It was my first visit and became worst. Neither want to visit again nor recommend anyone here. Went here for hair cut spa and detan. But received very bad service. Their 2 minutes cost us 1 hr waiting because all are talking and enjoying and only 1 guy is attending customer. I think owner dont focus on staff. They are just busy among themselves. They did durga puja inside salon that's very nice. They just see old customer with care and don't care to new customer. They just cheat customer and they think they has no knowledge about this and they take advantage and skip the procedure. They put O3 cream on my face and did 2 minutes massage, they said detan is done sir. U may go. How detan is completed in 2-3 minutes. In detan massage in done to increase blood circulation and they did in seconds. They did nothing in my face. Hair spa was also not satisfactory. I don't have words to explain this. Very unprofessional salon.

So let me start by saying there Noida location is the worst I booked my makeup and hair for two days and then wow I’m disappointed ur such a big name but have talent at all. They messed up my hair and make up over booked like crazy and didn’t event get good service. None of there brides seemed happy in fact i came all the way from U. S.to get my make up done from Menakshi Dutt studio and such a disappoint meant. Even if it’s a franchise u should tech them the standards u live by. I spend a total of 25,000 rupees and honestly a local makeup artist can do way better then there artist. No class and waste of time. Don’t wast ur money. They are only a big name nothing else in California they do better make up and have way more knowledge of makeup and hair. SAVE UR SELF! I’m saying this from experience u will just be wasting ur money truly speaking. I even WhatsApp the main branch and got no response at all they don’t care for how the service went. All they said to me was we have passed it on to our senior team member like thanks for not care for me complaint. Trust me i would rather do my own makeup then to ever get it done from her salon. Don’t follow her she s just a name that’s it nothing else.
