate Mr Alex for being most helpful for he was with us in almost all our transactions even outside working hours and other IPS representatives who also assisted us make our transactions in the hospital fast and carefree whenever Mr Alex was not around. Also, we really appreciate Mr Evan, the manager, for granting our requests during our admissions and for Ms Lal Nun Mawi for being so dedicated and passionate in helping us with all our concerns and did it with utmost kindness.

The doctors and nurses, especially the Liver Transplant ICU doctors and nurses, were very hardworking, caring, friendly and helpful. I felt at ease leaving my baby in the ICU to recover knowing that they have dedicated and kind doctors and nurses to take care of him 24/7. The ICU Doctors, Dr DJ and the dedicated lady doctors and the ICU nurses Sister Rupa, Sister Pema, Sister Vijitha, Sister Sonam, Sister Blessy, Sisters Monika, Sisters Susmy, Sister Mamta, Sister Baby, Sister Anjaly, Sister Jyoti, and all the equally dedicated and kind ICU Sisters really cared and loved our Drymm even after he was discharged from the ICU. Grateful also to the kind and helpful GDAs, housekeeping staff, F&B personnel and admins who made sure to provide us our requests during our admissions. Further, we appreciate the F&B manager, Mr. Kanhaiya, for personally assisting us and making sure we are provided with good food on time and for helping us provide the best nutrition for our baby even after we were discharged.

Hi, we are a family that came all the way from the Philippines. Our baby got diagnosed of Biliary Atresia when he just 4mos.old. All Days, months passing by his tummy became bigger, liver is not already functioning well and his spleen is swelling that's why the doctor advised us that he must undergo a Liver Transplant. We did some researched about the Liver Transplant and also got some ideas from the parents (from social media) that did an operation here in India. Why in India and in Max Hospital, because of their expertise and high success rate of the operation.

When we arrived here, we directly went to Max for some Lab and Swab Tests. After that our baby got admitted under Dr. Subhash Gupta (The Doctor and reason why we chose Max) all test and work-ups done. The surgery happened last Aug. 9,2021 and smoothly went well. Thank you to all the Doctors, sisters, brothers and all of the staff that assisted, helped and took care of my baby and his donor (mother) during their recovery period especially to our baby. Also the IPS Dept, Mam Nazneen and her team, to mention a few names like Brother Alex for patiently and kindly assisting us from the start until now, Brother Gaurav, Brother Prutaz and the others, they are all kind, respectful and helpful.

Please check your calling system it's always busy 24×7 even after 10-15min call is not connect. Tried to contact reception 3 to 4 times earlier also but no one responded and they ask if you want a call back I never recieved any call back.

Today I called four to five times and spoke to Ms Priyanka. But he didn't help me even once. I requested them for a long time. Ma'am please talk to my concern department or solve me my query. But they didn't help. Really very poor service Priyanka.

I will give one suggestion please give equal respect to all whether it is in senior post or junior post. But respect everyone equally. Don't show your status power. Today I was feeling bad, suddenly my stomach ache and I went to the emergency. And the nurse was checking my blood pressure and giving me injections. The doctors are good but when I saw that one person is so rude with my trainer. Maybe he is in a senior position, I think that position was showing power I didn't like the way he talks at all
So I request you to kindly give respect to all the people, be it patient, junior, senior and talk politely with everyone.i am working in this hospital and i feel that what i felt today no one or no one ever

Extremely grateful to Dt. Vikas Singla and his entire team for their relentless service to my mother who was admitted for CBD stones treatment. Dt. Singla is gentle and responds patiently in detail to all the queries. Also grateful to Dr. Chaubey, who performed the gallbladder surgery on my mother. Dr. Chaubey has carved a niche for himself and needs no introduction.

Only concern is that echo done on 18th March, but final report still not issued. Requested the concerned to forward same on my registered mail address which they refused.

My patient Ajid saleh from Nigeria had undergone kidney transplant under Dr Anant kumar at max hospital, the transplant team is very good, they helped us alot, special thanks to miss prema rawat she was always there to help us. I have trusted Max Super Speciality Hospital for almost all
of our family’s medical needs. Have greatly valued the doctors
who are part of the hospital and hence that’s why there’s a trust associated with it.

However that trust has taken a beating when we went for my mother’s vaccination. No temperature readings are being recorded at the hospital, neither at the Entry Gate, nor at the Emergency & neither at the Mother & Child block where the vaccination is being done. Would you believe it? Free for all entry into the hospital. Covid or no-Covid, they don’t care! Unbelievable & shocking for a premier South Delhi hospital to not follow basic Covid protocols, especially when cases are rising like crazy! Visit at your own risk. And my advice would be to NOT bring your senior citizen parents here, there’s a huge risk of getting exposed.

Inside the area where we lined up, no one from Max was asking people to maintain social distancing & people, typical Indians were wearing mask below the nose! No enforcement & and not even one rep from Max could see that! Indians need enforcement, they won’t comply themselves & I couldn’t believe at the sheer ignorance at the vaccination site.

Will not be visiting again. Lackadaisical & careless Indian attitude on offer, sab chalta hai types. Dangerous!

It's a very reputable hospital. Doctors are nice. International patients from round the globe come here for all kinds of treatments. Hopefully standards should improve after Radiant group takeover.

Came here for some emergency treatment and was treated well. Went ahead with the follow up procedure and operation. Overall Happy with all the treatments.

My aunty was admitted in the hospital for 38 days after a major surgery in oncology department. Post 4 days I have seen her condition getting deteriorated day by day. She got stitches all over her stomach, on face (for holding ventilator) etc. She was unable to say anything but indicates that she has immense pain. Stitches on face were stretched and blood clots could be seen and water was also started coming from the stitches on arms and stomach. It was so painful seeing all such. Could not expect such experience from a renowned hospital. Sorry to say pathetic experience. She is no more with us however we can't forget the pain she had gone through.

Worst place they just know how to make money.they are adding medicine bills that arent even being given to the patient in icu this hospital is a complete scam.they simply by ultra expensive drugs from manufacturers they have everything set up with manufacturers who put mrp way high.consider this example my mother was given a simple paracetamol injection whose mrp was 472.i can give you many more examples.this place is a scam.billing staff thinks themselves as they are some vip they do not behave properly

Worst Hospitality ever. My mother was not given treatment properly. Just being an ex-government serviceman, hospital whole-heartedly filled Their pocket. Not even thinking whether patient is even responding to treatment or not and neither we got any proper response it was the person who was staying with patient has to ask everytime about the treatment, visits status etc. Moreover, doctors didn't even have guts to talk properly or dare to visit the patient despite sending their juniors.

I just want all the Max Higher management to WAKE UP and see what's happening so that it does not get repeated as it happened with my mother.

Seems to be a money making machine.
Was repeatedly admonished by the doctor for coming in late when in fact, it was the management that told me that it was totally fine for me to go ahead with the appointment.
I had to apologise to the doctor but that didn't seem enough for him. I felt he didn't check me properly too.
Max got my money. End of story.

Nobody should ever visit a hospital, but if there is a necessity then definitely it's better than many others in NCR. I came here because of Dr Pradeep Chowbey, who is renowned in field of minimum invasive surgery & bariatric surgeries. As expected, my surgery of removal of GB stones was as smooth as it could be. Thanks to Dr Chowbey for the magic he has in his hands. Overall facilities at hospital are good, would rate 10/10 on cleanliness & basic hygeine. Get well soon!

Max super speciality, as the name suggest is super for everything having large portfolio of doctors rich in every field.
These doctors have huge experience and expertise in their field, this is the top end category of doctors which they have based on whom we take our loved ones to this place. But these people will see your family members for 2 mins in a day.
They will be having a girl outside the ccu to ask you about experience with doctors, and she will assure you to organise a meeting of all the doctors with you to tell best condition of your patient, but she will only assure as nothing like this is going to happen.
What about the second category, they have trainees who have completed their MBBS degree and are their for internship who don't have any experience or expertise.
These are the people who are there according to their shifts and if any emergency arises these are the people who will fix that.
They are trained to keep family members aware that anything can happen and you need to keep on investing in new high-tech machines which the hospital provides.
Since we have been to the ccu in this hospital, we saw 5 people moving out from the ccu in 15 days time period and 6th one our beloved with body without soul.
First they took 13 hours to shift our person from emergency to ICU where there was no one, our beloved was having swine flu for which no one was there to attend.
We had to hold him ourselves because he was breathless and restless, just give a bed and we have to be there running for doctors.
This condition was when we have already booked the appointment before moving the ambulance from Meerut.
It's an humble request to try for AIIMS by taking help from someone there, instead of these helpers/fraudsters/god's people, don't know what to say.
They will take your money and just focus on training doctors how to improve communication skills to bring more money from us.
They don't have trained 2nd chain of doctors, and you will just keep on running like cattles from one trainee to another asking for the remaining life of your beloved.
Just keep in knowledge that if there is someone in ICU for 9-10 days with few machines on him then it's time to move him from there else you are going to loose him as well as money.
These are not the god's people they are businessman and will crush your bodies for money, beware.

One of the best centres of Max, almost everyone is extremely helpful, gentle and caring, especially sister Rose in the treatment room.

Worst experience, never suggest anyone to visit, highly unprofessional staff and nurse, visited recently and two weeks ago too, you have to put much effort for small thing, you can go to max HUDA or any other hospital.i had nice experience in max Pitampura too.

Hospital is very neat and clean, very hygienic. Staff is very good and cooperative. But just a small feedback they need to increase blood donation machine and staff. It takes too much time to donate. My few donors has returned back just because of extra time taken. Otherwise hospital is good. Little bit expensive but still they are giving services and facilities. I wish nobody face situation to see the face of any Hospitals apart from Delivery. May god bless you all.

Avoid going to this hospital as simply they are minting money rather than treatment. Doctors won't talk to you properly & will suggest unnecessary tests for money. Doctors here are always after extracting money rather than providing treatment? Hope you provide your doctor's some classes over empathy & moral.

My experience with this hospital has been great! I I was diagnosed with Vascular Malformation on my left arm, which no other doctors I had seen since I was 7 yrs knows what's to be done. Long story short. Disease progress, arm is huge, hurts most of the time and I feel like chopping it off. Untill I was referred to Max Hospital. Dr Vikas Ahluwalia (thank you) points me to the right doctors; Dr Vivek Saxena and Dr Sunil Choudhary. Dr Saxena was kind, attentive and thorough with his examination (I was not charged a single paisa for his consultation. So Max is not all about money). After extensive investigation, Dr Choudhary and his Miracle Team did 5 hrs surgery to save my arm. I am extremely pleased with the result. All the doctors and staff has been professional and kind, especially the plastic surgeon Miracle Teams.

I booked an appointment at 10 am with a doctor. Soon after that I recieved a confirmation message that my appointment has been fixed at 1pm. I was 5 mins away from the hospital and i got a cancellation message that my appointment has been cancelled. I called their customer service and they told me that the doctor is on leave. What the hell. They should have told me that while i was booking the appointment. They should not have confirmed it in the first place.

Only go here if you want to lose some hard earned money of yours. Even if you're alright, and go for a minor check up, they will exaggerate it and may advice you to go for the surgery or face repercussions. Management is even pathetic, you take up an appointment at 11 a.m, doctor coming at 12: 30 pm. In your first two or three check ups, they will be utmost kind with you, win your trust and advice you to come to them after every month. Once they win your trust, then the game begins. They will start saying " your this problem is very critical, without surgery it can never be cured. You should immediately arrange atleast a lakh or may be two so that we can help you ". They will put all the fear in your heart and you will become totally demotivated.

Government should come into the picture so that massive loot from such hospitals can be stopped. It's heart breaking to see so many people are just getting looted for no reason. Even their general ward will cost you Rs. 5000 per day.
