If they lack the basic etiquette to converse with a customer on call, visiting the shop could be a nightmare. Had fond memories of this place but sadly looks like their manners haven’t aged well. The management must understand that are not obliging the public by existing.

Need to keep more variety. May over rate a item if u are unaware. Check the item with other toy shop is the market before u buy from this shop. I personally recommend Jaman toys over this place.
