I will rate mdi with 5 stars. I have one suggestion for you that is for submission of hard copy please establish local claim centre

Although the TPA not one of the best but in my case it resolved my issue within few hours for smooth discharge of my wife.

The only thing which I did from my side was taken pre approval.

I have mailed them for claim, still 3 months after they are repeatedly asking the same information

Worst customer service, staff behaviur is very Erratic. Even the Treatment is done in their approved Hospital, still they Reject the claim.

Worst insurance provider, even after providing the documents they are asking for original, don't know want original means for them and also shared the max hospital concerned authority email address still they are asking for document

Horrible experience, they are asking for treatment type which is already mentioned in bills, this is hospital not school that they will provide a separate document detailing the treatment

Manager of company akshit kumar is abusive.he use gaali galoch in front of staff.pta nhi kya hi soch k isko manager bna dia.aise lgta h kbi school hi nhi gya.koi manners nhi. Battamise admi. Don't join this company if you have to work under battamise manger akshit kumar

Still waiting for two claims to be released. Expected date 20 th Jan.

Horrible, IAM MAILING CONTINUOUSLY THAT LAST THREE YEARS SUM INSURED IS 5L, I HAVE SEND POLICY ALSO, BUT THEY ARE NOT CHECKING RECORDS, AND SEND CLAIM ASSUMING 2019-2020 SUM INSURED IS 2L, MY WIFE (SUMAN GUPTA) CLAIM NO IS MDI7448955

Pathetic services and very depressing attitude, pls do not buy the policy from this company
