They don’t pick up any call or most of the times there phone is switched off

Not a good option to order medicine.be careful particularly for essential and emergency medicine.not reliable.may no keep promise. Their delivery agent's service very poor.it takes 7to 10 days to deliver.

I have ordered the medicines for my mother in law since 8th June but had not received yet. I called him many time but he is giving useless excuses like phone no was wrong, address was not found etc. Then he has assured me that I will get medicine with in two days but I didn’t get it yet (20.6.2022) how disappointing

They are not coperative and i have already ordered the medicines for my mother since last week. I called them after 3 days and ask about the order of my medicines. They don't even know about when the order has been placed. Thereafter, i am giving details about my order agin. Then they have confirmed my order placed and assured me the medicines will be delivered after 2 or 3 days.
Now, its more than a week and i am still waiting for the medicines and i already received the delivery code on friday 5 days ago but they are not answering my single question when my medicines will be delivered?
Very very very disappointed Customer.
Friends don't waiste your time and money to select mChemist. I am honestly saying. We also have lots of other options availabe in the market.

Very poor service i have never seen before. Mchemist staff is not co-operative with customer and always denying to replace the medicine. I will not deal with Mchemist in future and recommend the same to others. Thanks.

Very wrost app. Most of the app give instant refund in PayTm. But I am waiting to get refund form last 5 days.

Poor customer care support.
