My experience with Dr Megha is really good. She is the reason I choose Medeor hospital for birth of my child. She is dedicated doctor, very polite and understanding. I really am thankful to Dr Megha.

Very good experiences with O&G team for hysterectomy with Dr. Megha & Dr. Monalisa ma'am. Both doctors are very humble & experienced. They both used to come for daily rounds & whenever we needed them. But staffs experience was very bad. Need to improve the staff quality.

Medeor hospital me Dr Suyash Rawat ne recently mere father ki surgery ki aur hamara experience bahut hi acha Raha.i recomend k aap surgery purpose unke paas hi jaaye. Nursing staff me Priyanka ji ne bhi bahut help ki aur bahut ache se coordinate kiya.

Came in as emergency patient in quite serious condition. Staff and team handled situation quite professionally and provided good care. Quite happy with overall experience.

My grandfather had a stroke in June 2020 and had to be admitted to a Super Speciality Hospital in Nehru Nagar, New Delhi, where he was diagnosed with Covid-19 and they wanted us to move our patient asap, without any consideration towards his critical condition.

We were unable to find any ICU bed for him and then we came to know about Medeor Hospital and they were extremely supportive and even organised an ambulance for him. The admission process was extremely smooth and the entire administration team, doctors & nurses were so kind and helpful and took such good care of my grandfather. He is getting better and has now been discharged.

I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Nihaj, Dr. Bakshi, Dr. Mishra and Ms. Deepa for always being there and helping us through our crisis.

I called this hospital for appointment, reception staff asked me to come at 0800AM.it is already 0930AM and no one is here except sanitary staff.

My mother (Smt. SATWANT KAUR ICU COVID 19 PATIENT 58 YEARS OLD) was admitted in your medour hospital since 4th july midnight. My mother suffering from covid 19 positive from 2nd july. I was shifted another private hospital because covid report is positive.since 4th july midnight my mother is feeling happy because your side doctor and nurses is good take care of her. Dr. Bakshi, Dr. Manoj and nurses team is too good with great affort for my mother. Other patients are also feel happy with good feedback. As per my mother your side provided food is good & tasty. My mother is feel her health condition is better since from 4th july midnight. Nurses are good take care of her like a daughter. Also I recognised medour hospital's management are doing great job.

Disappointed. Care in the ICU is worst. The staff hardly listens to the patient.especially if the patient is elderly. Wouldn't recommend it ever.

The worst experience I am having in this hospital. Will recommend not to bring your loved ones to this hospitals. The nurses are rude and impolite. There is no staff available at the emergency to help the patient. No lunch offered and dinner. We only came because our friend recommended this doctor. I will never bring my loved one to this hospital and extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional and unsanitary.

My wife was being treated by Dr Asha sharma for last 6 months for pregnancy. At the last week 39 th week we were asked by asha sharma to go other hospital for delivery. She did not hand over my wife case to other doctors in rockland. I was at that time in very trouble as no doctor was ready to deliver baby at last time. SO I REQUEST EVERYBODY DO NOT TRUST ASHA SHARMA. HER LANGUAGE IS VERY SWEET BUT ONLY KNOW HOW TO MAKE MONEY PARTICULAR WITH PANEL PATIENT.

Encountered with an arrogant Dr. Here with no sense of grievance towards patient and patients family. Only focussed on making money and insulting customers (we are customers to them).

Dr. Asha sharma in the gynaecology dept. Is never available and leaves for personal chorees, I took 5 appointments and had to wait for three hours and then she took off for some personal chore to attend, Meanwhile Mr. Diwakar at the help desk is really rude when you enquire about any appointment and yawns and argues with you. He had no information about the doctor and was uncertain about everything I asked. This might the most unprofessional hospital I have ever come across. Zero professionalism!

Few months back only Rockland owner sold their chain of hospitals to another person. I came to know about it once I saw the board. I thought I took the wrong cut but confirmed by the parking person.

The nursing/caretaking staff is same but doctors aren't the same. Cleanliness is good but mostly all rooms were empty.
Parking is available for visitors at ₹20 per hour.

You easily get beds here now, as mostly aren't taken. There is no crowd here now.

Average hospital, i not recommended. Had bad experiences and hear the same. Hospital management is more Intrested in Money making

This is a good and friendly hospital for patients however Not good for Nursing staff, this hospital dosen't have girls hostel,

Very third class hospital. Even it don't deserve to call a hospital, earlier in 2013 to 2016 even in mid 2017 it was good. But after the so called Abu Dhabi vps chain comes. The all services became pathetic. No class of services. Today I visited to the hospital. All staff were on strike because they didn't got 2 months salary. Can you imagine if your patient is in ICU and icu staff is in strike. Just think about it. And don't visit this so called hospital

This hospital is wrost. If you love your life don't go for treatment in this hospital. Some doctors are good and experiencee but other staff have not good behave with peteint. The hospital have discovered only earning money.this hospital old name was Rockland but it has been sold to foreigner person. All old staff have been changed and lowest salaried person appointed.

Worst hospital in Delhi. Don't go to this hospital if you want to live. I had horrible experience with this hospital. I went to this hospital with my mother who was suffering from high grade fever. I saw no staff there at all. How can you expect that. In emergency also, staff were on strike. Pathetic staff. No one care about the health of the patient.

Looks like 5 star but facilities 0. Cordless not working, nursing bell not working, no care of new admission's diet, patients uniform not clean.
