I have been to chandni chowk many times but i didn't go to mcdonalds there and i went on sunday it was very sunny so thought to have ice cream so i ordered an ice cream is yummy

This fast food restaurant outlet in Chandni chowk, Delhi is always full and crowd there is not that good.
Less space, located just near the RBI building.
It's 10 minutes walk from Lal quila or chandni chowk metro station.
Food quality is fine, you'll have to wait for 10-20 minutes to get the seat. Sitting space could be imrpved but it's fine.
Price is reasonable and service was fast like all the MCDs, staff is cooperative. Their aloo tikki burger was worst, only sauce tikki and bun with only two lacchas of onion.
Rest mc puff and peri peri fries were fine.
They have the disabled friendly washroom.
Timings are 9 AM till 11PM.

Worst MC D I have ever been to. Perhaps worst restaurant experience too. The staff is very rude (someone named Salman on counter) did not take my order despite being first in line and entertained others. And above all, even pan shops accept UPI payment but staff here refused rudely saying they won’t accept. Left the restaurant without having any food.

Temperature was scorching out and humid, these people didn't maintain the air conditioning. Even after requested by many customers they were not listening. If this is the customer service, excuse me i dont want to dine in again here, ever.

Superb crowd management but the card machine was not working they only worked on cash so all people who had upi or any other mode were asked to leave

Food was average not expected.eating period is so high in this outlet as compared to other mac Donald. Clean and hygienic.staff tools all precaution and maintain social networking

Regular visiting this McD.very good staff and quality.cleaning behind the counter is also appreciable.

They cheat you very well.i ordered 1 chicken nuget meal, (1coke, 6pcs chicken nuget, and fries), 1 mc grill burger, 1 aloo tikki burger, and 4 mc puffs.when i came back to my car and about to have it.mc grill burger and amd chicken nugets were not there.out of the total bill of 530, they cheated me of 150rs approx.shame on staff and the very bad experiwnce with the mcdonald chandni chowk.order numbwr 146, dated feb 26, sat

Central location is a positive. But a huge negative is seating capacity. Very busy during daytime. Should have extended the seating capacity by double atleast. Mc Chkn Burger was OK.

Have visited many Mac D's in Delhi, however this one at the Chandani chowk was unique. It was as crowded as the market itself. Wanted to have quick clean bite and my friend opted for a clean n hygienic place rather the oily choley batture which we normally have post the covid thing. Even though the place was crowed, the staff was managing it well. The tables were not restricted to a specific group or family, even if a single seat was vacant the staff would ensure its get occupied and no one is standing with his/her tray of food. Could see the kitchen and the staff was wearing gloves and mask. Enjoyed our chicken maharaja combo with peri peri fries and Pepsi. (in our opinion Mac D shouldn't have charged extra for the peri peri recipe) said that, it was filling delicious meal.enjoyed it to the last bite.

I often visit Mc-D with friends and family. I love McDonald's Burgers and Fries. McDonald's have the best burgers in the world. It's amazing with affordable pricing. Highly Recommended

Staff was too rude and order was delayed after receiving messages for picking the order lazy staffs and they don't follow social distance rules properly and also not have sanitizer for guest's. And my friend coke was like a full of ice which already informed that we need only coke not ice in that and it's kind of watery not a flavor of coke in that.

Take away service was so bad. The coke was not in proper airtight tumbler. They got me a hanging cardboard frame with two cardboard tumbler hanging in it. This packing is not at all appropriate for take away service. My bag and my clothes got all wet. All the coke was poured in my bag. Pathetic service

After a morning visit to the Red Fort, we went into the nearby McDonalds on Chandi Chowk and had a decent lunch. Not normally a fast food restaurant we seek when traveling, it was a nice find after 10 straight days of feasting on delicious veg and non-veg cuisine throughout Rajasthan.

Regardless of how one feels about McDonalds, there is a time and place for it, especially when visiting foreign countries with cuisines that you don't eat regularly. We adore Indian food and eat more than our fair share but even we can only tolerate so much of it before its time for something familiar, this is where McDonald's is a bit of a life saver.

During this lunch stop, we tried the spicy chicken meal that tasted very much like it had been ordered at a McDonalds in Hong Kong. The chicken fillet was actually much larger, a nicer piece of meat though. Fries were standard McDonalds stuff (rating 3.5 of 5).

We also ordered a Veg Burger, mistakenly thinking this would be like a US veg burger - which tastes of a bland generic vegetable taste. We actually found that the veg burger was very much an Indian inspired meal, being heavily spiced in traditional Indian manner. While we thought the taste was nice (3 of 5), this wasn't what we were looking for after so many consecutive Indian meals - our ordering mistake, nothing personal against the food.

All in all, our two lunch sets cost us 330 rupee (US$6), not bad. We'd happily repeat to help break apart too many consecutive Indian meals.

Hint: To avoid making the mistake we did, just note that the Veggie burger is actually an Indian veggie burger, not the generic veggie tasting 'garden' burger you might be familiar with.

Hint: Also, worth noting that beef isn't served in McDonalds at India. However, you can order chicken and fish sandwiches if you want to make sure you are selecting choices that are similar to what you are expecting.

Too crowded especially from 2pm to 7pm. Have to wait for your turn, Tables are in limited numbers, meal served is always best. Nice dine in. Kids find McDonald’s interesting because of the Happy Meal toys, occasionally free balloons and masks, and the vibrant ambience. Must visit place with family.

Staff was helpful. They helped me in applying a coupon to get a free Aaloo Tikki Burger using MC D App

We visited McDonald's in New Delhi and think about the take something there and we got there many types of Mcaalootikki, pizza mcpuff, peri peri fries, mc chicken. Tastes good and prices are economical too. Service was good there and staff member behaviour are good. Very good and spacious also and the food quality is good. Quality of burger & snacks of McDonald is superb as compared to the other competitors. Highly recommended McDonald for Burger & snacks.

Terrible customer service, totally not deserving to be in the industry, especially the current assistant manager Mr. Sehgal not at all fit to be in the hospitality industry as he has zero knowledge of greeting and satisfy the guests!

Worst place ever to be at.common guys, these people start crying if ask for ketchup. Food taste is below average, customer service is zilch. Made a mistake by coming here.

Great location. Just 500 meters away from Gurudwara Sis Ganj. Food is lip smacking and hygiene is great as well.

This outlet of MacDonald is located in chandni chwok, just few minutes walk from chandni chowk metro station gate no 1. This one has enough sitting arrangement. Everything is available here same as other MacDonald outlets.

Arguably the first fast food joint to be opened in Chandni Chowk, McDonald's has almost lost all its yester years' sheen. One could only hope they reinvent themselves soon enough. The menu is standard as is at all of their outlets & nothing special needs to be said about it. The one thing going in their favor is the amount of ample seating capacity, which in this locality, is a godsend.

Who can resist Mc Donald's? The best ever place for burgers. Where ever we go and find the Mc Donald's, we have their burger and enjoy a lot. Not only we, our parents are also like it's burger which are in budgets and pocket friendly. They have their frenchise almost at every possible place which makes us happy to easily reach their at every place.

Nice place to visit with your family and children eat fast food like burger, french fry, ice cream, cold drink etc. Staff are very friendly and they surve very quickly.

No place for sitting and not any good arengment if u will go you must wait for seat, staff is good but too much cloud every time

Terrible service, No space for more than 20 people, Piri Piri was out of stock, took almost half an hour to deliver a small order of two mc veggie meal.

Though this is so crowded even, still the service is so damn quick! And the staff is also very nice and polite.

A good seating arrangement with a perfect ambience. Better than other mcd s. They also have their soft serve corner on main road. A good place to dine in.

Chandni Chowk McD is a crowded place to snack on, has fresh snacking options. Conveniently located on main road adjacent to Bhagirathi Palace.

Does not have parking facility. It's a tow away zone. Can park vehicles near Red Fort parking.

Service is not good, asked for choclate coating on ice cream, guy provided me with partial covered chocolate layer on vanilla icecream

Mc Donalds chandni chowk branch interior is good. Seating capacity is for around 30people. Food was fine. You can try once.
