The portion size of french fries and burger has decreased considersbly. However their mcpuff is a good option. One should opt for burger King whose quality is better.

Very poor staff. Not able to manage. LATE deliveries, they are serving chilled water bottles in winters. Have some common sense. Cold French fries served. Very bad experience

Mcd food is always good but staff and service is not good. They don’t talk properly, don’t give lids of drink and ketchups also. They even refuse for online payment or card sometimes. Ask for cash only. These things should be improved.

Staff including manager are rude, something is wrong with them, arrogantly ignorant and don’t care about customer.

The staff is not cooperative, I had ordered drinks and they refused to give lids of the glasses and upon asking they don’t have proper answer. The manager there isn’t concerned about customers. They are spoiling the image of Mc Donalds. I have visited on 09/04/23.

First of all service was very bad. When I asked for straw for my drink they said we don't give straw for dinin and I saw they gave straw to some customers. And they charged for ketchup. Pathetic service. I don't like this mcD at all.

Though mc d is always been mainitaing their taste nd hygiene pan asia, but i was disappointed to see so much crowd while following up so called covid protocols. It was too noisy nd crowded, cooling was not properly there.
Any body should complaint about it.
