Today i go to mc donals outside metro station. The mc aloo tikki burger was not good as it taste worst and the fries having too much oil in it. Early i have tried mc donals from cp its good but from kashmere gate its worst.

Staff is rude. Talk harshly with you.

I politely asked for a glass of water 3-4 times.
Counter person told me to ask another Person. I asked to him he ignored me. And than I asked manager for a glass of water and he just went away.

Let’s come to another thing. Hygiene is poor. None of the table is cleaned.

Very rude staff. Won't serve you even if you are waiting since long. Stay hungry but never visit this outlet.

A breakfast menu which actually is pathetic.
A burnt bun, a tasteless coffee and a saving grace hash brown.
McDonald's is actually falling places with burger king and others catching up and growing.
That was my last meal macD.

There's always waiting for the seating arrangements. I've visited the outlet that's inside of the station and always find it crowded. They rarely accept online payments so carry your cash sometime. The service is good and so does the taste. By the way, I like salty fries more from here.

Some of the staff are so dumb that they misguide you if you ask them something. So do your own and ask for help from another customer if you need it.

I wannted cold coffee in less quantity of ice then they start wish paring which i heared with each other

Ordered cold coffee and mc aloo tikki yesterday morning at around 10: 30 am. Taste was literally bad that i left half of burger and cold coffee as it is. And after eating that i started feeling suffocated in metro and then stomach issues. Today i went to doctor and diagnosed with infection. Health is most imp thing u will have for entire life. Choose wisely where to eat. These people are feeding poison just for handful amount of profit. They don't give F to ur health.

This particular MacDonald has great food with not so great cold coffee but best view and inside metro station so no complaints visiting this place from ages and it's been so good so far

Specially I like McD but the one in Kashmere gate is so hard to find and it’s too far away, I enjoyed the food but didn’t like the atmosphere.

This place can be found out while exiting towards ISBT bus station at Kashmiri gate metro station. This is very crowded place and it is really hard to get a seat there at peak hours. This is the place where I tried mCD breakfast first time. Taste is quite similar to any other mcD outlet. Takeaway is the easiest option to save your time in waiting to get a seat.

Chaotic place. Sitting arrangement poor.
It's better you exit from metro station and then go outside the metro station.
Another Mcd is under the metro station while you exit.
It's better you order from the app.

Good place to hang out with friends and great ambitions they serve good burgers and best peri peri fries too I'm loving it literally this is my first time when I visit Mac Donald's I have visit BK soo much much but now I'm say that Mac Donald's have great taste and a perfect environment for sitting area too.

Located at intersection of RED LINE METRO AND YELLOW LINE METRO. A part of restaurant lies inside metro station so u can use it while changing trains. All menu is same as all Mc Donald restaurants. There is space for dine in. Restaurant claims to offer free Wi-Fi but you will not be able to use it as speed is very slow.

Staff is good, descent, and helpful. Service is also good. If you are travelling then it is one of the best place where you can sit and have a meal.

It is located in a calm and quite space and serves almost all the food that McD has to offer. I had my fill of Filet-O-Fish and it was good. Would recommend it.

McD after opening again has improved in service has well as taste. I felt things are more standardized now. Only regret is that no combos were available when I visited.

It is spacious but a lot of people visit so one might have to wait for a bit. The place is clean and the staff is helpful.

Loved the service and taste. Thanx to McD team for having an outlet at K.gate metro station which is an important requirement at these kind of junctions.

Self service and long waiting over whatever meagre relaxing time 160 minutes available in between Metro train journeys, makes it sometimes so that you have to pay a penalty to Metro when you end journey.
Often seen overcrowded and no seat.
These things do annoy.
Quality of food however is good.

I like McDonald's because of 4 reasons.

1. The food items here are very delicious.
2. The quality of their burgers, both veg and non veg is amazing.
3. I like their varieties of chicken burgers very much.
4. The pricing is very reasonable and Pocket friendly.

The food as was as usual. It is more of a waiting place here at kashmere gate, near gate 7 of the metro station. You can eat while you wait for your bus.

Good one meg burger was not as delicious. Crowd was much no place to sit and eat. But good if we travel in metro because no need to go out just meet with friend and return home easily

I really like the taste of the place but the long queues here is a big problem. I have to wait for fifteen to seventeen minutes everytime I visit this branch. Kindly do something about this.

Well Managed. Even though situated in a very crowded metro station. But service is very fast, you can have your food in fraction of minutes. Though, it's very hard to find a sitting place.

When you feel tired travelling, try MCD at Kashmere gate metro station. It is a bit congested but does its work. Hygiene is good and tables are also enough. Also one can enjoy the view out of the window after long metro journey. Nice experience. Should try the cone ice cream and go nostalgic.

Its good, same look and feel like other McDs. But the difference, this one easily out of stock most of the time. Take away service I hardly seen to work. Rest is good, clean and near to metro and station.

They have good taste of burger but fries isn't good, they should work on it to make it better taste.

A good place if you love Burgers.
I tried Mc Pizza Puff and Eco Meal which was really very nice.
The quality of the food was very good and the food was very hygienic.
The workers of the store were cooperative.
I'm loving it.

Located in Kashmere Gate Metro Station. There are two entrances. One at outside near Gate number 7, and another one at Concourse.
Good place.

Mc Veggie Meal- I ordered a Mc Veggie meal and a Mc Aloo Tikki. Mc Aloo Tikki was fine as it contained required veggies (onion, tomato) and patty.

But Mc Veggie was a blunder.

Mc Veggie was given with lettuce, sauce and patty. Thats it! When I searched about it online, I got to know that onion and tomato is also a part of ingredients (screenshot given).
I inquired about the same from the staff and first reply was that its a standard burger here. Later when I pressed for more clarity after showing the screenshot, possibly the head person came from inside and told me that its a standard here. They put onion and tomato only when a customer asks for it. (What the heck! How would I know the ingredients if you font tell me or give me the options like subway).
So upon my further request, they changed my Mc Veggie with a proper one. The food is good however, these cheap tricks are not tenable.

Ingredients should be clearly displayed.

Overall it was good but there was a little less space for us to stand there was a huge crowd present there. I ordered the Mc Aloo Tikki burger and it wasquite good for the price.

Both veg burgers and non veg burgers are served. However the taste is not upto the mark as Indians are used to.
