Building is not good. Its looks we are back in old Era. Maintenance of building is very very poor

Dated building located in the heart of city, houses many offices but it requires really good maintenance and care.

Building is located in central Delhi. Offices of many good companies are located here. Premises can be kept more cleaner. Besides water is leaking from the air conditioners fixed in the premises over the persons moving around the building, which shows lack of Civic sense on the part of the occupants.

Although building is in prime location for offices but there is poor condition in facilities and in other amenities. A question to employees, How they Manage?

Visited an office in building. Parking is available outside, conveniently, elevators are in a pathetic condition though.
Building needs maintenance badly and the management needs to take note.
Other than this, no qualms.

Place in kg marg. Having many office n 11 floor in the building. I am also working there in oj financial Ltd.

Location of this building is prime but this building needs lots of renovation and maintenance is an issue here. That's why you don't find any big corporate here and only small companies or back offices work place are here in the premises. Parking is an very big problem here. If you have a car than only place where you can find spot is at the backside of the building. Another problem with this building is lift, which is quite old and makes you terrified while moving. And it stinks also, no proper washing and cleaning is done of the lift and majorly only 2 lifts works our of 4 at any time of the day.

Everything is good but they have to manage there elevators as they are working perfectly but feels scary

Its an private office building, with old amenities.but interior is good. Lifts are in bad condition.

Located in the heart of the city, CP. Host a lost of offices. Easy approach and easily located. Parking a slight problematic as is charged on hourly basis.

Visited Edelweiss office sometime back, well maintained and well lit office, overall the building is okay.

It's at the corner at end of Barakhambha Road Connaught Place building dwellers are mostly banks and institutional rental is high at this building not very clean as others in this area.
