I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts and feedback about my time at Merino, where I had the privilege of working from September 2021 to November 2022 as an On the job Trainee.

Reflecting on my tenure at Merino, I can confidently say that it has been an incredibly rewarding and enlightening experience for me as a fresher entering the corporate world. Over the course of my 1 year and 2 months at the company, I encountered numerous opportunities for growth and learning that have left a lasting impact on my professional journey.

1. I must express my heartfelt gratitude to my dedicated trainer, Abhishek Thakur. His unwavering dedication and investment of valuable time in grooming and mentoring the new hires like me played a pivotal role in shaping my capabilities. The knowledge I gained under his guidance has been instrumental in propelling me to where I stand today.
2. Undoubtedly, Merino's finance team deserves commendation for their exceptional work. The contributions of individuals like Rohit Sir, and Vipul Sir have been invaluable throughout my journey. Their expertise, guidance, and willingness to share insights have been crucial in helping me navigate various financial modules. I sincerely appreciate their support and contribution to my professional development.
3. I also had the privilege of working under the supervision of Kapil Sir, who proved to be not only a capable manager but also a person with a truly sweet and nurturing nature. His leadership style fostered a positive and productive work environment, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Overall, my time at Merino has left an indelible mark on my professional journey.
