One of the worst company to work. Don't join this company. This company don't have any notice period, no work rules. Always deduct your income.

Mahima Gaur, Anu Malik & Poonam/Muskaan Mehra are fraudulent. Mahima & Anu is a cheli of Muskaan. Lot of politics.

Muskaan is a fraudulent Sindhi

I am almost associated with this company for 1 year. They deduct your salary in these terms:

1) Casual leave is considered as paid leave here.

2) If you take off on Monday, they will deduct 3 days salary i.e. Saturday, Sunday & Monday which is also not a rule as per wage act.

3) If you take work from home they will mark as 50 percent consideration for the day of the salary.

4) There is no notice period in this company. So before joining to other company please inform to the management 7 days before leaving. Until or unless they will deduct your salary.

Shivani Kaul and Poonam Mehra. These both HRs of Mediators are fraudlents.
