3rd class service, they are taking almost full day Even we have paid full advance Paymnt and book appointment for ultrasound We have reached on time 12 pm but they are not giving report till 5 pm till now I suggest to all don’t waste your time and money here Dr. ANUPAM is ok doctor but service in lab is just unprofessional
My experience was very bad. The staff was very unmanaged & also doctor is very very slow. I can't explain. We had to wait there for 3-4 hours for fatel echo test also wait 1hour for report. He don't care about others time.

Dr Anant is very experienced doctor. His Ultrasound reports are very accurate. Charges are also reasonable and justified. I liked the services over all.
Dr was in so much hurry and was completely looking irritated while asking anything. It may be due to the fact that they are calling many patients and then finding it difficult to take care of all. Just running for making money. Staff was also not upto the mark. They did not respond even after serveral follow ups. Not recommended at all.
I went to get my test today. The Doctor was very nice. Everyone was called inside number wise for the ultrasound. Doctor gave all my answers. Would recommend to all for the ultrasound.
My experience was very bad. The staff was very unmanaged and also doctor is very slow. He completed one normal ultrasound in 30 mins. We had to wait there for 3 hours empty stomach for a normal ultrasound and 1.5 hour for report. They are making people fool. They doesn't care about others time and health. Very ridiculous: (

In these tough time of Covid, healthcare service providers are taking various measures to keep sure premises is clean and safe. There solution.they ask patient to stand outside in open in this summer and heatwave of Delhi.
For sonography a lubrication gel gets aplied to your skin so that the probe could move easily over the skin. The gel they were usin of worse kind. It was getting dry very quickly making the movement of probe on skin very uncomfortable. The gel needed to applied very frequently coz it was getting dry. My skin turned red and itchy because of this.
Also.when everyone is going to digital payment, they still insist for cash.
Its a competition now a days between Diagnostic centers and people have forgotten about customer/patient wellness. But in this center i really felt valued where staff is helpful, supportive and making sure you are treated as valuable as everyone.
Not up to the mark. Staff is not well qualified. No proper management for patients information. Their charges are different for same test by patient to patient. And the charges are relatively high. The only thing you find good is fast delivery of reports. Please visit somewhere else for better quality report and experience if don't want to compromise with test, time and money spent.
Prices are appx triple the market price, they charged me Rs 950/- as total for test conducted CBC, ESR, CRP. From another lab Nearby (Sigma Diagnostic & Imaging Center) I got it done in Rs 350 only. I felt cheated because Megavision diagnostic charged Rs 1800/- more as I got these test for three persons (me and my two kids) and they charged Rs 950/- each. Even atmosphere is very bad, very bad smell, felt like vomating till the time I was at Megavision premises. I will not suggest any one to visit this centre as its working and atmosphere is worst and give feeling like government hospital and charging like 7 star hotels.
The services are good. Rates are reasonable considering the good reputation of its Ultrasound reports for their accuracy as suggested by my neighbours.
